Just a standard hotel with spacious room with air conditioned and hot water. WIFI is not as good but the rooftop bar/restaurant is amazing you can chill there at night. They offer breakfast. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I find it not good during stayed for the following reasons: 1. They said that Trip Advisor was not accredited to them so the online reservation and payment i made was not honored so we have to pay in CASH in order for us to accommodate 2. We have to stay longer at the Airport, in which i called a day before we will arrive at Palawan to make sure we have a car going to their hotel, but unfortunately, the driver supposed to pick up according to them were still eating so we have to wait, we decided to take a taxi instead to go to the hotel because it already 10:00 in the evening. 3. We are place on the 2nd Floor its fine, but the Hot and Cold shower was not working and the Toilet also, we informed them but they just said "Sorry" for they are still under transition of a new management? 4. They don't have food during Sunday for the Cooked according to them is on DAY-OFF 5. Canteen is till 10:00 pm only 6. The only pleasant i must admit is the Staff.

We stayed Liberty Park for 2 weeks! and were so thankful and were so very lucky because all staff are very friendly , very hospitable- they always told us mam-sir, if you have concerns, suggestions please let me know...pls feel free to ask what you need! please feel at home..and they allowed us to use their kitchen for free since we are long-stay! owner Ms.Joe-ann Liyang was kind, friendly and aslo very hospitable... And this place has great and good ambiance terrace! awesome terrace @ the rooftop! we dont expect that rooms are very spacious & clean-since we booked as "pension house" but were surprised we enter the room...very spacious & ver cozy bed..very comfortable! I used to have my own travel agency and I booked all my customers here its only my first time to stay here and I didn't realize the room is big and spacious and they have beautiful bar and restaurant. Good value for your money and joe- Ann who owns it is my friend and she's taking care of her guest.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Joe-Ann and the staff are really helpful. My tour to the under ground caves yesterday was cancelled due to the coast guard and Joe-Ann was able to get me into Honda Bay tour at very little notice and re-arrange the Cave tour for today. It's only 5 minutes to the airport and short walk/tricycle to restaurants and bars. Great rooftop terrace for breakfast. The road is quiet at night and you will have cc a good night's sleep here. Thanks, Brian

Good Day,to our beloved guest and viewers., we we would like to apologized if you experience having hard time with the past Management last Month ago, We do really Understand and we know How frustrate that is. Because it was not a good system Management and they're not the real owner too of the property that is why they are not concern about how the Guest feel is and they dont Understand the different culture or raises that possible to encounter when it comes to this kind of business., However we would like to announce with this To you our beloved guest that the management is already Switching and starting a new system management that to be manage with 3good person. And we will start renovating the Rooms and accommodation not quite fabulous but the room rates will be surpricing and affordable. The Suite I sleep in was very bright and colorful. The bed was replacing and I slept very well, like melting away in the sheets. Joanne, the Philippino Lady that owns the establishment was extremely friendly and customer oriented. Their Karaoke was out of this world, having over 1,500 songs to choice from. The tender love and care that Joanne herself put into the decorations shows her commitment to customer service.

Eric has a bad attitude towards his guests. At first he seems friendly then he turned extremely unhelpful, arrogant and suspicious. We hired a motorbike from him (which initially he said he was more than happy to book for us). First we asked for the bike, he told us it would be 5 minutes and it didn't arrive. Then we had to ask one of the other members of staff to organise it for us after waiting 15 minutes and being told he hadn't even called them yet to order the bike. On the bikes return, Eric spent 20 minutes, checking the bike with a fine tooth comb for any sign of damage he could possibly find (obviously in order to try and make some extra money out of us). He didn't say hello, he ignored us at breakfast time and any other time we tried to say hello to him. He has a bad attitude and should not be running a guesthouse if he has no interest in customer service. It says in the advert that they provide a laundry service. When we asked for this service, he told us 'No' and we had to carry our laundry into town. It also says there is wifi available in 'all public areas' when in fact, you can only just get a wifi signal when standing next to Eric at the reception desk. The stopped working at points and there was no water most of the time to flush the toilet or have a shower, between 8am to lunchtime. Cheers Eric, we left Palawan with a bad taste in our mouth.

Location wise, this place is a little too far away from everything. The good thing is they have a van for hire to move around. We were lucky that when we were there, it was practically just us checked in. The staff was very courteous and another extra blessing was that the owner happened to be there and we got very good deals as to the use of the van. The room we occupied was for family. It was clean enough to be presentable. The toilet had what we need although it could afford some upgrades like more hanging hooks and better water supply. Air conditioning unit worked well and there was a TV set. Because there were 7 of us, we had one double deck bed and I being the youngest in the group occupied the top. It was a little unstable as any movement from either top or bottom bed would make the bed sway, not to the point of collapsing though. I can't remember if breakfast was included in the rate we paid for but I remember us having breakfast there every morning and the food was good. There's a myna bird that provides entertainment. The staff even offered to cook for us if we want to buy fresh food from the market. I wouldn't mind staying there again but I would also like to try other places to stay.
