Zuzuni is a recommended hotel because of the good location and the good food at Mucho's. The beach front view is just so perfect and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's cheaper than other hotels but definitely a good one, their staff are kind and accommodating too! 🧡💚

We always look forward in spending quality time in Boracay and we were glad to have found Zuzuni Boutique Hotel. The property is literally a stone throw away to the beach. During high tide it is just 20steps away. The property is just few meters away from Dmall, Starbucks and restaurants. On the ground floor there are 2convenience stores attached, you can easily get what you need. The room we took was the one on the 3rd floor with balcony facing the beach(middle room). Price was reasonable considering the location and amenities. Bed was super comfy and had many pillows! Water supply was sufficient and airconditioning is very good. Cons: you can hear convos from adjacent room. But not the noises from outside where people pass by day and night. Breakfast is included and daily we have tried all their breakfast choices (plated) - all delicious! Although coffee serving is minimal. I’m a coffee lover and i need at least a big mug of coffee in the morning to get me going. Overall, we will be going back to this property again.

10/5 stars! The hotel staff provides a home-y, hospitable and warm feel. Our room was upgraded without any extra charge! Our flight was cancelled so we had to stay an extra day, the hotel charged us with the price of their cheapest room for that extra day! Rooms are equipped with wellness package complete with air purifier, free facemasks, alcohol and plastic gloves. It was spotless! Premiere room (room #1) has a balcony with excellent view of the beach. Location is prime at station 1 beachfront. To the hotel owner and staff (MJ, Elisa, Aldrin, etc.), we thank you very much for making our honeymoon a special and memorable one. This is definitely our #1 hotel when we're in Boracay.

My family and I booked a loft room during our stay in Boracay for 4 nights. The hotel was located near D'mall and has a beachfront view. The room was clean and we had no issues during our stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating and we had a pleasant experience upon checking-in. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Boracay in the future.

I booked with Zuzuni for our stay in Boracay, mainly cause of the beach front location, the clean looking rooms, and the reviews I read online. I booked two rooms, the Premier beach front and a deluxe room (no view) which was almost the same price for both and it wasn’t cheap. Checking in was easy, the front desk staff was really helpful and accommodating. The rooms were nice and bright, looks really clean too. The bathroom looked clean but smelled like piss, I’m guessing it’s coming from the drains. That definitely threw us off. Second day started good, breakfast was decent and the staff offered us beach towels and a beach mat. Around noon, we were back in the room and showered, the shower drain wouldn’t drain and the water started coming out on the other drain, almost flooding the bathroom. I told the staff about and he didn’t seem surprise in hearing this and it sounds like it’s an ongoing problem. We asked our room to be cleaned and the drains fixed if possible. Upon coming back from lunch, we stayed in our room to take a quick nap. We were greeted by construction next door, pounding our walls. It was crazy, unexpected, and unbearable! I told the staff downstairs and asked where it was coming from. He said it was next door and that they also informed everybody upon check-in. We were never informed about this and how is this acceptable?? For paying $140 dollars a night, I didn’t imagine this would be fine. To sum our stay up: Location was 7/10, yes, it’s beachfront, but all the boats doing tours for the island are docked right in front of Zuzuni. So you still gotta walk further to be able to swim. Staff was 7/10, most of them are really nice and accommodating, I also wish they told us about the construction prior to checking in or maybe even prior to booking the rooms. You come there to relax and unwind, and the construction right by our head kinda defeats the purpose. Rooms are 6/10, rooms look clean, although shower has clogged drains, moldy smelling room coming from the AC. For the price we paid, I expected a little more!

Economical. Got the loft room with two queen beds and two bathrooms on separate floors. Good view of beach. Hallways are bright with natural light. Great cleans bedsheets, air conditioning, and central location off main beach drag. Room safe provided. Beach towels provided. Breakfast sandwich and Filipino style breakfast that we ordered were pretty tasty. On the downside, location faces beachfront where tour groups meet for boat excursions, so beach isn’t ideal. Renovation in lobby area. No real security (at 10-12a arrival two concierge people napping and in dining area), no free water bottles in rooms (pitcher of water is free but you need to ask), spotty service (first night, they forgot to make-up rooms and when asked, they gave no apologies), smallish and run down room finishes need a new paint job minimum (walls were beat up like a cheap creepy motel), weak and sometimes non-existent wi-fi, and towel linens were clean but old looking. Filipinos provide great hospitality service in the Philippines and this was just “meh’” for my basic minimum standards. Good luck.

Zuzuni is a charming property with modern and comfortable rooms and a great location - bang on Station 2 in Boracay and in the middle of the bubbling Boracay nightlife. The staff is fantastic and helpful. In terms of improvements they can look at, providing a complimentary bottle of water would be a good place to start. The water pressure in the showers can also be better. All in all, this is a delightful property and one which I thoroughly recommend to stay in while you are visiting Boracay. PS: the breakfast is great

They don’t usually ask hows everything if u like some more coffee water usually u have to ask them but for the 2 nights i stay there in the afternoon they had to shot down the power so one hour no power coz of the road construction still upgrading what else the area was quite thats what i love the crew was helpful when i need for help for safe lock they had to change the batteries it was enjoyable stay

We stayed at their beachfront room. It was very well maintained and you can enjoy boracay without going out of your room. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. They responded to all our needs as quickly as possible. On our last day we transfered to a standard room since the beachfront rooms are all reserved. We are at the beach that time then when we came back they transferred all our things exactly on how it was on our previous room. I left my powerbank charged on the previous room then when we checked our new room, i saw my powerbank charged on the same position. It was funny and amazing at the same time. We checked out 5:30am but the night before, we requested to have our bfast served at 5am even if their bfast starts at 7am. We woke up a little bit late then we heard a knock at our door at 5am. Kuya said 'nagaalala kame baka hindi kayo nagising malate kayo sa flight" that's how great their staff are! Their food are amazing plus they are very near to all establishments as they are located at station 1. We will definitely come back for sure!
