The staff is probably the best thing about this hotel. Other than one hotel I've visited in the bahamas this is the friendliest, most attentive staff I've seen anywhere. The owner is a great guy and made sure to come out say hello once a day for our entire stay. They make sure the trike drivers give you a good price and watch out for you. The food is pretty good as well although they don't serve lunch and breakfast is a little limited. The wifi is superb and i was able to stream netflix almost my entire stay. The pool is wonderful despite being a little small to do laps. In the room the air worked great, the shower was nice and hot, in the bed was about as comfortable as anything ever been on in a resort.... Although it's very soft for those people who prefer a stiff…
Absolutely loved this hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Yes it is a bit far from the city center, but only a short and cheap tricycle ride away. The staff even took us in for free. The best thing was the extremely friendly staff and the owner Enrico, they really made you feel welcome. Would definitely stay there again!
I have to say we are overwhelmed of the pleasing manner by the team. It started with a heartwarming welcome and it continued the whole stay. It didn’t matter which questions came up we got fully support on every concern. The hotel is located on a quite spot and you can reach everything by local tricycle drivers easily. The way to the city takes 10 min and the beach is reachable in a few minutes by walk. Please check this restaurant: Bajao seafront restaurant - it’s 10 minutes by walk from the hotel and it’s directly at the sea. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. Bed was comfortable and each room has a balcony or a terrace - what makes your stay even more precious. The breakfast will be served until 10 which will be prepared freshly by the personal. The pool area is…
Service: I arrived sick and the front office worker and manager made me an appointment at the local hospital and took care of all the details. During our extended stay they both were consistently caring, friendly and helpful and an absolute joy to visit and talk with. They care about their guests and take pride in their work. More than five gold stars for Vince and Bok! Room: Our room was large, clean, and colorful and I really liked the big back patio with bistro set. It had an air conditioner, a ceiling fan, and another side fan so it was easy to cool down quickly. Amenities & Location: The hotel is located a bit outside town so it's peaceful. You'll need to take a tricycle but the front staff is happy to arrange that and the tricycles are very reasonable. My favorite…
We stayed at Paboreal Boutique Hotel for one night and the welcoming was great! The staff helped us for everything and they even made adequate suggestions. The room was big and clean, but the mattress was too soft. Be aware that the hotel is located outside of town but at a walking distance of the beach.
Paboreal hotel is a modern, clean and very comfortable hotel. The rooms are modern, big and come with a sofa and desk. The balcony was awesome, with a view to the pool. I was impressed by the owner and the staff doing the extra mile to provide the best service. The hotel is a bit outside of the center, of Puerto Princesa but it is very quiet and walk-able distance to restaurants. The hotels has its own restaurant. The pool was great and clean. Wifi was good and worked inside the rooms, it was faster than in the other hotels we tried in the city. I totally recommend this hotel for a great stay in Puerto Princesa!
This is a far away downtown place and good here with warmly service. And here's people are very nice and all customers are good. I met some guys from foreign countries and talk about something good and relax.
This hotel amazed us from the second we arrived. The rooms are great but the staff were absolutely the best part of our staying at paboreal. They do everything they possibly can to make you feel comfortable. The owner usually strolls around the hotel area and chats with the guests which makes you feel very welcome. We've stayed at 4 star hotels in puerto princesa but this hotel beats them all. If you get the chance to go to PPS it would be a shame if you missed out on this hotel.
I chanced upon Paboreal Boutique Hotel while searching for a place to stay during my holiday in Palawan and decided to give it a go based on the numerous good reviews written. Communication through email was smooth and my queries were replied promptly. Upon our arrival at the airport, my friend and I were immediately picked up by Enrico and Vince and that marked the start of the hospitality that I graciously received for the next 4 days. We were driven to the hotel in a private vehicle and the whole journey probably took less than 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel located along a quiet street in a residential area while still within a stone's throw away from the city center. We were fortunate enough to be given a room on the second floor which…
Enrique and all his staff are the perfect hosts, if you don’t see it, ask and it will be provided if it exists in the area. The location is slightly out of the way, but I felt this was a bonus so we were out of the noise and pollution of Puerto Princesa. The food is very satisfying and Enrique is a wealth of information on anything you might desire in the way of restaurants, massage, activities and the means to get there! The6 do provide a menu but will alter to satisfy. I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel, and plan on returning before we leav the Philippines!
