The place is unexpectedly breath taking.. We booked this hotel because of the good reviews and the pics posted and it never fail and went beyond our expectations.. The place is really so good.. It maybe far from the station 2 but the rides going there is accessible.. Alta vista has their own shuttle going to D MALL, so nothing really to worry..

Highly recommended! Will definitely return if ever we visit Boracay again. Room - spacious, with bathtub, a good set of complementary (hindi tipid!), even the towels (hindi tipid), with balcony, tv, small fridge, plates, spoons, forks, coffee mugs, kettle, microwave, kitchen sink. There are table&chairs on the balcony - good for journaling or early morning coffee. There is also a drying rack where you can air dry your clothes after swimming. Service, staff - very friendly and approachable. They did not forget our request for room cleaning. In-room service - yummy food! We ordered breakfast and dinner because it was raining at that time. It's of course pricier than buying fast food. But almost the same price when you buy in resto around the beachfront stations. Location - If you want away from the hustle and bustle of the main beachfront areas, then this is the best one for you. It suits what we're looking for. We really love the location as it is quiet and windy. Alta Vista offers a free shuttle to/from the stations (pickup/drop off is in front of Jollibee). And we just made sure to maximize it. But don't fret if you miss the schedule, as you can commute via e-tricycle (around Php30 to Php50) or rent it (around Php 250 one-way) from/to D'Mall. Amenities - We love their swimming pools! They have 3 - one of them is a hot pool. You can request a towel in the lobby so you don't need to go back to your room to get one. A spa salon is also available. They offer good prices given their services. The massage can be done at the convenience of your room or in their facility.

Left my room at 8am and return at 8pm to a dirty room with trash, unlocked door. They only collected laundry and left, no phone in rooms to call reception so you have to walk in the dark. I was told they don’t clean rooms, it’s only on request! Disgusting service

The place is very peaceful and relaxing. They have a very nice view. The staff are very accommodating. It is quite far from the center of boracay but they have shuttles to take you there. The pool is also amazing.

I had a hard time communicating with the concierge until I decided to raise my concerns to their facebook page which was very accommodating. I was then introduced to Ms. Rochelle who made sure my concerns were addressed. Rooms are a bit far from the lobby unlike from other hotels where you just use an elevator or ride a golf cart to your room. (About 3min walk depending on your room building) Their restaurant is currently closed and you have to pre order your breakfast for the next day. You might want to consider this if you will arrive with an empty stomach just like us. Their shuttles are scheduled only 4x a day to and from Dmall. (Also another thing to consider) we had to pay extra 300php for a shuttle ride when we arrived just so we can go to the dmall since they have no restaurant where we can eat and it's already 1pm. They call it special ride when you want to ride the shuttle out of their schedule. It was around 10-15mins away from the "city" where the life of boracay is. (In our case we don't mind since we like it better when it's peaceful around) but if you like the party life and be near the stores you might want to consider this as well. You may also consider that their location is away from the beach at least 5mins. But they have free shuttle which also has time schedule. Staff was very accommodating though. Thank you. The pool has a relaxing view especially on our stay where we had it for ourselves. They also have a spa where you can relax after a full day of activities. I suggest you prebook for they can only accommodate few. Overall I would recommend this hotel for people who want a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the crowd. Thank you

Breathtaking balcony view from the room that is clean. And fresh that has comfortable beds and pillows and a bath tub. Wifi is great, very good signal...And the hot water is working well. The overlooking infinity pool is beautiful and relaxing, nice to take photos specially in the morning while having breakfast. The free shuttle is one of their best service for guests. The staff are ok pleasant and polite. Highly reccomendable. 👍👍👍
