The location of this little hotel is perfect, more quiet and private than station 2 and you are sharing same shoreline with Discovery shores which is 3 times the price. Actually its just beside the hotel. Food is ok. Staff are accomodating.

The location is perfect for those who are looking for a quiet place to stay in Boracay. The only draw back is its inaccessibility from the main road. You have to walk for at least 10-15 mins just to go to the main road, and a couple of minutes trike ride going to the busy part of the island. Also has a really nice and relaxing view as it is a beach front accommodation.

Do not book here at all cost. Day 2 of my husband’s stay, his money was stolen in his room. Reported it to security and said they will check but no further updates were provided until to him until he checked out. Only the staff and him had keys to his room so how’s it possible for someone to break in and steal? Is their security that bad? Worst experience and customer service ever! For your peace of mind, stay away from this beach house.

Great staff, great pizza, great view from „Deluxe 3“ room. However I really hated the moldy smell in their rooms. And when the neighbours were flushing their toilet, a sewage smell from the washing table outlet was added on top. The paper tissue with all the sh*t on it must go into the trash bin instead of the toilet - as putting any toilet paper tissue into the toilet makes it clog up easily. Towels had LOTS of paper tissue residues on them from paper tissues inside the washing machine, after drying ourselves we always were full of those paper residues from head to toe. So despite the great view, the beachfront location and the very friendly crew I have mixed feelings about this accomodation. However after moving out my girlfriend already was missing the view :)
