My boyfriend and I checked in for 4 nights and we have enjoyed the breathtaking panoramic view at the infinity pool and the good customer service of the staff. The room is good although the wifi was slow, we managed to get connected to the room next to ours and that solved the problem anyway. Miss Relyn on reservation was very accommodating and Jane at the dining was polite and attended all of our needs and requests. They were fast and both assisted us during our stay. I wasn't able to get the name of the guy at the restaurant who fixed our television and the other lady at the dining who carries heavy trays of food to rooms. We are definitely going back when we have free time again.

We stayed here for 14 nights this trip. We had one of the new Premier rooms. It was nice. Good view of the beach. Internet was ok very slow and only worked in room. Even if I sat outside door I could not connect. New restaurant was uninviting and breakfast choice was very minimal considering how much more you pay when you include breakfast on bookings.com. That was the first week. We were then told that the breakfast had moved down to the beachfront bar where it used to be before the opening of the newly built rear multi storey accommodation section. The breakfast selection went downhill from there... not sure if they are felling the pinch from no Chinese or Koreans there at the moment. We paid top dollar for our stay and were disappointed in the way that it is run at the moment. The staff were friendly and no doubt were just following direction from the owners. The internet was not good... could only pick up in room.... it used to be resort wide.... even the new roof top pool while a great addition with fantastic views of Boracay was at best average with furniture... tiles were falling off walls already. Rooms were ok..... the doors were not soft closing doors so were woken up all hours of the night and morning with shutting doors. The phone would ring at odd hours during the night....when answered, no one would say anything.... we ended up disconnecting it from the wall.... I can see why it doesn’t score well on bookings.com and trip advisor.... it is truly a great spot on the beach with so much potential as a resort with 2 beautiful pools.... but is let down by I feel the desire to save money at all costs..... even though the newly built wing would have cost millions to build. They also need a better system when people charge items to their room as on checkout, they tried to charge us with about 4000 pesos worth of food and drink that another guest had put down as our room.... where we are staying now, they swipe your room card if you want to charge anything. Will be going back to Boracay but will seriously think about not staying at this resort again.

Took our breath away, white sand, clear water, we can’t wait to go back again! My favourite island by far. The shopping was good, the restaurants are good, a little crowded, but it was worth checking out for sure!

I never write review but now I must. So others can pick a different hotel.I have been in alot hotels over the years in a lot of different places. This hotel is the worst one.  - There wifi is not Good ( if it works)  - Breakfast is terrible  - The rooms by the pool are so outdated - So overpriced - I dont know how it got 4 stars  There are alot of nicer hotels in Boracay thats alot cheaper and better then this.
