Excellent hotel at 3d station, which is much better for leisure, than 1st and 2nd station, because it's quiet enough, and sea beach here is more beautiful.
Hotel suited not far from beach, but not on a beach line. Stuff helpful, freezer was full of drinks, room was clean and cleaned up every day.

We really enjoyed staying here! Good value for money.

We stayed over Christmas and New Years in 2011-12 and would come back here without hesitation. The hotel is nestled in between an apartment complex and is a little out of the way. It has a very nice open patio and beautiful garden, and is a two minute walk to the beach. The staff were incredibly pleasant, and the rooms were modest, but very clean and comfortable with air conditioning and cable television. It was about a 10 minute walk from the action in Station two, which meant that we were close enough to the night life, but secluded enough to get a good night's sleep every night. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant and comfortable, which included providing a bottle of aloe vera for a bad sunburn, and shifting rooms around so we could stay an extra night to accomodate our travel plans. If you want a relaxing, comfortable and pleasant experience in Boracay for a very good price, and also want to support a wonderful family business, we would highly recommend the Island Jewel Inn.

It was my first time in Boracay last week and I really appreciated my stay in Island Jewel. The staff was hospitable, the rooms are clean, as well as the fridge and CR. I like that the place is also quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the clubs in Station 1.

I have visited Boracay many times over the years and, thus, have stayed at several places. I was recommended to stay at The Jewel by many and I did. I was not disappointed in anyway. I was greeted by charm and friendship from the moment I arrived. My room was perfection. Throughout my entire stay I wished for nothing. Even when I hung my wet shorts out to dry and it rained they were moved and dried without any request from me.
The place has a perfect name: The Island Jewel for that is what it is. No words can sum up the hospitality or the value. I loved it there and will be back for longer as soon as I can.
Gwapo.

Lets admit. booking a room reservations are sometimes frustrating. I have encounter several hotels that the contact no. They provide are unable to reach, and worst is their response on email are taking forever.. But my experience with island jewel made it easy as pie. the staff ms. Vanessa is professional enough to attend on my query as fast as she could, and was able to help me to get through on my booking.. they also make great deals when it comes to prices.. i have read many positive reviews about them and i cant wait to experience those when we arrived in boracay..😊

We went for this hotel as it was the cheapest hotel rated in the top 20 hotels of Boracay and significantly cheaper than the rest. First impression was that the outside did not look like the photo on tripadvisor, and I got the impression it was right on the beach front which it isn't, although only 2 mins walk to the beach. The hotel was clean and very quiet, which is a blessing when you do the 20 min walk to station 2 and hear the noise there and realise you would never be able to sleep if you were staying in a hotel there until 2am when the music stops! Let me clarify location. It is past station 3, about a 10 min walk to station 3. So a 20 min walk to station 2 and D'Mall. This means a quieter beach and a lot less vendors bothering you but a fair walk if you want all the restaurant and bar choices further up. Wi fi is free but impossible to connect in the room so had to sit outside in the nice cool (breezy) hallway with tables and chairs to get reception. Room is cleaned daily if you want and 2 bottles of complimentary water given. Rooms are basic but perfectly fine. Our mattress was super soft and my boyfriend couldnt sleep well on it but I had no problem so thats personal preferences, and we know not all beds have the same mattresses as we saw another room with a firm mattress. Air con worked well but old so very noisy, and tv was tiny and very old but had some good English speaking channels. Never ate the breakfast because it was only a drink plus mango and toast, which to me is rather poor and could for the price (cheaper than other hotels but not cheap!) have included a bit more. The saving grace for this hotel is the lovely lovely women who sits on reception and seemed to basically run the hotel herself. She was always smiling and so nice. Overall a basic, clean and quiet hotel but would expect a bit more for price, even on Boracay,

I stayed here in August as I had been travelling the Philippines for three weeks. The atmosphere is great in Boracay and I was glad that I stayed in island jewel. The location is good as it is situated down at the quieter part of the beach so you don't get kept away by party people and loud music. Staff are lovely and friendly as are most of the people living on the island! I had a great time here and loved every second of the Philippines. For room rating The accommodation is clean, beds very comfy, bathroom and shower was ok, breakfast is nice and healthy, for what you pay it is great value. The person that has rated this place terrible seems a bit unnecessary to me, this place is not perfect but there is nothing terrible about this hotel at all. One of the best I have stayed in Asia

We chose here from Trip Advisor, all very good reviews.
We were very last minute, ring one day fly the next, and Edgar was extremely helpful.
Beach literally 1 minute away, nice restaurants and bars.
Our was a corner one, so I think bigger than others. Comfortable bed,hot water, air on,very clean and cleaned daily. The staff wre brilliant. Had breakfast 1 morning, very good, but thereafter went to the beach for breakfast.
Can only say that all was first class and Station 3 is the place to stay.
Always let than do the airport transfer, it was the best organized that I have had.
We look forward to going back

When my husband and I searched online for a place to stay in Boracay 9 days prior to the 2013 Chinese New Year, we had no idea how lucky we were to find vacancy at Island Jewel Inn. Shortly after we arrived, Island Jewel was fully booked alongside with the other resorts. Our real luck though, was staying at this place which was clean, quiet with a homey feeling, thanks to its staff who we best describe as friendly, honest, helpful and happy to be of service! Our rooms were not just cleaned daily - we were provided with fresh towels, playfully twisted into various pretty shapes every single day! Always ready to assist with a smile, the staff obliged us with our small requests, clearly stepping up to the plate without expecting anything in return. Finding staff like the ones at Island Jewel Inn, who genuinely care for their guests, is a huge plus for us in rating this place excellent. Carry on Edgar, Analie & staff! You are the gems that keep guests returning and recommending Island Jewel to others.
