Broken phone. They had 5-6 hours to get it fixed before we came into the room, but they didn't check. They tried to fix it when we're already in the room. Awful customer service.
Room & Suite (33)
Breakfast, we can't stay inside the dining area due to the cigarette smoke, they even asked us to get the food at the lobby instead of them being understanding that we can't stay there due to the smoke from the dining area.

We purchase the promotion package from ā€œGrouponā€ & stay here for 3 nights on the 3rd floor. I think its good bargain for the promotion price that we pay for.

The pro: (friendly staff)

-The staff are very friendly, they greet us with cold tower & fresh juice when we arrive after one whole day of flight, transit, bus & boatā€¦the security even help us to call a tricycle & bargain the price for us (since we just in town) to our dinner place.

- They always accommodate to our request and I specify appreciate a staff called ā€œDarrelā€ at the front desk, He is always friendly & helpful, he even help us to book a private cab with guide to Kalibo airport to catch our early flight.

-towel & toiletries changed daily. Room & bed are clean & confortable. Breakfast is tasty but not the coffee.

The Condition: (Construction & design error)

- the hotel facing the main road = noisy ! The road in front of the hotel always flooded with mud water, if you try to stop a tricycle by standing at the road side, high chances that the dirt water will just flash on your feet.

- No lift, we need to climb the stair to 3rd floor every day when we back with the exhausted body, worst still if drank too much! ;)

- The bathroom is separate by a glass (without curtain or blind), one can see your friend go to the shower or in the loo! ;( The escape door at the bathroom are looked due to the mist of construction (which we understood) but thereā€™s a finger gap between the door & the wall that I can see the outside from bathroom. (Iā€™m not sure people at outside can see me??).

Tips: Basic Toiletries (shampoo & soap) are provided in the hotel but we can get those travel pack of toothpaste(7peso), shampoo, detergent, mossy repellent, sunblock at department store or opposite the hotel near Eā€™mall, itā€™s very convenient here & donā€™t need to bring those bottles that weight down the luggage.
Notice the currency exchange rate is better at the Eā€™mall (small shop - window at the right side if facing eā€™mall).

This hotel is a comfy one, where you can chill after you've been to the beach all day. They gave us a good service, even though not all spoke very good English. It's about 5 minutes walk to the white beach, just straight down from the hotel.
The pool is quite small, and it's only one table and 2 chairs there, so no sunbeds. We weren't there that much.
One things that's kinda stupid is that there is a glasswindow between the bedroom and the bathroom, so you can see when your roommate takes a shower or goes to the loo.

Stayed here for 14 nights, quite a long time, but the hotel was good.
Just one thing, if you order breakfeast: speak up! The one waitor is really not that good in English, and we got our order mixed up many times.

My two friends and parents all stayed at this property. Although we were a little let down at first upon arriving (advertising photos vs. reality), it was clean, safe, and the staff was excellent!

Room Details:
The rooms inside were clean, modernized, and comfortable. It had a very effective AC, and I didn't see one bug while I was there and thats a big plus considering the price we paid and the location. It was also guest friendly for those that want to know.

Property Details:
Dont expect to spend much time hanging out on the premises. The staff worked tirelessly to keep the area clean, neat, and in working order. The free included breakfast was good but simple. Order from the short list and its enjoyable. Its free after all! With that said, the owner of the place definitely needs to put in work to modernize the place. It has great potential, but without proper funding, its barely staying afloat (aesthetically).

Staff:
The staff in the front desk, security, and maintenance folks are top notch. They put in effort to keep you happy and they are all always friendly. They work night and day and still manage to smile when they greet you. The staff would be my #1 reason for coming back. The price and location would come in second. The property and amenities would be a distant third. You just have to know your priorities before coming here.

Overall:
Come here if you want to save money while in beautiful/fun Boracay. Do not come here if you're trying to impress your new wife or new GF. If you look at your hotel room as just a place to sleep and relax for the evening safely and without stress, then this place is a great pick. Do not come here if you are picky and are accustomed to high end hotel rooms. Consider this place much like an open air Best Western.

The hotel facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The staffā€™s attitude and service leave much to be desired, making the overall experience highly disappointing. Booking a stay here feels like a waste of money. Instead, itā€™s better to invest in a more expensive hotel where the quality of service matches the cost, ensuring a more satisfying and worthwhile experience. As for the breakfast, it was dry and unappetizing, falling far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This issue made the hotel unsuitable for non-smokers. Upon arrival, the lobby's strong smoke smell was unbearable, and the adjacent dining area was an unexpected smoking zone. During check-in, staff lacked information and failed to address concerns about smoke in the rooms. Despite complaints, the hotel was indifferent to the malfunctioning air conditioning, and attempts to resolve the issue were inconvenient. The hotel's designated smoking area also affected breakfast service, leading to frustration and health concerns. The persistent smoke infiltration and the hotel's inadequate response ultimately forced an early checkout. Non-smokers are strongly advised to consider these issues before booking at this hotel

Upon arrival I was immediately deceived by photos from websites etc. Hotel was put on credit card however an extra 2000 php cash was held for security. Staff admitted that the pool was a approximate 6ft deep pool however the average Filipina is approximately 5'3. The pool did not match the photo reported there were puddles this week bigger than the pool. Room was below average at best. I believe the mattresses were made of brick. Staff was nice but the hotel was less than average. My family still has head colds probably from dirty aircon. The price was affordable but the TV that we couldn't work nor the wifi signal reached these are reasons to stay away. Breakfast was free but was not for me. Sofa had stains on it that I've seen less in a college frat house and the walls were dirty. Maybe this is an average hotel in Boracay but I wouldn't give it more than 2 out of 5 stars.

When I first checked into my hotel room, it smelled like raw sewage. We discovered the smell was coming from the bathroom. I was switched to another room only to find the same problem a couple of days later. I finally discovered that there was a leak somewhere where the toilet touches the bathroom floor. Ā Even though a hotel staff member used some sealant to seal up this area, my room still smelled like feces and now had a chemical smell from the sealant. In addition to this, the internet was absolutely terrible and the beds were as hard as a rock. I had a backache and both of my hips hurt days after I checked out of this hotel. After experiencing the feces smell in the second hotel room, I was told by the staff that there was nothing more they could do as they were at full capacity. I cannot believe I was expected to stay in a room that smelled like feces for the remainder of my booked stay. I ended up checking out early because I could not take the smell of feces nor sleeping on an extra hard mattress that hurt my body for days. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody and I'm so glad I left early. If you love yourself, you will NOT book a stay at this hotel.

Good:
āœ“ Price
āœ“ Room Size

Bad:
šŸ…§ Customer Service: We mistakenly entered the restaurant looking for the lobby. The staff noticed we were lost but continued chatting instead of helping us. It was uncomfortable to approach them, so we found the lobby ourselves.
šŸ…§ Customer Service Again: We arrived at around 12pm, but the check-in wasn't until 3pm. So, we went out and came back around 7-8pm. The room wasn't ready. We had to wait for another 10 minutes and when we got into the room, the phone wasn't working. They had to fix it there, though they should've checked it the entire time from when they asked us to wait for 3pm. They had 5-6 hours to make sure our room was ready and it wasn't the time we came in. Cute.
šŸ…§ Amenities: The hotel advertised free Wi-Fi, but it was only available in the restaurant, not in the rooms. Worse, our room had no cellular signal either. As a freelancer, this was incredibly stressful. When I informed the staff about needing internet for a 2:30 am meeting, I was told to use the restaurant. At that time, the restaurant was dark, and the Wi-Fi connection was unstable, making the experience frustrating and unprofessional.

The comfort room stinks! There is water from the bowl leaking. It is disgusting. There is in fact a charcoal under the cabinet which is an indication that the staff know that the bowl is leaking.

The internet connection is extremely slow! Had to use my mobile data for 4 days.

The breakfast although free is not delicious and very plain. Had to eat again outside.
