Pros: - free private transfers!!! This alone has been a sure win already and has made us decide to book with Coast everytime we visit Boracay - staff: the most caring, accommodating and efficient staff ever! Special shout out to Ram, Ben, Princess, Jovie, the tall kuya who helped us with our luggage (forgot his name), actually, all of the Coast staff! Our first trip out of the city since the pandemic and no regrets. Kids didn’t want to leave the hotel, the beds were comfy and there was popcorn and ice cream in the afternoons. The service was amazing, food at Cha Cha’s was yummy, and I could eat my weight in their Ube Champorado. The beach butler makes sure you have a mat, towels and cold water, and will put your belongings in a plastic bag when it suddenly rains. The staff took care of the transfers and it was a breeze. Can’t wait to go back :)

The first time we stayed in Boracay was Q1 2023, it was a work trip that allowed me to bring my hubby and child. The company booked our accommodations and had us stay in COAST. Prior to this, we have been in Boracay a few times, both high- and mid-end hotels but never stayed at the same place twice. We enjoyed the service so much --- direct transport from Caticlan to Boracay so hassle-free when we arrived, very welcoming concierge and bellhops, all-smiling staff in the restaurant and the pool and beach areas, housekeeping staff --- their security officers/lifeguards even bring you a mat to stay on the sand, offered cold water while lounging and brought over beach toys for the kiddo to play with in the sand. Five star service from all the staff of Coast Boracay! Very attentive to our needs, especially for the kids and seniors in our group. Hassle free from booking to check-out. This little gem is nestled in the heart of station 2, steps from nightlife and shopping, and right on the beach! The hotel pool and restaurant are a relaxing refuge from the hustle and bustle outside. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was robust, for those who need a break from the heat. Every night a little dessert treat was left in the room with a note. Nice touch! But what makes this hotel really shine are the employees, who go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Ram in particular was lovely with children! All staff were gracious and welcoming. Would definitely stay again! We were with a large group of 20+ and they were FANTASTIC with coordinating drop offs/pickups and excursions! Very organized!

Our whole family still had VIP treatment for the duration of our stay, just like our 1st last year. Staff always serve with a beaming smile. You need not ask for assistance because they are always there first hand. Especially that we had senior citizens during our stay, everything was comfortable and convenient. There are a lot of good hotels in Boracay, but none would compare to Coast Boracay when it comes to their first-rate service. And for a family with kids, quality service is the most needed as it helps keep down the stress of being with high-maintenance companions (young kids). Coast Boracay understands this. In our last 2 vacations to Boracay, we stayed with them and the service is still impeccable. It’s the same openness to serve from front desk staff, housekeeping, reservation officers, those stationed near the beach and pools, to those in charge of transfer services.
