A great location for families with small children as it’s far from the crowd and noise which can easily overwhelm them.
We got the Premier Room with Direct Pool Access at the Beach Wing for 3 adults and 2 infants. The room was very spacious and the bathroom has a very family friendly layout which is very important when taking turns with bathing and dressing up the kids.
The staff were all very helpful and accommodating with lovely smiles on their faces, from the transfer staff to reception to restaurant to housekeeping to security, every single one of them!
The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food. Loved the coffee and apple juice. It may not be a wise combination for most, but it was perfect for me. Hehe!
I also loved the seamless transfer service! It’s a must add if you’re staying at one of their properties. You literally just have to sit yourself and move to the next vehicle. The transfer staff will take care of your luggage. Very convenient!
I would definitely choose Hennan on our next trip to Boracay! Highly recommended!

Facility, and water machine everywhere in the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like in our room was the positioning of the TV, it was at the corner, should be in the middle of the room. We have a balcony overlooking the pool. I asked for a little touch in the room for my dads birthday and there
Was a 3 tier cake towel and they delivered a plate with chocolates with happy birthday written on it. It was perfect! The staff in Hennan were all very friendly, hardworking and very accommodating. Everyone was smiling, greeting you and they even open the doors and let you cross the street while they stop the oncoming traffic..Our lady server at the restaurant Lynel was excellent, she is very good in her job, she was very attentive, friendly, helpful and always happy to serve us.. she is my favourite!
The pool was amazing, not crowded, plenty of sun beds, there was a massage facility by the pool, which i wish they have a proper massage bed.. that would be perfect then… the breakfast buffet was my favourite.. makes me hungry thinking about it.. lol.. plenty of food to choose from, even my fussy husband managed to find something for his liking. The beach is in from of the resto.. amazing view.. we did para sailing and ATV and para sailing is highly recommended, one watcher can come for free and we paid 200 pesos for another person to come and observe. We also went to DMall where there was plenty of restaurants and shops..It was just not enough.. we need atleast a week or 2 in this hotel.. Thanks Hennan prime!

I really like their location. Some reviewers have an issue with half the resort being on the main road, but I prefer the rooms on the main wing - quieter and better pool area compared to the cramped pool in the beach wing. They try and maximize the sun beds given the size of their beachfront and the area is shaded. The property is also located near the end of Station 1 where the sand is finer and there are generally less people.
I had a great first stay last year and enjoyed the beachfront, so I decided to stay again with my family. I'd stay again in the future but would try other resorts first (e.g., Mandarin Bay, Discovery Shores, Ambassador in Paradise, Sheraton) for a number of reasons.
They have no rewards program or even a simple recognition system for returning guests. Even a simple note or welcome back from reception would have been a nice gesture that cost next to nothing.
The gym costs P300 per guest per visit. I understand the need to generate revenue to pay for the staff, but this discourages long term guests and groups who want to be able to work out a few times a week. Not to mention it's crazy to charge that much when their gym barely has any equipment. Most notably, the service wasn't warm at all. They're nice but did not seem service-oriented. This was the vibe we got from the reception staff to people in the restaurants to the housekeeping staff.
Overall, it's not a bad place to stay. I'd say it's better than most local resorts in the Philippines that charge the same amount in the Philippines (e.g., tattered, stained and poor bedding, makeshift beds and mattresses, moldy bathrooms, houses converted to 'resorts'). However, relative to what you can get in neighboring countries, it's understandable most guests would feel underwhelmed. In Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia, you definitely get better rooms, a lush landscaped resort and amazing service from staff who embody the meaning of hospitality.

Me and my family had a great time!
The rooms were elegant, clean and comfy, they come with hot and cold tap/shower/bathtub, hair dryer, personal safe, electric kettle, personal ref, smart TV and complimentary WiFi was fast and stable enough for online meetings. We tried the premium beach wing 2nd floor room with a pool view balcony for our first couple of nights stay then upgraded to a room with direct pool access for the remaining couple of nights.
Easy access to both the main road and the beach. They have their own conveniece store inside the hotel that's open up untill 12am. Several small but very fast elevatorsand two swimming pools.

All the Hennan Prime Hotel and restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. Security guards were always ready to assist you in crossing the street or getting a ride.
Thanks to Caroline from the front desk for our smooth check-in. The restaurant manager Marty and operations manager Keevin for allowing food arrangements for my wife, and also to Jozhua Gormino for taking a photos of us at the Sea Salt restaurant during our breakfast buffet.
The restaurant food was excellent and the food variety was great, they also made sure to serve something new every morning.
Fresh drinking water from the restaurant is available anytime and served to you while you enjoy sitting at their lounge chairs by the beach.
Two thumbs up and kudos to all the Hennan Prime staff!

Hotel transfer was smooth. Hassle free. Hennan has their own port to the island which means it wont be as crowded compared to the public port most people take.
Hotel location is great! Front beach as promised. Although it could be a bit crowded during the day but evenings are a lot quieter than most hotels in station 2.
Check in process was straightforward. Nothing special, service was ok and we didn't have to wait for too long.
>>Deluxe premium room review. It was clean and spacious but has this damp smell inside. Room slippers are only available by request. Again, we needed to call and request for robes as well. Is the hotel being cheap on us? I also requested a firm pillow, but they only have the same soft one. Good size bathroom. Comfortable bed. View was awful. Imagine waking up and seeing random half naked strangers from your balcony. Not how i wanted to spend my holiday, which is why we requested to upgrade to seaview.
>>Beach Wing seaview room. We paid an extra 9K pesos a night and it was worth it. This was the highlight of our stay in this hotel and I encourage guests to consider booking for this room instead. It was so much better in every way possible. No need to request for slippers and robes, the bathroom was massive, there was welcome desserts and the room smells nice and luxurious. The view was unobstructed and incredibly beautiful.
Breakfast on the first day did not start off strong but day after day they changed their menu and it got better. You do however need to pay extra for a latte if you request one, which other hotels don't.
Customer service was good. Staff were all polite and professional.
Overall a good modern hotel and will recommend to friends and family.

The hotel itself is very clean and modern with large rooms and balconies and direct access to the beach. With sunbeds.
The breakfast is excellent with lots of choices from local Filipino breakfast to European style waffles and pancakes.
The staff are amazing looked after our family well especially our 3 1/2 year old daughter. I must shout out especially Jersil and Jelly who have been looking after us day after day at the restaurant. And one night the security guard Marcelino Santerra who look after our daughter in the sand while me and my wife were eating our dinner. I would have to say they go above and beyond here and you will not find a bad staff member in the team. You feel like they have a sense of pride for looking after guests. Well done Henann for the great training.
Restaurant - Rose from sea salt was very friendly and accommodating. Made our breakfast experience better. đź’Ż
Staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Front Desk - it was kind of sad that they kept on calling us and reminding us for the additional payment for my 10y/o sister as she was already counted as an adult and not child. We paid for over Php70,000 for our entire stay and had a php 20,000 security deposit, yet they kept on bothering us about the additional php 3,000+ additional payment, which they can get from our security deposit. And made us feel like as if we wouldn’t pay for the extra fee.
1. Prime location in Station 1. Quiet and less populous side of Boracay but not too far from the rows of restaurants and bars of D'Mall in Station 2.
2. Breakfast buffet offers great variety while the ala carte menu is priced reasonably with generous servings.
3. The rooms are well kept and are just a few steps away from the beach if you book the beach front accommodations.
4. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE is what sets this resort apart from the others. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. In spite of the peak season, the restaurant is over-manned by waiters and busboys to ensure turnover of tables are fast and clean.
Kudos and huge thanks to the following who always makes us feel special.
1. Marty
2. Jomar
3. MJ
4. Mar
5. Lynel
6. Daytime security guard whose name I forgot
