We were 20+ pax (6 rooms) and booked 2 months in advance because of it’s advertised amenities and competitive price. Our stay was good but definitely could have been better.

It started during check in, one of the rooms assigned to us was outdated and has 3 double size beds despite of informing them that 3 deluxe rooms were for couple with infant/toddler. They have rectified it though.

I think the hotel has new wing, if you are staying here. Try to request for that if you are like me who’s not after a nice view.

Please take note that there’s no iron available in the room. If you request for it, you have to pay 500php per hour which I found unreasonable. Ironing service is available for 150php per piece. There are a lot of laundry shops outside which solved my need to iron clothes.

Breakfast buffet is average. Viands were limited but good choices. Drinks are powdered juice. Eggs were cooked freshly but the mixture is pre made and you cannot request to change any.

Housekeeping takes forever to clean. We have requested three times and I had to catch the HK team as we have no towels to use while they clean the room next to us so they can do our room next.

We stayed 4D3N and none of the other 5 rooms assigned to us were cleaned despite our requests. Waste bins are full as nobode bothers to collect and empty it at the very least. I found this very unhygienic.

There’s an event the next day after we checked in, perhaps all their resources were assigned to the big group of foreigners.

The K restaurant next to the pool took forever to serve our order when we decided to take a dip one afternoon. Again, we saw that they prioritize foreigners. We never came back after.

We had a good stay because of Glenn from the rooftop bar but will not consider this hotel next time.

Pros and cons

Pros
-beach front
-breakfast option is good
-they have pool

Cons
-check in time 3pm; so if you arrived early you need to be ready. And I observed they prioritized foreigner than locals. I arrived at 12pm then the front desk explain. Then I decided to go swim and eat then comback. Around 2:45pm i asked the front desk if the room is ready and possible to go in room anyway its only 15mins, then she said its not ready. I understand and seat then while im observing she managed to let the group of chinese to go to room with escort even not yet 3pm. Then I came back to her at 2:59pm then voila the room is ready and knowing she dont even follow up. She gave the key and told me just go left, mind you she dont even bother to asked someone to assist me as if i already know exactly the room location. And if you see the alley you its look like back of the house. I get the key and so upset. Lucky there is a staff who i guess off-duty that assist me while im asking where is the room (kudos to him) and he even explain me how to used the key. Which is supposed to be a front desk job.
-Room smell mouldy and look old. Even the cabinet was smell bad. Shower not been clean properly you can see molds around the grouting
-there is access glass door which is reason for you not to sleep well. You can hear all the noise outside and lights. The glass door not tinted so you cant actually open it for fresh air
-outside view are parking of all fishing boat

This hotel is a real disgrace. Only good point: the bed in the room was ok. For the rest, the food is bad (from breakfast to dinner … whatever the restaurant as they only have one kitchen), the laundry service is crap (they want to charge you more to iron your laundry … so they just wash it), there is a balcony we couldn’t use as the noise level of the stupid artificial waterfall nearby was too high to rest there (see picture), the WiFi is crap (bring your own roaming data), the bar doesn’t have the ingredients to make the cocktails you order, the rooftop bar even scammed me, charging me the price of international brand gin for a local (awful tasting) copy, you can’t get a sun umbrella anywhere, I had to yell to get a second key for my room (while we were two occupants), the room service was very inconsistent, the bathroom is probably older than me … and smell worse. I think I’ve seen somewhere this place is supposed to be 4-stars: only the price is 4 stars then. I obviously don’t recommend…not specific to this hotel, but to reach seafront hotels on this island, you have to drag your luggage in the sand (and, for us, under the rain) to reach your hotel: a total joke when you see the prices asked here …

This was a disaster from start to finish. Initially I was given the wrong room I had booked and paid for at a premium price, the reception told me the room wouldn't be available until the next day and gave me an alternative room less than I had paid for. The next day I was moved to another room, but original booking was for Deluxe SEA VIEW room as stated on my booking, all I could see was a pool, I complained and I was moved to a sea view room. Room change number 3.
This room had a lovely view, BUT, it needs to be closed off for refurbishment, the room smelt of a sewer, the shower was broken, the furniture was broken and sharp edges, the tiling in bathroom had black mould and around the shower tray. The walls had filler on them where they had started to decorate but not finished. This room was disgusting.
I was moved to another room, Change number 4. This was in the newer part of the hotel and was much better than the other room in quality, however where I was situated was directly next the housekeeping area where all the staff collected at 5.30am laughing and talking loudly. Not only that at 8am the builders started hammering and chiseling in an adjacent room. The hotel reception said this wasn't in the hotel, the cleaners however confirmed it was. So reception lied.
The door latch came off in my hand, as the screws were totally inadequate for the operation of it. i went to the phone by my bed to call reception but the phone was dead, not working at all, when I checked the phone had no cable connecting it.
The restaurant connected to the hotel was a disgrace, I went to order a club sandwich and they said they had no bread, the next morning I went for my breakfast, there were flies all over the food buffet, the bacon was stone cold, the milk and juices were warm ( no chilling ) and the coffee was terrible. You will see from a previous post although I had breakfasts included I went to "8" to eat about 100 yds away.
This hotel is badly managed and a huge disappointment I would suggest you avoid this place it is disgusting.

The Boracay Ocean Club, which is situated on the gorgeous coastline of the island, provides the ideal fusion of luxury and natural beauty. The rooms are spacious with modern amenities and private balconies overlooking the crystal-clear waters. There are great dining alternatives with a variety of international and local dishes and fresh seafoods. The resort is a great option for a responsible and tranquil vacation in Boracay because it encourages eco-friendly living and has a soothing spa.

From 9/26 to 10/1, we stayed 5 nights in our full-size room, including pic, drop.
The staff is so friendly and this is a basic thing. It is visible to keep an event open to enjoy at the Resort. If you think there are a lot of kids in the first floor pool, a foam party or a sunny view at the Roof Tower, you can relax with a traditional show. Additionally, here's the music that's being designed from the loop tower with a rigorous hip and a speaker output end. When snow falls, a full-size room that you can do right in Punta Cana will be destroyed. In fact, the facility manager is good, so there is no cold, water pressure, electrical inconvenience. Finally, I would like to add bacon to my breakfast. Well, Hilling will have a great Trips~
