We went for a 4-day 3-night vacation with my family. We were able to stay at different rooms. We love the Loft because it has view of the ocean and an ample space for the kids. The staff are very courteous, they will not hesitate to serve your requests. The hotel is literally a stone throw away to the beach. It's located at Station 1 beach which has a lot of restaurants which you can choose from. We love to stay here because no need to walk far just to reach the beach. The restaurant below, Muchos, serves great food as well. I appreciate the air purifier inside the rooms we had because it absorbs odor and muskiness. The bed are spacious too!!! We are a family of 8 and we were able to sleep comfortably in Zuzuni. I would like to commend Whea as well for a hassle-free reservation. Kudos for allowing us to do an early check-in since the rooms that are reserved for us were available already. Overall we enjoyed our vacation in Zuzuni and we will recommend it to friends as well. We will definitely come back!!!!

The location is good however you need to go to the swcond floor which is fine for us. We rented the premiere beach front with balcony The room is dusty. The toilet has urine stains The bed is soft ,sheets is clean with tear. Room is modern Room has ants (even though we dont eat in the room) Beds frame has a bit mold(see picture for details) Over all the stay was ok. My other family stayed the the cheapest room in zuzuni. It has better rooms because the bed is big and look cozy.

Warm and friendly staff. Greeted me a cool drinking water right when I arrived. Informed me of all options available to make my stay pleasant. I booked room 7 and I wouldn't say it's perfect. But almost yes. Comfortable beddings my sleep was awesome. Working aesthetic bath room. Very good AC. Beautiful balcony. Poor internet connection but no worries I didn't book this for online surfing haha. The vibe is the type a 40s guy like me would go for. Chill. Relaxing. Esp their food area at the ground floor MUCHOS. I would book again.

2 reasons why i rated it as a 3 - 1) The lovely receptionist who always greets everyone with a smile & goes beyond the extra mile to make sure we got everything we need. We were not aware that the rooms were not paid yet, we thought our card was already charged, we were willing to settle everything before going to bed but since it was already late when we arrived because of our flight being delayed, she let us have to rooms and offered to just assist us in settling the bill in the morning. 2) The restaurant in the ground floor serves amazing breakfast and their serving is huge.

Zuzuni is a recommended hotel because of the good location and the good food at Mucho's. The beach front view is just so perfect and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's cheaper than other hotels but definitely a good one, their staff are kind and accommodating too! 🧡💚

We always look forward in spending quality time in Boracay and we were glad to have found Zuzuni Boutique Hotel. The property is literally a stone throw away to the beach. During high tide it is just 20steps away. The property is just few meters away from Dmall, Starbucks and restaurants. On the ground floor there are 2convenience stores attached, you can easily get what you need. The room we took was the one on the 3rd floor with balcony facing the beach(middle room). Price was reasonable considering the location and amenities. Bed was super comfy and had many pillows! Water supply was sufficient and airconditioning is very good. Cons: you can hear convos from adjacent room. But not the noises from outside where people pass by day and night. Breakfast is included and daily we have tried all their breakfast choices (plated) - all delicious! Although coffee serving is minimal. I’m a coffee lover and i need at least a big mug of coffee in the morning to get me going. Overall, we will be going back to this property again.

10/5 stars! The hotel staff provides a home-y, hospitable and warm feel. Our room was upgraded without any extra charge! Our flight was cancelled so we had to stay an extra day, the hotel charged us with the price of their cheapest room for that extra day! Rooms are equipped with wellness package complete with air purifier, free facemasks, alcohol and plastic gloves. It was spotless! Premiere room (room #1) has a balcony with excellent view of the beach. Location is prime at station 1 beachfront. To the hotel owner and staff (MJ, Elisa, Aldrin, etc.), we thank you very much for making our honeymoon a special and memorable one. This is definitely our #1 hotel when we're in Boracay.

My family and I booked a loft room during our stay in Boracay for 4 nights. The hotel was located near D'mall and has a beachfront view. The room was clean and we had no issues during our stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating and we had a pleasant experience upon checking-in. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Boracay in the future.

I booked with Zuzuni for our stay in Boracay, mainly cause of the beach front location, the clean looking rooms, and the reviews I read online. I booked two rooms, the Premier beach front and a deluxe room (no view) which was almost the same price for both and it wasn’t cheap. Checking in was easy, the front desk staff was really helpful and accommodating. The rooms were nice and bright, looks really clean too. The bathroom looked clean but smelled like piss, I’m guessing it’s coming from the drains. That definitely threw us off. Second day started good, breakfast was decent and the staff offered us beach towels and a beach mat. Around noon, we were back in the room and showered, the shower drain wouldn’t drain and the water started coming out on the other drain, almost flooding the bathroom. I told the staff about and he didn’t seem surprise in hearing this and it sounds like it’s an ongoing problem. We asked our room to be cleaned and the drains fixed if possible. Upon coming back from lunch, we stayed in our room to take a quick nap. We were greeted by construction next door, pounding our walls. It was crazy, unexpected, and unbearable! I told the staff downstairs and asked where it was coming from. He said it was next door and that they also informed everybody upon check-in. We were never informed about this and how is this acceptable?? For paying $140 dollars a night, I didn’t imagine this would be fine. To sum our stay up: Location was 7/10, yes, it’s beachfront, but all the boats doing tours for the island are docked right in front of Zuzuni. So you still gotta walk further to be able to swim. Staff was 7/10, most of them are really nice and accommodating, I also wish they told us about the construction prior to checking in or maybe even prior to booking the rooms. You come there to relax and unwind, and the construction right by our head kinda defeats the purpose. Rooms are 6/10, rooms look clean, although shower has clogged drains, moldy smelling room coming from the AC. For the price we paid, I expected a little more!
