Lets admit. booking a room reservations are sometimes frustrating. I have encounter several hotels that the contact no. They provide are unable to reach, and worst is their response on email are taking forever.. But my experience with island jewel made it easy as pie. the staff ms. Vanessa is professional enough to attend on my query as fast as she could, and was able to help me to get through on my booking.. they also make great deals when it comes to prices.. i have read many positive reviews about them and i cant wait to experience those when we arrived in boracay..😊

The hotel was a 5 minute drive from the port via southwest travel (tour pick-up agency) van, and it was a 1 minute walk to the beach front. The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable and the pillows smell nice. Bathroom was clean and we'll maintained. Breakfast (continental) was quite filling. All the staff are accommodating and they really give the best service ever! Overall, our stay here was very pleasant and we'll definitely come back next year with the kids.

Most of the times what it matters is how people make you feel. I have to admit that personal there and especially Vanessa, helped me in a very difficult and inconvenient moment of our holiday. For sure going to boracay I will visit this hotel. Thank you being kind and considerate

once again stayed at the island jewel as we did in 2010, and once again hospitality was spot on, everything we asked for we got, not a lover of mango and requested banana for breakfast and not a problem, may seem trivia but you ask and you get, rooms cleaned on a daily basis with clean towels, rooms very humid even with air con asked for a room fan and came back after being on beach all day and there it was, extra pillows on request also, we will definitely return

Island jewel inn first impression was like a cheap motel but hey when we are in the room is quite homey feeling though.. All the basic stuffs are here and seriously less than a minute you are at the beach front of station 3. I decided to choose here since I'm away from the buzz in station 2 yet I can walk there if I want to hangout. Island Jewel is also near to Massage Abe

Really easy going place with super staff! The inclusive breakfast was impressive! They even brought it up to the room when we asked- no trouble! It's also located at station 3, a short walk from station 2- where there are techno music 24/7.

We came here after two nights on rock hard beds in a more expensive place on the island and were delighted by the Island Jewel Inn. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the beds so comfortable and there is everything you need. The rooms are small but well organised with good storage shelfs. Breakfast is included. We can't see the beach from the room but it's a 2min walk from White Beach, Station 3. we were so happy to be away from the noise and crowds of Station 2, so this was perfect. All in all I can highly recommend if you're looking for peace and good value for money on Boracay!

Very close to the diving centre, the Jewel welcomed us in a personalised manner. Clean rooms and very helpful personnel. They helped us to print out the boarding pass for the incoming flights. 1 minute walking to the beach, 30 sec of walking to the dive centre.

You don't need more, excellent value in a place where hotel prices tend to be exaggerated. Location to access the beach is perfect, price is good and it was the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. You could have eaten of the floor. Literally. The bathroom was functional even though quite small (you had to stand almost against the toilet to shower) and the room had enough space for an extra mattress for our daughter but little else. We were able to eat on the table in front of the room the one time we decided to have takeout. Overall great budget option for Boracay.
