It's just not cheap enough, to be as seedy as it is, with out note. On arrival a very polite and helpful young fellow, showed us a range of rooms. We decided on the room with out a toilet leaking from the waist pipe. Or ripped flooring or the premium room with inclusive ant highway. Breakfast: Do you have toast? No. Eggs? No. Fruit? Cereal? No.We have bacon sausage, fries, Coffee? Yes. 2 coffees please. Which were quick and refreshing. The tatty and dangerously under serviced mopeds were free to use. The atemt to charge us for a punctured tube, when it had obviously been used on very low pressure, damaging the valve under breaking. Thwarted by my girl friend. The atmosphere is friendly. Familiar. For all the familys we met there, management appear to have rules about proffesional over night guests. I know they were professional as I was quoted a price. …
I felt like I’m trying to please the hotel team instead of them me Felt really uncomfortable Really not nice attitude from the staff Location is bad tho they give motorbike with each room Next time I’m in Panglao no way I’m coming back here Fair prices
You've got what you paid more..so dont expect for more.. If you are a backpackers and nothing to complains about everything then this place are for you.. Free motorbike is a big bonus..friendly atmosphere, friendly people...
I don't recommend this place at all. It is not worth the extra journey to stay here. The staff were very rude and unwelcoming we left after 1 night. No water refills, rooms overpriced for what they are.
Only good thing about this place is the free bike and decent food, other then that the rooms are dingy and dirty, pool smells like sewage, holes in all of the bug screens on windows so we found multiple roaches and spiders and other bugs in our room. The wifi is almost non existent. To make things worse almost the entire staff including the owner were extremely rude I never saw a smile on any of there faces the entire time we were there. Checking out they tried to throw extra charges our way for things like filling up our water bottles when staff never told us it costs per bottle fill-up. Overall awful place to stay and far from a resort as in their title. I'm not some five star resort WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! You've been warned.
A family run business.. Very friendly and accomodating people.. You feel like your own home.. Free motorbike is a very Good offer from them but ofcourse if you want to have that then you have to leave your passport.. If nö then its Not a big deal also.. If you are willing to rent a motorbike outside then they dont ask you to leave something.
Having a motor bike that came with the accommodation was the best part of this place. Food is decent, rooms are old and a little run down for the price and staff is rude and has no personality. Barely saw a smile on any of their faces, didn't make us feel very welcome and gave us no pointers on anywhere to go or things to do. Wouldn't stay again.
People have different minds & reactions...this is normal..even for a five stars hotel they wrote bad..but for me, this place is the best..staffs are very friendly, they are ready for there smile always..rooms are ok..for the 6 nights i stayed here, i almost tried all the rooms coz they are always fully booked and me never made a reservation, have to moved time to time..i dont want to go to another place, coz this place is the best place for me..i feel at home..they have rules, and we have to follow it coz thats their business..but i never paid something for them everytime i played the pool or any of their activities..they are open and they even played with you and teach the games for filipino way.. I was really happy and thank them for having me in that place
Dirty, unsanitary, just didn’t feel nice. I can understand a place in a location like this or of this budget being a bit more low end, but it could still be clean and hospitable. It was also the only place I’ve been to in the Philippines were I’ve felt unwanted and had awful service. I just felt like they couldn’t care less if I was there or not and had no desire to assist or acknowledge me at all.
Stayed 1 night, had to leave after the first night. CONS - someone took a dump in the toilet and left it for us when we checked in - sheets weren’t changed from the people before us, they were covered in hair literally covered - staff was really unfriendly and uninviting. (Young kid who took us to the room and then just left, wasn’t sure if we were booked in or not ) - our bathroom had a cockroach in it, then the next morning a frog. Yes a frog I don’t know how. - our room had a the biggest spider in it I’ve ever seen in my life (see pictures below) - it cost pesos to use the pool table per game and to use the pool, which you can’t use the pool table anyways cause the kids who love there use it - air conditioner stopped working at night, never worked again from then on out - rooms are very damp and moist / musty smelling - when we checked out they showed our room to someone else but quoted them 100 pesos less than what we paid - 15 minute walk to Alona beach where you should be staying instead of here - weird rules posted that they will charge you for everything they can... if you touch the toilet tank or fiddle with it, they will charge you pesos ? Wtf - you get a free scooter to use while you stay there only from 7-12, if you use it in the afternoon past 12 you pay 50. Pesos per hour PROS - hot water worked good This is an honest review, stay here and find out for yourself …
