The worst hotel experience I have ever had Airport Transfer: they offer transfer for 20$ one way/person from the airport, if you decided to travel by yourself it will cost you 1$/ person for the tricycle, 4$ for the boat ride and the terminal/environmental fees and then the tricycle 6$/two people till the hotel Food: the food is not enough for everyone, people were waiting in the lines to get their eggs/omelets done. It is typical Filipino breakfast, only rice, chicken, pork, they only have had a watermelon, a little bit of (powdered) juice, cornflakes, some macaronis, some vegetables, and some breads, the variety is so limited, and knowing that there are a lot and a lot of Chinese tourists, the restaurant is not providing enough seats, enough food, they are in hassle to make…

I booked by agoda this hotel. I had a reservation just one day, but I will recommend at least 2 days. Because it's a little bit far from d'mall. But puka beach is really close, which is beautiful and where exciting wave is in. Ill recommend Claire. Gerald and maricel for nice service..

Great experience and ambiance. The hotel has a nice infinity pool.The staffs are all accommodating and will treat you VIP. The concierge team making sure you feel comfortable going to your destination. My wife and I would like to personally thank Sir Kevin and the concierge staffs with their great customer service. We spend 4 days in altavista, the hotel are very nice, eveywhere flowers and beautiful garden. The room are a bit old, but okay. Hotel bit far from the centrum but they offer shuttle service for us, this was very good feeling that we had always priority. Unfortunately the breakfast are very simple, but you can orded omlett or waffel at the table. The staff are very nice and friendly. Puka beach must visit to everybody. In this price are good decision.

verry good choice. We enjoy our stay so much and really love the view of the hotel as well as the staff. The place was so peacefull and relaxing comapre to the frontbeach that crowded and also the shuttle here are so very accessible going to puka amd and to dmall.. Grateful for granting all our requests and I would like to commend sir kevin and his entire staffs for their excellent professional service. My niece had the most wonderful birthday experience. We love the infinity pool, the spacious room with an amazing view Especially on sunset and sunrise, the free shuttle service going to d’mall, the breakfast buffet and of course the warm welcome of the staffs. Very clean room and very mabango towels and beddings👌🏼. Very relaxing place to stay and it was worth the price. We’ll Definitely come back soon....

Amazing place to visit, very beautiful resort , clean and well taken care off. Pool is just breathtaking. The staff is amazing, help you with any issue and really kind in every hour of the the day. Even at midnight! Will come back again, very recommend!
