Nice people, it was fun with the birthday celebration, the band was ok.. It was our second time stays. Still we will come back again next year. Don't expect luxurious stay but it was a feeling of being in a home in front of the beach. The pool was good, though I don't like the idea of no lifeguard no swimming policy especially if you are an adult, you can't swim in the night anymore which is kinda unfair and boring...

It is a small resort/hotel. The rooms & food were cheap & nice.
The rooms had no view. I loved it that you step out right into the beach.
The family room & a few double room on top of where the band plays were just too noisy that there was no chance of sleep till 2AM.

Ideal location right on the beautiful white sand beach.
Good infinity pool in the centre of the hotel.
Our room was a little small and the bathroom even smaller (sink had to be in the bedroom!) but cannot complain on cleanliness.
Lovely staff who offered a good service.
Only given 4 due to v small rooms but more expensive rooms were likely bigger!

And why were there 150 people PEEING in the FILTHY Pool you might ask? Because when the pool is always open to the Filipino public for 50 pesos or one dollar so for dollar they get to come and pee your pool while you're on vacation but to the owner that's all profit who by the way cannot stay awake long enough to have a conversation with you that you are upset with your accommodations at 7 AM in the morning and the drifting in and out of consciousness while you're having a conversation with him.
As stated in a previous review the pool restroom is not used at all and when it is they pee all over the floor and you can smell it from 75 feet away. However it is also located directly underneath the main dining area overlooking the ocean so you can smell Fecal Matter & Urine while paying for overpriced dinner breakfast or lunch.
They sold my room [[ TWICE ]] because I didn't get there until 7 PM and then they switched rooms on me and gave me a room that was valued at 80% less but they did not give me my money… a.k.a. the refund I deserve and told me it was something I must blame on agoda.com because they a.k.a. a goda.com did incorrectly by over booking so I was the person who got screwed for 80% of the value of my room and neither of the owners a.k.a. Joe and Joy could give a flying cow flop about. And gave me two completely different song and dances as to why they wouldn't return my money even though they know I paid for room I didn't get.
A.k.a. this screwing you get is the screwing you paid for when stay at this hotel.
Breakfast was served ice cold on a cold plate with no silverware no napkins no coffee and no Juice even though I paid for with my room. By the time you get your breakfast silverware and your coffee your breakfast is ice cold.
I was not the only person to receive breakfast with no silverware and no napkins were napkins or coffee because each person respectively who received their breakfast went through the same fiasco because the staff is not trained or they are simply stupid and/or lazy take your pick?
If you don't ask for coffee or juice they don't even mention receiving juice or coffee as If they are saving the money for the coffee and the Juice...which is in fact exactly how they think because to a Philippine PESO or every dollar they screw you for is a dollar they earn.
When the electric goes out there is no backup generator and there are no backup battery lights at all on the entire property s so bring a flashlight,
Also remembered to bring bug spray and toilet paper because when I complained that there was no toilet paper they told me there was a bucket in the bathroom that you splash water on your butt with and this is customary in the Philippines.
Now they told me they were going to give me toilet paper but they never brought that.
So if you get the white towels with the green stains on them...
you know those were the towels I used to wipe my butt with
I have a video on YouTube showing you just how dirty the pool was in the morning called [[ ANDA DE BORACAY HOTEL REWIEW 150 KIDS PISSING IN A POOL & THE SCREWING U PAID FOR IS A SCREWING UGET ]]
PS you should send me money for saving you money!

The best thing about this resort is the beach front, everything else behind it was terrible for us.
The check in was a hassle, the staff are incompetent and forgot to tell us the fact that our bedroom would be above a rock band playing until 11pm on a Sunday night.
The complimentary breakfast, the tocino was burnt and summarised my stay at this resort, terrible.

The rooms and buildings designs are mash up of many types and yet they are clean and relatively new. The pool is a decent size and well kept. The restaurant serves Filipino food at low price. I loved sipping my mango and banana shake while overlooking the wide amazing beach on a rocking chair. Blliss! The best part of this resort apart from the hospitable owners and employees is that it's right in front of the nice beach. Jogging every morning was perfect. It's about 3-5 minutes walk to the beach bar which is good alternative for food and entertainment. There's a live band playing at night on every Friday. Complimentary Wifi works well too. Overall, you can't complain as it's really worth what you pay.

We came to this hotel because of the good reviews but promptly decided not to stay overnight.
This place is more for those with a budget and roughing it out. We think it was just too noisy and too busy. And the front desk told us a room would cost us P2,700.00 but it was not worth it.
We opted to have lunch instead. The food was affordable and good. A lot of items that we wanted on the menu were not available but perhaps this was a blessing in disguise. At least those that were available tasted good.
The best thing about this place is that it is in Quinale Beach. This is a public beach, hence there were a lot of people. The beach itself is very nice because the sand is powdery white. But the beach was also dirty.

We stayed here for 3 days and the place is amazing. The food and the accommodation are good. I recommend this place for the view and the kindness of the employees.
The place is quite isolated so you'll need a van or a try circle to go there from the nearest city

We stayed here at the during a power outage when Typhoon Hayian knocked out the power, and they had a generator. We would not have stayed at the hotel if it hadn't have been for that. We have a house there, and no generator, (I needed cool air since I had gotten sick and wasn't comfortable in the heat.)
The staff was very friendly, no complains there at all. We got a room with 2 queen beds, a flat screen tv, armoire for clothes, a/c in the wall, a table with chair, mirror, and a nice bathroom. Of course, there was no power on the rest of the island so we couldn't enjoy the flat screen tv. The beds were firm and the pillows were huge, soft and comfortable; the bedding was clean, and very comfortable.
The bathroom was well sized. I didn't like how the toilet lid didn't quite fit the toilet; the hot water wasn't as hot as I liked. The lid isn't a reason not to stay here, nor is the water since I'm used to taking very hot showers at home.
The food was very good and was freshly cooked. The view from the beach was beautiful, the pool was clean. I can't speak for the wi-fi, since my phone is from the US and wouldn't properly connect, but it did show up on my phone. The only thing is that I would hope they would extend wi-fi to all the rooms, not just the main area.
The gift shop had several nice things, you just have to ask them to open the door for you - I think at anytime day or night? I asked in the daytime & they got the key to open the door.
I was still recovering from being sick, so I didn't take any pictures, but the ones that are on this site paint a good picture of the place.
If you have to stay one night or several, you should stay here. It's well worth it.

I was researching for a resort in Anda where we can celebrate my mom and cousin's post and pre birthday celebration and Anda de Boracay is one of our choice and is our first stop because we are choosing 2 resorts one for the morning and another one for the afternoon.
We went there April 11, 2012. As we arrived and check the place all of us agreed that we will not stay for too long in the place because even though how enticing the pool is the space of the whole resort is just too small like it is a residential place turned resort. All you see are throw stone walls. Even the place is so little they are still working on some more rooms making the place looks even more smaller.
Anda de Boracay has no private shore line, you need to share a public beach though it is still a white sand beach like any other beach in Anda Bohol. To go to the beach you need to go down in the resort but think of it why not pay if you can have the beach for free.
I also asked the staff about the prices of their menu's but they did not disclose it seeing that we have second thoughts of staying.
