Location is near the airport, chinatown market, souvenir shops, restaurants and baywalk. I would like to commend Marvin - Front Desk Officer who was very accommodating with all our needs and query. Hospitable and concerned with his Filipino guest. Room was huge and clean. Aircon is perfectly working. We booked Junior Deluxe Room @1,404/night thru booking.com. They can book tours and vehicle rentals. We availed underground river tour Php1,950/person. And rented a motorcycle Php600 plus 3,000 deposit (refundable).

This place is just walking distance from SM mall and is across a fast food place. The rooms are old but adequate, and the bathroom as well. The place is clean. It is a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. I have no complaints. The staff was helpful if you need to ask any necessary information. I liked the price per night.

Myself and my boyfriend are staying for 3 nights before getting a ferry over to Coron. The rooms are simple, yet comfortable so ideal for a stop over. HOWEVER, there is currently building work going on below the hotel which was mentioned when we checked in and we was told would go on from 10am - 4pm. We thought ok that’s fine however come 5pm they were still working away and we was in room 212 right above where the works was going on. We were trying to rest after being awake for hours travelling but couldn’t from the constant drilling. We asked to move rooms to the other side of the hall which they were very accommodating with and allowed us to move. However the next morning way before 10am the banging and drilling started. The banging was so loud it was as if they were banging in the room next door us. The windows are also extremely thin so doesn’t mask any of the noise. The WiFi does not work unless you are in the lobby, I also couldn’t get 3G signal from the room. So if like us you wanted signal to do planning whilst travelling I’d avoid. We also went upstairs to the coffee shop at around 3/4pm and no one was up there. If you want to stay here as a rest stop I’d suggest avoiding until the works stop in April. If you’re going to be up early and out most of the day you should be fine.

This place is fantastic. I stayed here with a buddy and there was plenty of space. The front desk staff are great (Danika). The roof top restaurant is a nice touch so you don’t have to go looking for a bit to eat in the morning. Highly recommend staying here.

We got dropped off at this hotel incorrectly at 11:30pm and our shuttle driver drove off without helping us find our actual accommodation. The manager at the travelers Inn was a massive help, he called the company for us, let us sit in his lobby and even organised further transport for us at a cheap rate! Couldn’t thank him enough for his customer service and help!

The hotel is along the road so it's very hard to miss even if you arrive late at night. My friend and I took a 7pm trip from El Nido and arrived past 12AM. The hotel entrance was locked but the security guard quickly spotted us, confirmed our booking and let us in. They turn off the elevator at night so we took the stairs going uo. This is something to take note of if you're carrying a lot. We only had our backpacks so it wasn't really an issue for us. If you prefer the elevator, make sure you check in withing regular business hours. Our booking didn't have breakfast included, but Jollibee (beside the hotel) and Chowking (across the road) are a few quick options. It's also locate near Chinatown and a walking distance to SM for more food and shopping options. Their lobby is at the second floor which is where the rooms are as well. If you need anything, you can just drop by the lobby and you'll be sure to get the help you need. We asked them if they had the number for Kalui and they offered to book the reservation for us. Truly above and beyond! The room we stayed in was spacious. The matress and pillows were comfortable enough for a good night's rest. On our first night, we didn't get up until 10AM! The lighting was also adequate, you even have an option for dim lighting if you don't like the bright white lights. There's a lot of closet space, a wide half-body mirror, drawers and a side table. It comes with great airconditioning too! The toilet and bath was also spacious, you can dance around if you're that type of person in the shower. There's a space in the wall for you bathroom kit and wall racks for your towels and clothes. They gave us towels to use plus free soap and shampoo. It would have been more than perfect if they have lights directly above the mirror in the bedroom (inconsequential, just a personal preference really). Overall, our stay here was superb! Definitely recommend this place for all those who want to visit Puerto Princesa.

One thing I look for before going to a place which is a stranger to me is the location of the hotel. The budget hotel is 15-20mins away from the airport via a tricycle,10 mins away from SM Puerto Prinsesa and PP hospital, 2 mins walk to the public market, adjacent to Jollibee, in front of Chowking, near Mercury Drugstore and a Chinabank 1 establishment apart from it (so expect a little noise) so in short, everything you need is near you. The room is spacious with a really freezing air conditioning. Wifi connection is fast and stable, comfortable beds, courteous, friendly and very helpful staff. They also have a restaurant at the 5th floor so if you are not into crowds, you can dine in at the top floor. They also let us in earlier than the check in time.

We booked this room on booking.com under ZEN ROOMS, so it was a bit of a surprise when we arrived to this hotel, being told they run under a different name. The rooms are very basic, no safe or mini fridge. Bed is small but comfortable. We stayed in a room towards the front of the hotel so during the day and early morning the noise from the street is fairly loud. At night the noise of the air con blocked this out. The staff were really friendly and helped us book a tour to Honda bay, although I was really annoyed when we arrived to our tour - after being told by reception everything is included - to find we had to pay an extra 300p each for snorkelling gear. Considering this was a snorkelling trip, this should have been included like we were told. We did approach repetition about this problem, but be warned if you are booking this. We paid 200P from airport to hotel which was way too much (in taxi)! But we did arrive at 2am. Hotel to airport (by tricycle), 40P and around town between 20-50P depending where you are heading.

Nice hotel, rooms are simple and clean. Not located in the nicest area but close to the Bay Walk and massive shopping centre and local supermarket. A tricycle ride to the airport should cost you around P50.
