We had a marvellous time there.
The hotel was beautiful, clean, and much more.
The staff was really kind and took care of everything!
I must say that the owners were the best people I've ever met !!! So kind and friendly,
I felt a part of their family.

Thank you for making us feel so happy and comfortable at our stay.
We appreciate all you've done for us.

What a great find in Puerto Princesa! The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few minutes from town by taxi tricycle or possible to walk. Room was very spacious, and had everything you need: free wifi that worked great, cable t.v. with English channels, lots of counter space... I really loved that the bathroom is separated by toilet with small sink, shower, and sink in separate rooms. Nice air conditioning, all immaculately clean, and very friendly service throughout. Very lovely pool area for relaxing. There is a public beach you can walk to about 10 minutes away, but not as nice as the day trips island hopping around Honda Bay which was spectacular.

They helped us book day tours... they had a nice quality gift shop in the lobby. Food in the restaurant was of high quality and reasonably priced. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the manager spoke English, French and Italian.

I know I will go back... I was amazed at the reasonably price compared to some other hotels in the area that didn't seem so nice.

Upon arriving to the hotel after driving down a bumpy deserted road, thinking to myself... this place is going to suck. I saw such a nice resort on a road mixed within fallen down shacks and empty lots. The resort was clean and fresh with a pleasant hotel staff. The photos of the room online don't really give a good description of this resort. I think its actually better than the photos which is a first. For the price I would recommend this hotel but in general I would not recommend staying in Puerto Princesa as there really isn't much to do.

Stayed just one night. Room was clean and had a balcony (N.o 9) and nice breakfast. Nice feeling with the pool with a lush surrounding and friendly, open atmostphere in the reception & restaurant -area.

But most important:
The bed was soft and comfortable!
That’s hard to find in Asia (I’ve tried 40+ hotels).

This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment you meet the owner, Enrico you will understand why this place is how it is. He is warm, very kind and greets every guest with a smile and is extremely helpful. This place is great value for money and the perfect place to base yourself in Puerto Princesa for a relaxing stay. We would 100% stay here again.

Highlights:

- Enrico and his staff did everything to help assist us with our journey from El Nido to Coron as the ferry was cancelled.
- Dinner was great. The staff made fresh italian style pasta. Delicious
- Staff assisted in booking trips and Enrico ensured that we were fully prepared including providing us with sun cream to use.
- Superb breakfast
- The cats were great!
- Room was clean
- Piano pool was perfect for a relaxing dip after a day trip

Thank you very much to Enrico and staff!

Rooms were big. Decor and amenities more than adequate. A quaint charming B&B located in the Bancao Bancao, the quiet side of PPC. Big swimming pool with piano keys design. Staff attentive and pleasant. Owner very gracious.
