Their advertisement in Agoda shows that the rooms have beach view and all rooms have free wifi. Upon checking with their customer service, neither is true. This is considered false advertising. Pls work on correcting your ads in booking apps.

The place is located in a quieter part of the island hence it gives a good balance between having a busy and activity-filled time and when you want to get that much-needed rest. However if you want to experience island activities there are a lot of options just around the area - and the hotel could actually help arrange them for you. They also have room-service massage treatment which works best as you don’t have to worry about getting up when you are so relaxed and just want to doze off. The place has a cute cafe on the rooftop that gives you a best view of the beach. They have rooms large enough for a small family or small group so would be great to check the availability of this while booking. The best part is it is literally just 3-4 minutes away from the beach but far away from the crowded part which gives you the feeling of having the island almost all to yourself. Staff are very helpful, attentive and accommodating and would go out of their way to help you out when necessary. A no-fuss, straightforward accommodation in a great location.

The Hotel is a very small place, doesn’t have a pool or other activities like few other properties nearby, but it was perfect for the price. Breakfast was great from their only Terrace restaurant which is also a small bar in the evening. Again not much to do in here but if you are looking for a very comfortable stay with high standards and less price. This is it !!!

I stayed there for 3 night, people were very kind , friendly and helpfull. Good location and good breakfast at the rooftop café. But a little bit noise in the morning as we got a room close to the stairs.

Friendly staff and Bed that is better or equal to a 5 star hotel. The place is near the beach. Just a few steps and you can enjoy the white sands of boracay and that is away from the crowd The place is quite compared to station 2 which you can hardly sleep. Would stay again in the hotel. Highly recommended
