From start to finish, our stay at Coast Boracay was nothing short of exceptional!
They picked us up before noon from Henann Crystal Sands, perfectly timed with our check-out, making the transfer seamless. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with cold towels and refreshers, a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel at home.
The check-in process was incredibly smooth and straightforward, taking less than five minutes. To our surprise, we were guided directly to our already-cooled room—an early check-in we didn’t even request, considering their standard check-in time is 3 PM! Inside, we were greeted with welcome fruits and a small jar full of Choco Nut, a sweet and nostalgic treat.
Coast Boracay goes above and beyond with its thoughtful amenities! From 3-5 PM daily, unlimited soft ice cream and popcorn were available, a fun and delightful treat. Every evening, we found a snack waiting in our room, like espasol and brownies, with a note and a recommended Spotify song, making the experience even more personalized.

Kuya Ben was always cheerful, ensuring we enjoyed our popcorn and ice cream.
Kuya Jony provided exceptional service at the beachfront, preparing our beach beds with towels and water. As soon as we stepped out of the water, he was ready with fresh towels, making sure we were comfortable at all times.
The check-out and airport transfer were just as smooth as our check-in. Since our 6:20 PM flight was later in the day, the staff advised us in advance about our transfer schedule, ensuring we could maximize our last day in Boracay without worrying about being late. Their seamless coordination made our departure stress-free and hassle-free.
With its impeccable service, thoughtful touches, and warm hospitality, Coast Boracay exceeded our expectations. Every little detail was carefully planned to provide an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!

I really debated where to book for a few nights solo in Boracay but I am so glad I chose Coast. From the moment you book, you’re able to arrange your transfers with someone waiting for you at the airport on the mainland waiting to whisk you away - this doesn’t seem like much but it saved waiting to get a trike to the port and then a public ferry so you can start your holiday!
The team are absolutely fantastic, they make this place, starting with Mercy at the port and Bryan at the front desk. The beach/pool team are just amazing- special call outs to Ben, Cjay and Johnny who made sure I always had an iced glass of water, a towel and a comfy spot to sit - they’re excellent photographers too!
The hotel is small but perfectly formed and far less commercial than others on the beachfront. The pool area was generally quiet with plenty of places to sit and relax. The rooms are modern and well designed with comfortable beds.
The location is honestly spot on, it’s about in the middle of white sand beach so it’s easy to walk up to D mall and other restaurants/bars.

Coming from hoteliers, we can easily say that Coast is the best hotel in terms of service and has well thought out amenities and inclusions. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and attentive. The arrival experience was smooth and hassle free. Our flight arrived before noon and I expected to just leave the bags and come back in the afternoon however our room was readily available upon arrival! Refreshing watermelon welcome drink was provided along with a cold towel, and in room check in was done by Jessica. Ram assisted with our luggage upon check in and was always there to give us free popcorn and ice cream every afternoon. Lifeguards Stephen and Jony were very attentive every time we spent time at the beachfront. They set up a beach mat, cold drink, and provided towels as soon as they see you come out of the water, and even offered to take amazing pictures. It felt like we have a personal butler at the beach. It was my birthday and wedding anniversary trip and there was an anniversary cake setup in the room, along with a personalized photo greeting. The restaurant staff also surprised me with a birthday song during breakfast which was really thoughtful. We also looked forward to the turndown amenities set up every night, it was a really nice touch. We felt very pampered and I can’t wait to schedule another trip back to Boracay and book again with Coast. 💜

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews and the free airport shuttle with no time limit.
First of all, when there is a pool in a hotel, the pool side is usually a lanai, so you can relax while looking at the pool, but this is not the case. The pool side is a corridor, and people going to each room walk in front of the room. The corridor side has a glass window (which cannot be opened), so if you don't keep the roller blinds down at all times, the inside of the room is completely visible. I realized this after the cancellation was no longer possible. Also, the room we stayed in was close to the front desk and near the restaurant, so it may have been a coincidence, but there were many group guests there and it was noisy until around 10pm, so if you want a quiet room, it's better to let them know in advance. The bath only had a rain shower and no bathtub. There was no problem with the water pressure or temperature, but I was a little confused about turning on the rain shower. There was a problem with the drainage of the sink, and it was difficult to drain. There were only large bath towels, and no face towels. Also, I'm not sure if it happens every day, but there is a planned power outage for two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening, so air conditioners and other electrical appliances cannot be used.
I stayed in a twin room on the second floor, and when I entered the room, I went to the toilet, but it had not been cleaned as it had been used by the previous person.
As for breakfast, you can eat at the restaurant next to the front desk from 6am, but if you go right after it opens, not all the food is ready and you have to wait a little. Coast was such a cozy place to stay. As soon as we arrived at Caticlan Airport, their complimentary private transport was so seamless and easy that the whole transfer felt like it was done in 20 minutes. It was definitely easier than our experience with a third party transfer service we used last year.
Their attention to detail is unmatched by fancier hotels. We were greeted with our welcome photo displayed on the tv in our room as soon as we arrived, as well as fresh fruit, flip flops and tote bags. They also left a new sweet treat in our room every night with a Spotify playlist recommendation. The unlimited popcorn and unlimited ice cream with flavours changed daily was another fun perk! The rooms are modern, simple, clean and cozy. They have really mastered the simplicity of the room.
Cha Cha’s Restaurant had a massive menu and everything we tried was so yum and reasonably priced considering it was hotel food, whether we chose something filo or western.
Shoutout to Kuya Ben for always making sure we had towels and water ready to go at the beach. Kuya Ben was also very attentive and helped us whenever he saw us carrying things back to our room, and took our trash for us whenever we finished our ice cream.
Definitely would book Coast again!

I was a bit hesitant about traveling with 3 small children and an infant but COAST made our trip such a positive experience. The reviews about the transfers are legit. We didn’t have a hard time with the kids and our luggages. They were gracious to help me with the baby food and sterilizing the baby bottles. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and the popcorn every afternoon. The “men in black but in white” are very attentive and quick to provide beach towel, cold water, and even beach toys for the kids. The Coast staff really make this hotel shine above all the rest. They truly serve. Every time we climbed out of the ocean we were met with a dry towel and a glass of ice water. We stayed for a while here in Coast and experienced the best service! Staff would offer setting up a beach mat for you, hand you towels as well as water. When the sun rays would hit your area, they’d gladly move your mat. The free ice cream and popcorn during the afternoons are also a delight. Perfect treat when lounging by the pool (yeahp, same attentive personalized service by their “Alfreds”, shout out to Ben who was always there to assist).
Room we stayed in was always kept clean, though with some signs of wear the beds were comfortable, the bath was spacious (with hot water coming fast) and the tv had good connectivity (great for netflix).
Tip: No elevators so if you’re not up for climbing some stairs, ask for a lower room :)
Overall, great stay and will come back!

I loved that the property was in the middle of everything and that the beachfront had the best unobstructed view.
The hotel may not have been a 5 star one but I give the staff 7 stars. Everyone was so friendly, courteous and helpful. They were the best! Shout out to Jony, our Alfred, on the beach. He made sure we had towels, water and also watched our belongings while we swam. Vincent in Cha Cha's was also the best. He always wore that big smile and served us with love in all the days we were there.
Afternoon snacks sent to the room, popcorn & soft serve ice cream by the pool were a pleasant surprise as well.
The private boat transfers to and from the airport were very convenient. They also took a souvenir photo prior to boarding the boat the first time. We got a copy of it at the end of of stay. NOTE: Ignore any comments on how the shuttle doesn’t stop right at the hotel and that there’s a bit of a walk. This is true for almost all hotels there so you wouldn’t really consider this a con. It’s nitpicking to expect to be right at the door of the hotel — then the beachfront would be full of boat transfers and the shoreline would have shuttles running on it. C’mon! The walk isn’t a deal at all, especially when you have friendly faces carrying all of your belongings straight to your room.
I’d recommend this place to anyone I know. It’s just sad we can’t go as often as we’d like since we live continents away.
