I like the food they served, staffs are very accomodating and very helpful, giving us extra mile service. The room is amazing. We stayed at Sapphire studio. The place is actually a perfect place for relaxation. It couldve been better if theres a big mirror and a pool. But over all, its a great place to stay.

We stayed in Onyx room for one week end of Jan 2018. We booked 3 weeks before our stay, when the choice of hotels on Bulabog beach was quite limited. My advice is to book at least 2 months ahead to make sure you have options (peak season excluded). Although overall satisfaction in Boracay Gems is 3 because of the good attitude of the staff, I rated them 2 as there were some essential things were missing or required fixing: 1. Room too loud, at night when the tide is high you can hear the waves and it's like sleeping on the beach 2. Window didn't close properly therefore there was wind blowing inside the room...again like being on the beach 3. No blackout curtains, the room would get really sunny early in the morning. They put some stickers on windows but that didn't really work 3. Room was small, bathroom even smaller (it was an attic room) 4. Issues with water - we had 2 days when there was no water (hot or cold) for a few hours 5. Bathroom didn't have a proper shower cabin so everytime you took a shower you would end up splashing water all around. 6. There was no breakfast included 7. There was no pool as promoted on booking.com, or at least we were under impression there was a pool as per this estate's presentation on the mentioned booking site 8. Overall it was not really maintained and could use a refresh Some positives: Location - on the beach Good room cleaning and towel replacement everyday Helpful staff - they arranged for a tricycle when we left Bottom line: there are better places to stay in Bulabog beach if you book in advance (which we didn't).

Me and my fiance had a good time staying at this place. We enjoyed looking at the kite surfers while having a quiet moment. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating too. They have their own Wifi (basic need nowadays) and provide housekeeping everyday. So if you want to stay out from the noise and crowded area in the white beach, I highly recommend this place for you.

We rented Unit 101 A(Emerald) & 101 B(Jade) at Boracay Gems and we were amazed about the location, view, tranquility and quality of the place. This place will satisfied most of the hard to please travelers like us when it comes to quality. This two units are located at the 7th Stone hotel, however its own by Boracay Gems. My kids 5,8,12 years old had a blast. Camille which is the person who will greet you and make sure everything goes well was amazing. She was able to get a baby sitter for us for the 10 days we were in Boracay and Tonet was incredible patient and loving with my youngest boy. I recommend a few places if you would like to have a nice dinner or lunch. Aloha Hotel restaurant, Lind Hotel bar and restaurant and Dos Mestizos. If you like to Kiteboarding or you would like peace and tranquility then this is the place for you. Trust Me! The only think I didn't like was the transportation to Boracay because we need it to take a bus from where the plane landed to the airport, then a van from the airport to the port to take the boat and then from a 15 minutes boat ride to another van and then to the hotel. We hated, however when we arrived all this horrible transportation vanished. We are leaving tomorrow morning and we can truly say that this place have been amazing.

My family love this place. It was our second time around. We love how far it is from the noisy side of the island. How nice it is to go out of our room and look at the kite surfers do their thing. We like feeling the wind on our faces and the vibe around the place. Our room was always kept clean every day... the staff were quick to answer our requests, even my emails were answered quickly. We had a mini kitchen area and extra bed that my child loved so much.

I have just stayed here last night, after a couple deceptions on this island. This Hotel is next to the center ( 9 min walking) but far from the noisy. It is located in front of the bulabog beach, just in front. Our duplex has 2 floors, the decoration is ethnic made with a really good sensitivity. The sofa and the bed super confortable and to finish the ideal the bathroom has Jacuzzi for 2. Congrats for this real gem in paradise. P.s. The reality is much better than the pics here uploaded and the inroom breakfast was delicious. Thank you Best.

I have to admit I was skeptical initially when booking this property and I still think that it was slightly overpriced but overall it was a great escape from the madness of the white beach area...the location was awesome and the morning sunrise was nothing less than majestic...staff was accommodating with any request we had and seemed to genuinely want to be helpful....there were a few amenities which were missing but didn't seem to tarnish the feel of the Balinese style of room we stayed in the opal suite which has an awesome outside shower/changing area and the space was quite cozy overall...the high point was that the room really was only a few feet from the water and although no restaurant nor bar area directly connected to property...perhaps a tour of facilities or quick overview could have helped with understanding what was available and what wasn't for guest...overall a nice stay and I would definitely look into this property again if price is right...

Beware! Photos on Booking.com not from the actual property, but the hotel next door! Downright deceitful. There is NO pool, even though several photos on the Booking.com site show a pool. Also the hammocks photo, not this property, but the property next door! Upon arrival no toiletries, no toilet paper, no hangers in the room. Long hairs on bedsheets under blanket, dirty kitchen cabinets. Kitchen badly equipped and incomplete (for example, only one knife and one fork, but 5 spoons, scissors broken and dont work, only 1 cereal bowl). "Spa" bathtub (which they use as a selling point) does not spa (broken, with open electric wires showing), water pressure too weak so takes an hour to fill the bath, water not warm enough so all cold by the time the bath is full. No complementary water provided. Breakfast is included but pretty bad (only 1 of the three choices available), internet is so super slow, most sites or apps don't load, and the list goes on and on!! Staff is friendly enough and the location is right on the beach, which is great but nonetheless severely disappointing all in all, I don't know how they can claim 4 stars. Definitely not worth 4 stars on any level!

I stayed at Boracay Gems for the 3 time on Bulabog beach. This trip I stayed in the Jade Apartment. All rooms are spacious and provided a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and a night porter is on hand 24 hrs a day - helpful when arriving late and departing in the early hours. The hotel could be improved with small touches - such as water placed in the fridge for arrival, and washing up liquid and sponge for the kitchen. It's nice of the cleaning staff to do the dishes once a day however the Island has many ants so I find it better to wash up as you go. Some some minor additions such as these would be great. Overall another enjoyable stay and I'm sure I'll be back.
