Good food, loads of food choices from seafood, lechon and a lot more. Restaurant is clean, comfortable chairs, music could be better. Friendly employees especially Crissa and Aries who serves the drinks with a big smile 😃 Hopefully the cheese ice cream should taste more cheese next time 🙂

I stayed here for two whole weeks, and there was a problem practically every single day of my stay. There were internet problems daily. The wifi constantly crapped out every 5-15 minutes, so it was impossible to do anything online uninterrupted. On some parts of the property, it took up to 30 minutes for the signal to return. There were also constant blackouts, and the phone in my room didn't work. It took them days of going in and out of my room to fix it, then it stopped working again. The safe in the room had no instructions. There were bugs in the room, from roaches to spiders (giant ones!) to endless ants. At one point the air conditioner started leaking. They "fixed" it. Then it leaked again and had to be fixed again. Just never ending issues. On the positive side, the hotel is close to a lovely beach and they have 5 pools but only one of them is really nice, with a swim up bar. The staff was friendly and tried to fix most of the issues but there's only so much they could do. The food was so-so, very hit or miss. Very few vegetable dishes, almost entirely meat and dessert. Some dishes were good, some were awful. Do not order the nachos! Decent drinks but some of them tasted weird. There are much better hotels in the same area, so I suggest staying at one of them instead. But if you insist on staying at this dump, then check the convention schedule before booking. There was a convention here for three days of my stay and every night of the convention, they played loud music with thumping bass until well past midnight. Sleep was impossible. I don't mind staying up late on vacation normally, but on one of those nights I had to get up early to go on an island hopping trip, and as a result I was too tired to properly enjoy the trip. There were other issues like the dumb towel policy and not getting a wake-up call when I needed one (phone was broken yet again anyway but they said they'd come to my room and they didn't) but honestly that should be everything you need to know. Terrible hotel. Avoid it. And when I checked out the manager actually asked me to write a review! Wish granted!

1st: I talked my mother and excitedly asking how’s everything in there. And I also ask if they like the breakfast at the hotel. I was shocked because my mom said they don’t eat in the buffet? It’s only ala cart? “Filipino breakfast” Tocino and egg? Oh my goodness 😳 the room that I booked with breakfast is different breakfast to other people? OMG! There is no information that there is different kind of breakfast in the booking. You only choose “no breakfast” and “breakfast included” I’m currently working at 4star hotel in Phuket. If our guest booked with breakfast ofcourse it’s automatically buffet. Unless they book the room only and it’s their choice if they want to pay for breakfast buffet or they will order ala cart if they don’t like the buffet. This hotel is shocking. Imagine 859 Thai baht for room only. So I choose 1200 Thai baht with breakfast and the breakfast that they get is “egg and tocino” only 😩 this is really terrible! This is the first time I heard that kind of service. It’s really horrifying. 2nd. I booked with double bed and my parents get twin bed. My parents arrived at the hotel at the evening so actually they still have time to move the bed but I think they are actually don’t care. Or the don’t read the booking properly. 3rd. After you book they give you itinerary and you will be inform that if you want to add extra person it’s 500PHP then if you are in the hotel the reception will tell you to pay 1,000PHP because you are adult. Last This hotel are lucky because my parents are soo kind. They keep telling me that “it’s ok we don’t eat a lot” but for me ofcourse it’s not.

It was a great experience with a very nice staff and employees working altogether to make your stay an extra ordinary day and night. The room smells fresh by the time we arrive from the City drove straight to Island of Boracay. The Villa looks amazing at its finest. I highly recommend this to everyone who loves to stay and bench to green unique garden. A place perfect to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature💙

Stayed for 2 nights on March 2022. The rates were incredibly competitive! Welcome drinks were provided. Strict health and safety protocols were followed. We were given a free room upgrade. The staff were very helpful. Complimentary Internet is really slow. Cable TV is defective. Hot shower is not working. The room and swimming pool look old. The hotel is centrally located near Station 2 where the heart of the action is. Value for money. Will not stay here again if I had the choice. Recommended for those who are willing to settle for below average facilities for an affordable price.

Great hotel, prompt and polite staff. Delicious breakfast! Clean and spacious room. We really had an amazing stay. Just fix the AC as it was really noisy. Spa is so so too, the therapist hurt my shoulder a bit.
