This inn is relatively new, just 3 years in operation (as per the owner) and located inside a subdivision but still very accessible to public transportation like tricycles. There were also small commercial areas nearby. Value for money, absolutely! Our room, though small, has a balcony. Room rates inclusive of round trip airport transfers and daily breakfast. Wifi speed was superb! Globe network is preferred to use over other networks. The 3rd floor was huge for a pantry, where daily breakfast is served. It even has a function room. Kuya Joseph, the owner, and his staff were very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Some rooms don't have tv but you can just add a few bucks to have a room upgrade with cable-tv; towels were also provided per room. It only has basic room amenities, so don't expect a lot.
My only concern during our stay was the room's AC, which was quite noisy when you really want to have a good sleep. The bathroom door needs minor fixing and the squeaking sound of the faucet on the sink (probably because of the pressure or something) every time it's being closed. And we also experienced a few power-interruptions during our stay, but the inn has nothing to do with it and it wasn't a big deal, after all, since we're not around most of the day. A generator is also available to support the interruption when it occurred at night time and power came back after a few hours.
Other than that, we had a very pleasant 3-night stay! Highly-recommended for budget-travelers like us! Would love to stay here again on my next visit.

This is a quaint hotel about 5-7 minutes away from the airport. It had a homey feel to it and I loved how cute it looked. It was also super clean and had a nice view on the third floor. They served breakfast too but I didn't really like it that much. Overall, it was still a good place to stay in! Super budget friendly too!
