First built in 1997, Boracay Beach Houses is your Boracay beachfront dreams come true. There are plenty of beach resorts in the island, but it is proudly the only Boracay accommodation offering high-end modern infrastructure, architectural design with a local flair, a European-trained staff, and the close comfort of the White Beach in peaceful Angol community. These premier beach houses and apartments face the Sibuyan Sea, turquoise and dazzling by day and brilliantly lit by spectacular sunsets come nightfall. During clear days, you will see in fine detail the neighboring island of Panay and, farther away, Caluya Island.
The Boracay Beach Houses and suites were absolutely wonderful. Situated right on the beach or by the pool you can't go wrong. Located in the perfect spot, quiet and peaceful but a short walk to D-Mall and the Boracay night life. The staff were extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Imagine stepping out of a spacious, well-appointed room right onto the sand of a gorgeous tropical beach. The Boracay Beach Houses is a boutique family-run hotel perfectly located at the quiet end of Boracay Beach. A wonderful tropical European fusion with lovely staff and chilled vibes. Andy and his team were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfasts were delicious, and the beach is incredible. We walked along the beach from end-to-end and the Boracay Beach Houses are uniquely designed - everyone stops to look at them. We don't normally re-visit places but we will definitely be back! Amazing,

If you like tiny ants crawling all over the place ... then Boracay Beach Houses is for you! Extremely disappointed in this place ... the pictures are deceiving! We arrived and were instantly disappointed in the room! My husband went to explore other accommodations and while I was sitting on the bed there were about 20 ants crawling on the bed cover. I immediately went to ask the hostess, who let us into the room upon arrival, to ask if they bite and she quickly came back to the room with a spray bottle and asked if they were black. There were still ants on the bed cover and when I showed her she said that those ones did not bite and left it like that. Her explanation for the ants was that it had been raining a lot. My son went to sit at the desk and I told him not to as it was also crawling with ants. My husband could not get the coded safe to work and after seeking the hostess’ help she, too, could not get it to work and again, left it at that. In other comments left regarding safety, we felt very unsafe in these units as the sliding doors only had a hinged lock. Thankfully my husband found accommodations down the beach at Asya Premier Suites which was incredible as we were in a very spacious suite with a private pool. The master bathroom suite was as big as the room we were to stay in at Boracay Beach Houses. The cost was much more for our new accommodation but well worth it! So, if you don’t mind ants, Boracay Beach Houses may be for you but definitely not for me!…

Wow! Gorgeous room with a gorgeous view. Perfectly located in a quieter relaxing area with its own uncrowded white sand beach and spectacular sunsets. The staff and breakfast quality were the best we encountered while in the Philippines. Wish we could’ve stayed longer then our 3 night stay. Can’t wait to stay here again

We booked 3 nights in this hotel in August 2016 - we even extended our stay, because we liked the hotel and the island so much. The rooms are big and very clean and hotel is one of the last ones on the white beach, which is nice because we had the beach in front of the hotel almost to our selves and we could enjoy the peace and quiet. The breakfast was okay, they have everything you need: Coffee, Tea, Milk, Eggs, Toast, Butter, Bacon, Mangos, Rice etc... The staff was also very nice and always helpful, when we had some questions or needed help with bookings.

This is our SECOND time back! This post will be lengthy because it deserves it. We first stayed here for a family vacation in 2010 and were so impressed we came back Nov 2017. We booked the slate and Mactan rooms which opened up directly to the beach patio. *Note our family ages ranged from 20s-50s, we did not travel with young children. The staff here were top notch and made sure we had everything we needed and were very accomodating. The 'house' is located on station 3 which is much quieter and peaceful than station 2 and 1. You can walk to station 2 in 15 minutes or take a tricycle in the back for 20 pesos a person to station 1 On Wednesdays the staff offer a seafood barbeque. I cannot say enough but you must do this! ANDY and Hazel are true grill masters (pics uploaded here). We paid about 1000 pesos each. The rooms are very very clean with high end European furnishings. They even have satellite tv with American, Filipino, Chinese, Arabic channels... HBO and sports too but who cares about the tv when you have amazing beach front views! Do yourself a favor and book Boracay beach house. You will not find a better place in all of Boracay as it is very private and not touristy like the other parts of the strip. Less busy less chaotic. The best place if you are looking to relax but still have the option to be close enough to the 'action' Special shout out to Alan who organized all our tours. And Yeng, who made sure our booking was smooth and transit to and from the home was perfect. If it's your first time in Boracay I would highly recommend booking transportation through them as they will ensure to take care of everything. We all agreed it was well worth it.…

Dear all We had a great stay with Boracay beach houses for 3 days. The staff was very very helpful and attentive. From we arrived late at night to the morning we left. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was very good. Only thing we would have liked better was the internet connection which was quite slow. Best regards Rune

Amazing beach on the doorstep, quietly located just past station 3 in the Angol region. Waking up at 6 am and going for a swim with barely anyone else in sight! Stayed in the Zen Suite which was very nice but I did look at some of the other rooms and thought they were nicer. The staff were friendly and helpful but be aware the FAQ on their website has incorrect information as we were charged more than 100% on transfer costs to the airport. We couldn't have our BBQ on the Wednesday as they advertised due to the weather, but the staff ensured we had one before we left and it was amazing food fresh and cooked perfectly! The local pubs vary in prices but I found Red Pirate Bar located within 5 mins walk the best value. We are already planning our return for next year!!

Visited in Low Season - windy.... But still GREAT. Located at the best end of White Beach (between Station 3 & Angol).... Quiet, relaxed and unpretentious. Restaurants and bars are still very close, just far less people. Room was really really good.! Big Bath overlooking the sea from 2nd floor. Awesome. Bed had the same view. Spacious and clean. Small fridge, free fast wifi but STEEP steps to the room (DVision). Very small accommodation house, so it's laid back and never rushed. Breakfast is reasonable, cooked to order but there's no change. I'm not sure if I could continue to eat the same breakfast choices for even a week. The staff are helpful to a point, after all it's Boracay. Asked for hand towels 6 times, never got one... Oh well. Always clean though and generally helpful staff. My TV broke down and the night supervisor replaced it at 9pm. Classy. If it wasn't for the terribly organised and delivered transfer to Kalibo airport with MyBoracayGuide (and the unfortunate weather...), this place would have been a small paradise. Be vary wary of what is offered and who is responsible for your transport to Kalibo if you book through the Beach House and they use MyBoracayGuide. They tried to send us on a "private transfer" in a public tricycle to the public bus station for the 1.5-2 hours to the airport without ever telling us the level of service, even though we paid for and arrived in van on the way to Boracay. Beware. Other than that - great place. Recommended. Transfers through them - no way…

We chose a room called Asiana & it is perfect, clean, spacious, with tv, sprakers, lots of light, coffee & tea every day, fresh towels, right at the calm beach. It is situated at the end of Boat Station 3 which is peacful, without crowd of people, without loud music half the night. It takes about 20 min walk to D-mall (shops and restaurant) but you can take a tricycle for 150 pesos one way. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the only thing that could be better is breakfast. Not too big choice and after 8 days we wanted to eat something else! But all in all I loved it!
