Location! Location! Location!

I booked this hotel after finding out my original booking was not actually beachfront. This place is right on the beach, you have to walk through the sand to get to it...it doesn't get more beachfront/oceanfront than this! It's located in station 3 which is close enough to a lot of the action and shops to explore that comes with staton 1 & 2 but far enough that it isn't too crowded during the busy times. Rooms were clean, bed is super comfortable. Staff is all very nice. I'm so glad I changed to this hotel!

Feel right at home in the heart of Boracay , unmatched leisure awaits you - indeed their caption matches my expectations , The staff is polite 10/10 The view of the roof deck sunset is amazing , a very elegant room set up and clean , the inground pool and bubble foam shower are also amazing 🥰🥰soon to be back

Just OK

I noticed this resort from my previous Boracay trip and it really got my attention that I booked. Resort has hits and misses. Staff were generally friendly. Room was clean, spacious and really comfortable. Breakfast options, decent. On the other side, I felt like this property is confused as to which direction they would cater to. Its giving different vibes all over. Elevator access is another concern. This place has really potential, just needs to identify their main selling point.

Unable to use our Seaview balcony after paying over €500 for 3 nights

Only booked this hotel as it wasn't away fromy other hotel at 357 hotel as it was station 3 was thinking all hotes where quiet but as I was passing for food I couldn't believe what I was hearer the loudest music and this was only 11am so I went in to cancel the booking as we wanted a relaxing time not club land, but was talked into upgrading to a bigger room further away, I was shown the room and told by chrtitine that room wasn't rental out as it wS they told suite once in we sat to watc-nthe sunset then to be soaked from the top then realised it was the water from in infinity pool, so now we had a balcony that we couldn't use and 500£ for 3 night was shocking. The hotel staff didn't care or get the idea that I paid so much for this room because of the Seaview and we couldn't even sit on it as water came over like a waterfall.…

Great Experience!

The hotel and staff were very polite and helpful. They even upgraded our room for free from Premier to Superior. Breakfast is average and some of the fruit have fruit flies on them, but not a major let down for me. Service was superb in general and we would like to book here again when we go back in Boracay!

Best Vacation Ever

I enjoyed staying here. from the view up to the room I stayed. I'm definitely going back here again next year. The staff who assisted me is kind and friendly from the place of the hotel until to the bar and the rooftop.

Playing very loud & lame EDM music is bad marketing.

Ok so you’re a club resort, but I’d like to say, playing very loud music specifically EDM - during LUNCH TIME. Isn’t very appealing & is annoying while dining at your resto. The service staff tho is excellent. But had to leave coz it’s literally giving us a headache. It’s LUNCH TIME. People want to eat at peace. Be considerate.

Family vacation

Hotel was nice and service is top notch! Food was good from breakfast till night, bar was good and the view from it was nice! Thanks for accommodating us especially Riover that assisted us in different places of the hotel, bar and rooftop floor.

Breakfast ruined by a lady rude managers that acted like she owns the hotel.

The hotel did an expansion nice. They added more rooms. Beautiful infinity pool. The facility was more spacious than before, this is my 4th times that I stayed here. I am disappointed with the manager, she has no manners and does no know how to please and make the guess happy. I missed a couple of days breakfast so I tried to use them With my friends that are checked in at Hennan regency. I was bragging them that the place is nice and maybe next time they would consider the place. Anyway I told the waitress that would use it and she said ok and I will pay for the other two. But the manager was called because they said I can’t use my breakfast tickets. So the manager argued that we have to pay for everything. I also have a room at Hennan and I told her the manager I just want to show the hotel with my friends. My friends and I have rooms at Hennan total room was 15. We have free breakfast also there. Which is the best breakfast, Lunch and dinner in Boracay. I will not recommend this place to anyone.…

Rooms are very bad, aircon d’nt work properly, floor tiles shaky, no telephone to call reception, washroom water comes in drips.staff is awesome that is the only saver, with their service they saved my trip. Brigette, John Martin, Jessa staff helped a lot. Over all staff is excellent
