Perfect stay 😍 staff are all warm and courteous. Location is near to the center of the island. Accessible to all . It might not be in the front beach but still a nice location. They have two pools - one in the roof deck and the one is on the second floor. They also have rooms that has a wading pool - all rooms has a small balcony.
My arrival (Feb 5, 2023) started with a misunderstanding but with the great efforts and assistance provided by manager AMINA and staff RHEA made my entire 3D/2N stay to be exceptional. I had a great with my stay and looking forward to come back soon. Again, high appreciation for the services provided by their manager-on-duty Amina!
I love how the location is strategically located in the heart of Boracay. The hotel is just a few meters away from pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and groceries. The front desk was also helpful and gave excellent recommendations and where to go while in Boracay. They also have a transportation partner where you can book pick-up and drop-off arrangements from and to the airport. Special thanks to Amina and the rest of the front office team for my mom's birthday set-up!
Hotel is very clean and room is very comfortable, From bed to linens, towels and public area. And the pool at the roofdeck has fantastic views of Boracay Island. I really enjoyed my stay and hotel staff are very attentive. Kudos to FO team and Housekeeping headed by Ivy Lopez! Great job guys! I will definitely come back and recommend 100% ❤️❤️❤️
I wasn't expecting much from this hotel when I booked a room with them. Sometimes, that's the good thing about not expecting much.... it helps you exceed one's expectations. The facilities were great, the room is spacious and cozy, and the staff treats you like family or friends. Everyone in the management made you feel you are important. The buffet breakfast was good. The infinity pool was the one that I enjoyed the most. Of course, there was room for improvement but that doesn't bother me much. Every resort has its own share of imperfections. I've stayed with Crimson, Henann Garden, Henann Lagoon, Henann Crystal Sands, and Henann Regency but this resort somehow gave me a more homey feel. Thank you Altabriza for a wonderful stay.
Booked a deluxe room in their hotel for my last three days in Boracay. After checking out at noon from my previous hotel, I went directly to Altabriza and was told by the front desk staff that, while their standard check in time is at 2pm, they will be prioritizing my room. It made me think that there was a chance I can check in earlier. It was already 2PM and I asked again if I can already be accomodated and I waited for another maybe 10 minutes or so. There weren't a lot of tourists so I know they were not fully booked. When I got to my room, I noticed that it smelled kulob and had to ask the housekeeping for air freshners. Also, the bed, although nicely made, it was dusty when I lifted the duvet cover. I could feel it on my skin. I think they already had the bed with sheets on and just put the covers on once somebody books it. It also made me think they had no guest for that room before me. But, if it is so, why did they not let me in earlier like other hotels do? Had to shake the dust off the bed. I didn't complain anymore, I just lifted the sheets. Anyway, the breakfast is good. There weren't a lot of guests so there were always tables available. The serving of food in their restaurant is huge. They offer B1T1 on their drinks during happy hour. Also, should you need housekeeping, they will be quick to attend to you. Everyone is friendly, always smiling and will greet you. The deluxe room has its own plunge pool which is nice, although, it won't give you much privacy -- guests from upperfloors can see you from their balconies. Still, one of the best rooms I have booked in Boracay. They have elevators so this hotel is great if you have senior family members! The pool at rooftop also has a great view. Best of it all, this is located along the main road and is just a minute walk away from DMall!…
DISAPPOINTED. What me & my bf reserved was a King Bed but what was given to us was Twin Beds instead. We had to sleep in seperated beds the whole 2 nights that we were there. Room was fully paid but the Front Desk people just keeps saying that "PAYING FOR THE ROOM STILL DOESN'T GUARANTEE THAT YOU'LL GET THE ROOM, BECAUSE IT WOULD STILL BE CONSIDERED AS A REQUEST". So what't the point in paying for it in advance if it wouldn't still give you a guarantee that the room will be reserved for you?? I have worked as a Front Desk before and I know this is not how it works. I mean, that's the reason why you pay for the room in the first, so you could have it reserved for you!!! My bf & I were supposed to unwind and relax but we had to sleep in a 2 connected twin bed with a space in between and it was the most uncomfortable feeling ever.…
Accomodating staffs. Our stay is worth it for its price. Breakfast selection is good. The hotel is just near to the white beach, 3 to 5 minutes walk. You will not get starv it is just near to the fastfoods, restaurant or karinderya and budget mart. The hotel has 2 pools , one is in the second floor and the other is in the roofdeck(infinity pool). We will definitely come back again. Soon!
We love our stay in Altabriza, from the express and early check-in, like our check-in is 2:00 pm but they allow an early check-in for free at 11:00 am, the staffs are very attentive and helpful, the room is very spacious and clean, the buffet breakfast is heaven, we have so many choices from breads to filipino style of breakfast. The sunrise in the rooftop pool is definitely worth the early wake up, also the sunset that you can watch in the bar of the rooftop. Another plus point, near to many restaurants and DMALL, only 3 minutes walk. Will definitely book the same hotel again when we get back to Boracay. One only downside, its not that soundproof so you can hear the closing of the door or the talking in the hallway.
We stayed here last March. Tourism has just opened in the Philippines for locals. We booked a room for 10 days. The rates were very affordable. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a pool access room and that's for free. Really appreciated that. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4 , has nice comfy beds and cable TV. The bathroom was also great, only problem was the bath tub is too close to the wall and items may fall in between that will be hard to get We've been to Boracay dozens of times but this was the first time we tried to stay for almost 2 weeks. Altabriza was our choice because of its great location, near Dmall and Watsons just beside it If we needed to buy necessities real quick, which is perfect for a long stay. The Service was great. They have friendly and helpful staff, but on occasion it feels that they are understaffed that time. The Covid safety protocols during our stay made us feel safe enough. There was alcohol everywhere and the staff where always wearing masks. They had a Simple but good daily buffet breakfast. Sadly, The restaurant was not yet open for lunch and dinner during our stay. For the kids, Jollibee and Mcdonald's are nearby. For our days that we did not want to spend too much on food, There was Jasper's just a little walk across the street too. For the days that we wanted to spend a little bit more on food, they have affiliate restaurants all over the island where they offer discounts When we are not at the beach and since we have pool access, the kids spent almost every day (and night) in the main pool . I'm not sure if it's the sun's heat during the day but we felt that the main pool is heated in some way. Which is why it was also perfect for night swimming. The pool does not get too deep. it's max 4ft which is good for kids. There was a problem though, there is a part of the pool where you smell something like trash or toilet drain of some sort and we can't find where it's coming from . Only tried the Rooftop Infinity Pool once and the view was exceptional there. One of the reasons why we chose the hotel is that we also needed a reliable internet for both my work and the kid's online class. The wifi was good enough on most days for the 3 of us but there where just a few times that it was laggy and I had to use my mobile data. Overall, our stay was almost perfect and really enjoyable. And would probably come back and recommend the place to friends …
