The hotel was nice, clean, accommodating. Rooms were sufficient for my needs, homely and near to the beach. Lovely breakfast on the roof terrace. The air con worked well. The TV worked well. Hairdryer was fast! Shower was fast!

Fresh looking room with small ensuite containing shower with plenty of hot water and towels. Room safe included. Staff very polite and professional.
Although open for a year there were bits that looked like they needed finishing, e.g. paint on tiles, and bits that needed maintenance. e.g. grouting and mastic missing or discoloured, sink waste coming away from wall.
Internet slow, slow to connect and kept dropping out. No evening meal available even though advertised.
Breakfast is on the roof terrace so be prepared for stairs. Continental breakfast was the smallest I’ve ever experienced - one egg, three miniature slices of bacon, two small tomatoes, no coffee refills. Also fruit bowl choice not available.
Ground floor rooms can get noisy due to pedestrian traffic.
Plenty to resolve to justify the cost.

Thank you luxx boutique for the great accomodation . You made our daughter very happy. The place is a modern and new. Room is clean. Sheets and towels smell good. They even have a place where you can dry your clothes after swimming. Bathroom is clean with strong water. Television is big and has many channels. Kid friendly place. The place feels like home. Beach is less than a minute away. Breakfast is worth climbing the stairs. They have many choices and freshly cooked. We loved our Boracay stay ❤

We stayed here for 10 days last Dec 30 til the first week of January 2017. And the hotel at that time was still on soft opening. This is not a beachfront hotel but the beach is just a short walk away. The hotel provides beach towels. The hotel is very new and modern. It is close to D'Talipapa and all the restaurants and other shops. The hotel has no elevator but the staff will help you with your luggages. It has an in-room safe and fridge. At the time we stayed, the rooftop restaurant was still under construction, so instead of free breakfast, they provided complimentary massage with Palassa Spa which we really enjoyed. They also still don't have telephones installed in the rooms but you can reach the frontdesk through SMS or mobile phone call and they are quick to respond.

Overall, the place is in a good location, good value for money, and very clean. :) Everything was pleasant because all the staff were helpful, nice, and accommodating.

Stayed at this hotel in November for a week and have nothing but good things to say.

First off it’s a 30 second walk to the beach where there is tons of shopping and restaurants!
Wifi is weak here.
Hotel is clean and staff is super friendly.
Complimentary coffee, water and tea in the room.
Snacks in the room available for purchase.
Toothbrush, shampoo and conditioner available in the room.
Lots of channels on TV.
Housekeeping tidies rooms every day!
Comfy beds and AC that works great and keeps your room very cool!
Breakfast included! Lots of items to choose from!

They are very unresponsive and until now they haven’t credited the amount yet to my Aunt who has been waiting for her refund. They automatically charged her card on the 23rd of February and we called immediately after learning the closure of Boracay. Called them multiple times but still getting the same answer, “WE DO NOT KNOW YET WHEN WE WILL CREDIT YOUR REFUND BACK TO YOUR CARD/BANK”.

My family stayed at this hotel for the long weekend. The property is located in a narrow alley by Station 2 of Boracay's famed white-sand beach (less than 100 meters). The property is fairly small with just 11 rooms in total. We booked 2 standard rooms with a queen sized bed on each room. I find the rooms a bit small but otherwise clean. The comfort of the bed is just average. I also find their bathrooms a bit small. It also has a weird setup in that the shower area is only partially covered. Given the size of the shower area, anyone taking a shower would splash the other parts of the bathroom with water, which could potentially cause mess. The rooms on the upper floor have a small balcony where guests could hang their swimwear to dry. The rooms on the ground floor have a patio/veranda where guests could also hang their swimwear to dry. The amenities were limited to the basics (coffee-making facilities, body wash, conditioner, toothbrush, towels). Beach towels are available from the front desk upon request.

As for their service, I find it very good. The staff were ready to lend a hand at everything and were quick to respond to our requests. They even carried our suitcases for us to the upper floors (more on that later). It rained during our stay and the staff were nice enough to lend us their umbrella for us to go to around.

Being so close to the beach, you will never run out of dining options and activities. However, the location of the hotel along narrow alley of D'Talipapa will also mean that transportation options will be limited. The E-trike we took refused to go further down the alley and dropped us off at around 150 meters away from the hotel. While 150 meters is nothing for most people, it could be a concern you have to lug around a suitcase while it is raining. However, the hotel staff would also gladly hail an E-trike for you upon checkout and help you carry your belongings to the trike.

A couple more gripes, the hotel has no elevator so try to pack lightly as you would be taking the stairs (which you would since the hotel has only 3 rooms per floor, 2 on the ground floor). But the staff readily helped us carry our suitcases upstairs. Another gripe would be the water temperature in the shower of our room. It only has 2 settings cold and scalding. On warm and hot days the cold setting is comfortable but in other situations it could get too cold especially for children.

Finally, our room came with daily breakfast and a 1-hour massage. I find this very good value since we paid 4000 pesos a night for the room during the semi-peak season due to the long holiday in Manila.

I definitely recommend this hotel. And would come back and stay when I return to the island.

This is a brand new hotel, one of many in a booming Boracay that really is changing fast. We went for five days in April, our 3rd visit to Boracay over the last four years, that is how much we love the sandy beach! Luxx is just 50 yards away from the beach, and is firmly placed in Station 2, the party zone of Boracay. This is no problem, we slept well in a spacious room for three (an extra bed and still there were plenty of room). Main problem really is wifi, which was terrible (and which is a bit critical for myself). The staff eventually gave us a pocket wifi, which was a nice touch. Some of the staff needs more training, we felt brushed off a couple of times, while others were great. We won't go back, though, mainly because we prefer Station 1 at Boracay beach. The roof top restaurant was not open yet, so we did not have breakfast. I can imagine that space becoming very, very hot on some days. But the views should be great.

The hotel is very nice and its new rooms are modern and relaxing. The beach is literally a 30 second to a minute walk. The staff is also exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will stay here again and maybe even bring friends and family

Maybe 2 minutes of walk to the beach at most. Good breakfast (you get to pick it from the menu), with a distanced ocean view. WiFi is non existent though.

It does have hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, plus 2 water bottles at the table were a nice touch.
