I advise you not to sleep in this hotel. the rooms have a bad smell of sewage, the pool is dirty and bad, the breakfast is poor. I suggest you spend a little more money, it's impossible to sleep here.

Deceptive photo which is taken at night. Asked for a quiet room before making booking. After accepting my booking was given a room opposite to ongoing construction in the hotel. Staff serving breakfast in dirty dishes and glassware. Hotel floor was dirty. Staff would only put out new towels and not clean the room. Bedsheets had stains on them. I was stung multiple times due to dirty bed sheets. AVOID THIS HOTEL. Dont be tempted by the lower price.

Close to beach station 3 what is the best place in my opinion. This part of the beach is less crowded then the other stations. Staff is really helpful and the breakfast is nice. There are free beach towels to take to the beach. Our airconditioning broke one day bit was fixed immediately when we asked. When we checked out in the morning we still could use towels and at night we could use a shower in free room because we had a night flight from Kalibo so we could get clean in the plain. I would really recommend this place, not the most luxurious but price/quality is great. Everyday clean room/towels. I would come back. Location is near the busy road so there is noise, but the hotel is way cheaper then the beach hotels and it is just a small 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The staffs are so accommodating, helpful and friendly. You can ask them about the directions when you are lost. The food is also great! They have clean rooms and very good wifi. The property is near the white sand beaches of station 3 that's why it is convenient.

I love the interior. It was so clean. There staff wasso accommodating. The swimming pool was not good. Maybe, they need to renovate it. The food was good, except for their brewed coffee and chocolate drink. Accessible, because it is along the main road.

This place when we visited Boracay for 4 nights and 5 days we've stayed in Erus and the staff was accommodating. At first when we booked it via online it was all set up then when we arrived, our rooms wasn't available. Then the staff placed us another room which is bigger than ours and its place on ground floor. For me it's fine as long as there's a room for us to stay back then, but what I can suggest is that next time when someone booked their room make sure it is reserved so that there will be no negative feed back from them. Nevertheless, that place was so cool and there's a free wifi!. It is located in station 3 near market.

It's a good hotel. The room is nice and the bed is very comfy. I like their interior design of the room they like you to feel you are lying in a luxury bed. They offer free breakfast in the morning and the food is ok. All I don't like in this hotel is the very noisy girls talking outside my room. Maybe because my room is located near their restaurant area. But it would be good if the room is sound proof also??? I can't sleep well that night! All in all I like this hotel.

Hotel is on the main road around 10 minutes walk from station 3. Clean and tidy rooms. Although wifi is provided till lobby but good signals are there in the room. Ask room near lobby (poor wifi strength near stairs). Beach towel provided. Booked the hotel in American express card promo.

I have been travelling around Asia and stayed in cheaper hotels that are so much better than Erus. Do not stay here. I paid $70AUD/night and I'm not sure what for! On arrival, the receptionist took ages to check us in and the customer service wasn't to the standard you'd expect. I asked if my friend could be in a bedroom near me and without checking the system the receptionist just said "no". The bedroom I was originally put in was at the front of the hotel, resulting in hearing all the riff raff on the street. I was moved further into the central of the hotel which made no difference as every night and morning I was woken several times from various loud noises such as hearing my neighbours speaking though the walls, banging on the doors, guests and staff speaking loudly outside and construction. The mini fridge in my bedroom didn't work so I had room temperature water for my whole stay. There were mosquitoes in my bedroom. The floors were dirty. After my shower, I left the dirty towel on the side, expecting a new one the next day, but instead they folded it up and hung it back up in the bathroom for me to use again. The pool is extremely shabby with no sun loungers provided and barely any space to sunbathe. You aren't allowed to take the towels out the bedroom, you have to get beach towels from reception, so on our first day, my friends and I went to get 3 towels but they only had 2. Wifi only works in the lobby which is extremely inconvenient and even then it is a very poor connection which rarely works. The TV has the worst channels ever and to make it worse, the majority of the TV channels haven't been paid for which dramatically decreases your channel options. They provide you with a kettle but no condiments. The breakfast service is horrendous; you wait ages to be served and then you receive the tiniest portion of cold eggs on chewy toast with rock hard butter and crappy juice. One morning we waited 20 minutes to be served before giving up and not having breakfast. During my last night I was woken up at 4.45am by one of the neighbours continuously banging on his door without security stopping it. Don't believe the photos on the website. I have been to Bali gili trawangan lombok and Manila in recent weeks staying in hotels all which were very well priced for what you get for your money. This hotel was over double the price of any of the hotels I have stayed in and by far the worst. On check in the receptionist didn't even speak to the three of us travelling together. It then took 20 mins just to get checked into our rooms. We were them given a room right next to the street where you can hear every little bit of traffic outside. We asked to move rooms and without even checking the availability of another room we were told no. Eventually we managed to get a room change. 2:30 in the morning a group of people having a party in there room next door but one to mine I asked them to stop that didn't happen I asked reception who have security and they did nothing. After my terrible first night I went down for breakfast where breakfast was you can only get wifi there which is an awful connection and also took me 25 minutes to connect. Breakfast then came out with stone cold toast I asked for fresh toast it was taken away then the same toast was brought to me crispy and buttered my plate sat in front of me for over 20 minutes and some other people were clearing there own tables. All the hotels I have stayed in were less money had wifi in the rooms overall better service cleaner hotels yet this one is very run down and the service is Terrble I massively advise people to stay clear of this hotel.…
