Really enjoyed our stay at the Coast! All the staff from the time you arrive at the boat transfer, Front desk staff, Housekeeping and Restaurant staff were all super friendly and accommodating! Super conducive for families travelling with kids! Loved the free popocorn and ice cream every 3pm plus the free Foot massages for everyday that we were there! Shoutout to Ben & Ben from the Beachfront security team and housekeeping staff! Thanks for taking care of us!

Excellent service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Especially Bryan from the front desk and Ben the beach butler. Fresh towels and ice cold water awaited us every time we got out of the water. Free popcorn, ice cream and foot massages were given out every afternoon. Coast really spoiled us and we love every second of it! We highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay there again. J & C

All staffs were incredibly kind! They were ready to help guests all the time. Check-in process was seamless, I think I didn't wait even a minute! Most importantly, this hotel was conveniently located I was able to go to the White beach and D-MALL in a jiffy. This hotel is a definitely must-go hotel in Boracay!

From pickup to checkout, the staff in Coast Boracay are the gems! Kuya Jony and kuya Ben on the beachside looks after your needs by the beach.. beach mats, towels, drinks and even the kids’ sand toys. Kuya Ram also took care of us by the pool side especially when the ice cream and popcorn afternoon is on. Kuya John sent us off and got all our bags to the van to get to the terminal. One stormy afternoon coming back from island hopping they also served hot congee alongside the usual ice cream/popcorn and it was such a welcome treat while raining. Despite the unfortunate weather, our stay at Boracay was not dampened at all due to the excellent service and facilities of The Coast. No regrets at all booking at this resort, they offer top-tier customer service that made us feel very welcome and accommodated. The staff go way beyond the usual hotel service, and we are extremely grateful. In fact, we did not expect being given warm beach towels immediately as we got out of the freezing beach waters. Rooms are spacious, clean, and appliances are all functional. Airport and boat transfer for already inclusive with the room booking, very convenient. Very pleasant experience. Hands on service. Good food at Cha cha’s cafe. Clean room and it was ready even if we arrived early at 9am. Free chocnut and mangoes and banana. Sumptuous breakfast. Very recommended stay. I love coast boracay!

The best hotel experience I’ve had ever. The staff go the extra mile and then some to make you feel welcomed and cared for. Everyone is very kind and truly make you feel like royalty. The rooms were well maintained and super comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is a must. It’s the perfect getaway spot in an already beautiful beach, being Boracay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Coast. Located in Station 2, it is about a 10 to 15 mins walk away from D’Mall. When we rented an e-trike to get there, it took about 5 mins to get from the hotel (we paid an average of a 100 PhP for a family of 5). Pros: - Transportation to and from Caticlan Airport to the hotel is included in the room rate. We had our own vans and our own speedboat. - The hospitality is fantastic! We loved their uniforms which made clear to guests what their actual jobs were. It was easy to figure out who to ask what when we needed help. - My family and I were well taken cared of. Beach towels were immediately set up in the beach front. As soon as a family member got out of the water, they immediately assisteby covering them with towels. -…
