My family and I had dinner here last night and it was really nice. You need to stay from 6-10 to guarantee to get your money's worth as it is a bit more expensive than the other buffets the island also offers. They have heaps of selections of food though, from pinoy street food to sushi, pasta, mexican, hot food, dimsums, fried food, meat (lechon was the best and the steak!) and some seafood. Expect to have nice seafood selection because they only have a dew and mostly mussels and clams and a few raw fish that you can ask the chefs to grill it for you while you watch ans wait. The only thing about the grilling side is that you put tge raw seafood on a plate then they grill it for you but then they would still put the cooked seafood on the same plate you put them when they were raw! I had to ask to put mine on a new plate and when I did, I got an "ang arte mo naman mam" look from the chefs which i don't mind. I was just being hygienic and I don't think they know why I was a bit fussy with it. My husband is a beer drinker and he loves his beer. I think he got his money's worth with the amount of beers he had. He was impressive but most of the beers served to him were hot apparently and aussies like him doesn't like hot beers but he was fine. He ate heaps and drank heaps. I had a few plates myself. I wasn't able to try everything because there's just really too many to choose from. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and i got to sing with the band playing last night because i knew them from nearly 3 years ago when we were here last time and they let me sing with them. They are still very good singers and musicians. And very friendly too. Drinks are great, heaps of choices and lastly the staff. They were all friendly and tidy. They get dirty plates straight away and wipes your table. I have met a nice waiter named Jayson Godinez. He's really very friendly and very efficient. He always made sure we were ok. Did I mention the dancing chefs and staff? They were entertaining to watch as well and my kids love watching them dance. We loved this experience and we will definitely do it again when we come back. Boracay is our favourite island so we are definitely coming back again next time. Thank you so much for the great experience. I forgot to mention that we had the best seat too, looking at the sunset that afternoon. You just have to walk in around 5.30 pm as it is first come first served. Again it was a great night and my family and I had an awesome time.

This is my second stay at Henann Palm Beach Resort and I will probably keep returning because it is the most luxurious hotel combined with the best location right in middle of station 2/3 on the sand. Our room was on fourth floor pool view with heavenly views of the beach and palm trees. Absolutely outstanding in every way!! The bed was so comfortable with excellent linens. I woke up refreshed bright and early every morning and walked the entire length of the beach. The room is large and spacious. The patio is large with table and chairs and excellent views of pool and beach! No detail is spared. The bathroom has a spacious, tall rain shower with this perfectly textured black tile that beads the water. Probably the best shower experience I’ve ever had. The tub is large. The breakfast buffet is PHENOMENAL! Omelette station, egg station, hot foods, freshly baked goods, fresh fruit and complimentary coffee beverages made to order like cappuccino. They have table seating basically on the sand so you can’t beat the views. Very fresh made food. We had the dinner buffet it’s perfect as well, and the staff sings and dances. There are multiple pools and the infinity one is the best. Views of sailboats, palm trees, beach. I can go on and on about this hotel. The location is perfect too. About a 7 min walk to d’mall. There really are zero flaws.

Without a doubt one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at! The transfer service at the jetty port was seamless, and the Hennan staff were attentive and quick on their feet. They saved us a lot of time, thus avoiding the crowd of tourists arriving.
The location was perfect, with only a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff warmly welcomed our group, checked in early, and even upgraded our accommodation. They even sent up complimentary welcome chocolate treats to our room!
The staff was extremely friendly, and the restaurant had a wide selection of items during the breakfast buffet. In addition, the Sky Pool Bar staff deserve special thanks for being attentive to our dietary restrictions when we had dinner.
The spa is closed due to COVID restrictions, but I appreciated that the hotel offered massage services by the pool. The therapists were amazingly skilled as well.
I also appreciated that the hotel does not utilize plastic bottles for water anymore and now provides refillable jugs. Don't worry-- they have water dispensers in every hallway. It saves much time requesting water refills and, of course, plastic consumption.
Overall, it was a really great experience. Hennan Palm Beach Resort is indeed the best choice for your stay in Boracay when you want extraordinary service for your value for money. We will surely be back!

Nice Hotel, but I do not think it is 5-star. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and general location of the Hotel was quite good. We stayed a total of 8 nights and we did not find that the service was anything memorable. Most staff were lovely and greeted us when we passed by, then some staff were not so friendly. Some days we had to ask our rooms to be cleaned even though we had the door light on to indicate that is what we would like. The staff at the downstairs pool bar take a long time to make cocktails, there was one gentleman there who took 20 minutes to make 5 cocktails and the other two girls just stood behind him not doing anything. The walls are very thin at this Hotel I could hear people walking and talking in the halls.
As we were getting married in Boracay we had a lot of our guests stay here aswell they also found the service to be up and down.
Overall we enjoyed that it was beachfront as the kids just spent days on end at the beach. There are Restaurants, bars and markets literally just next door.

We stayed for 5 nights at the Henann palm resort in a grand beach view room. The view from our balcony was amazing and well worth the extra cost. The room was large and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable and we both could have slept all day if not for the lovely sunshine of Boracay. The bathroom was large but the bath quite narrow so if you like to have a soak it can be tight. As we find in many asian countries the need for a giant window between room and bathroom is still odd but there is a blind to help. The pool sky bar was nice and the view magnificent. We sat up there nearly everyday but you have to be quick to get a sun lounger. Breakfast had a good variety. Reception staff were not overly friendly but breakfast and bar staff were nice enough. There seemed to be a lot of occasions where there were a lot of staff standing around but not really doing much. We ordered room service on one occasion and after that we didn’t bother to do it again as the food took over an hour, food was cold and even the ice in our drinks had melted. Over all we had a nice stay at the Palm beach but there are things that they could improve on. If we were to come back we would stay here again as the location is perfect!! Close to all the restaurants and beautiful beach!!

A getaway to unwind during this crazy time is what I was looking for and I found it perfectly in Hennan Palm Beach Resort!
I stayed here for 6 days 5 nights and it was well worth it!
Staff: very friendly and accommodating (it's a cliche I know) they go above and beyond making sure all their guests are comfortable! Kudos to Angie, Aila, Angel (actually everyone!) they are just so nice!
Rooms: We kind of had some bloopers with the 1st 2 rooms we had, room 445 had a leak coming from the AC unit, hence we had to transfer, room 446 bathroom drain had an awful stench coming from it. We requested to change rooms and they accommodated our request to make out stay comfortable. Oh, one more thing, they tag the rooms that has problems so they can fix it first before any other guests use them so again, very nice from the hotel management. Premium rooms have balconies that may not be directly facing the sea, but has an amazing view nonetheless. We can actually see the sea from our balcony. We ordered out and dined in from our hotel balcony on our last night.
Room is quite spacious, beds are amazingly comfortable! I love their pillows! Toilet and bath also spacious. I love relaxing in the tub with hot water after a day of activities.
Pools: they have 3 pools one from the 1st (compound?) 2nd the (compound) we stayed in and then 3rd the Skypool. Ground floor pools are great, same depth all throughout, make sure kids are supervised as there is no depth for kids. Sky pool is about the same, plus have an amazing view over the sea.
Food: in room dining is available through room service. Their food is amazing! Buffet breakfast with items that vary daily. Drinks are also available for a price.
Location: the hotel in Station 2, beach front, near the alley that takes you to d'talipapa where you can have dampa style dining for seafood. From the main road, it's next to Hennan Lagoon, close to a PNB bank branch.
We will definitely be back, I'll be bringing my family next time and will most likely treat Hennan Palm as my go to place in Boracay.

It was our first vacation after February of last year. My husband and I were so happy to be able to travel amidst pandemic, it was also first time that Boracay was so peaceful and quite. Henann Palm offered a very low priced rooms we took a room with a pool access and it was so so amazing. They serve delicious foods. I loved that they also serve hard boiled eggs on breakfast and they have massage available if you would like to and it’s for a very affordable price.massage will be done at the pool side, ate who massage me was great I wish I could remember her name, she Had an amazing touch it make feel calm and relax. All staff at the hotel were so friendly. If you wish to go to boracay this time I highly recommend this hotel.

The plane ride to Bora wasn't the smoothest because of the weather but it was all worth it upon arrival because Henann Palm and its great team made everything comfortable for us. From the airport pick up to the boat ride up to check-in, all things were hassle-free and in order.
The room was superb, as a hospitality professional myself I tend to be quite meticulous with hotel rooms but their pool access rooms definitely checked all my boxes from cleanliness, to the toiletries, the toilet and tub that I specifically loved, the way the beds were made and the freshness of the sheets. Also, I appreciate their efforts for sustainable tourism through the shampoo dispensers and the use of water pitchers instead of bottles.
The food at the Palm is defs worth going back for. The bacon at their breakfast buffet will be in my dreams 😂 Their cheese bread and ensaymadas were also winners. But aside from the delicious food, the Palm's team of staff were all so warm, attentive and courteous in catering to our requests. Kudos to you guys. 💯
The massage therapists were also nice and they give great and relaxing massages. Housekeeping and concierge staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Make sure to check out their Sky pool around 10 in the morning so you can have a few minutes to yourself to bask on the view before more guests arrive.
Looking forward to enjoy more on the beach next time, hopefully in a nicer weather. But despite the rain and strong winds we still had a great time all thanks to Henann Palm ❤️💯

I understand my booking was non-refundable, but this pandemic happened way before I made my reservation. No one expected this. It is unacceptable that hennan is not considering refunding anyone. Your site is currently closed. Your whole country is on lockdown with no sign of lifting within the next few weeks. Your president ordered a shoot to kill to anyone who disobey his rules. With no flights bound to the philippines for pleasure, there’s no way to get there. And yet you decide to keep your non-refundable policy.
The least you could do is provide people a one year free rebooking.
