When I went in I noticed many stains. When I entered the room there were tons of molds in the bathroom and there were ants on the floor and the shower was already wet. I did not want to stay there so my mom asked to move rooms and the person there allowed us. She showed us many rooms but most of the rooms were unhygienic or has no hot water and cold air-conditioning. We stayed in a room with no hot shower but it was okay. The view was so bad and we heard noise from the other rooms. I learnt my lesson, photos can really fool you. We saw the photos and we thought it would be like a boutique, cute but cozy. We were wrong. The next morning we had really early breakfast because we were moving to another hotel. The breakfast was bad and there was a cat who kept asking for food and the cat followed us till we gave it more food. I would not recommend to visitors around the area, this is a horrible view of Puerto Princesa. Do not visit!!!!

The ambiance is absolutely gorgeous. I like the way the set up of the hotel rooms and other facilities were done including a piece of stair made of wood placed beside the doors in each room for us to hang our wet swimwears, etc. Breakfast buffet was ok though not the buffet that we would normally expect. But i guess it's ok. Staff were accomodating, helpful and friendly, very typical of a Palawenyo.

There are blood stains in our pillow! We thought my husband’s nose was bleeding but we realized the blood stains was dry and looks like been there for a long time. It was very unhygienic. We didn’t enjoy our stay here because of really really bad service. When we got in our hotel room, they knew that the main water power is not functioning before our check in day but they didn’t mention about it, that’s why our water heater isn’t working. We called for assistance but it took almost 2hrs and we keep on following up. We were already behind our schedule because of this. They gave us a pale and electric kettle instead. The next day after our island hopping tour, we went back to the hotel and request for a new towel, again it took us an hour and lots of follow up just to get a towel. The surroundings of the hotel is not maintained and dirty. Once you enter the hotel it will welcome you with lots of trash in the lounge area. My husband slipped because the stairs are wet - this is dangerous. I will never go back to this hotel.

The staff great to deal with. The tolls need to be change location is great the bed sheets need to be change time to time the food for breakfast need to be update between time to time and deferent chose for the guests the remaining normal sty and good

Dirty Hotel 😩 Heard negative feedbacks about this hotel but we still gave it a try. And guess what??? It’s not worth it. It was already a late check in but the room looks like it wasn’t cleaned at all. We are thankful that the FO accommodated our request of changing room. Just a piece of advice, don’t book this hotel until they improve their standards.

When my family first got to the room, we immediately noticed a few issues. Our bedsheets were dirty and our toilet was clogged. To make things worse we also noticed a bunch of cockroaches crawling around the floor of the bathroom. This hotel was such a disappointment. Me and my 3 kids, having no other options, had to spend one very uncomfortable night there. Avoid this place at all costs!! It’s not worth your money.

when we were about to go to bed we noticed brownish orange stains on our sheets some as big as our hands and it also showed up on some of our towels next morning we found a cockroach in our bathroom so we left the lights on and zipped up our suitcases then sit them up so the cockroach wouldn’t move into our luggage when we were gone when we came back to our room a light was off and our suitcase was open and on the ground my friends counted their money and together they lost 5000 pesos we told the staff what happened and they said they would watch the CTV footage for us, they said they watched the footage twice and claimed no one came into our room we left our bathroom light and main light on. when we came back only our bathroom light was on, they claimed it was because the power went off but if that is the case the other light would have been out as well we asked to watch the footage and the camera wasn’t able to show our room clearly so it was impossible to tell if someone was walking into our room or someone else’s we asked why there wasn’t a camera at the other end of the hallway which would show a better angle of our room and they claimed it was due to COVID but we later came back and saw that there was a camera right at our door it just conveniently been part of the three cameras that were not on that day while watching the footage we also noticed a time difference, it said we arrived back to our hotel at 17:00 when we actually reached around 17:20-17:30 we mentioned this to the staff and they said that it’s all from the same day it should be okay but we stated that due to the time of the CTV being inaccurate the rest of the footage isn’t credible either and they ignored us and brought in another staff member in the end because there was no clear cameras they told us that we either misplaced our money or that we spent it without realizing, they treated us like we were stupid and we were keeping full track of our expenses and mentioned that to them as well but they ignored us with all the discrepancies we said that a staff member must have done it and they just got offended and brushed it off, it was clear that because we are foreigners took advantage of that and treated us like we knew better

Dear Guest, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Your feedback is valuable to us, as we strive to improve our services each and every day. We appreciate your comments about the room linen that needs extensive cleaning and we tried to rectify it by replacing it with new linen. We are very saddened and sorry for the loss of your money at our hotel. When we learned about the incident, we were alarmed about your report and we immediately took action to investigate what had happened. We replayed the recorded footage twice to review it and after that, we showed it to you straight from our DVR system. Though the time logged in the CCTV is 17 minutes late compared to the actual current time, the accusation of edited footage is not possible. Unfortunately, one of the CCTV positioned right outside of your room is not working but we have another CCTV view of the hallway outside of your room. We replayed the CCTV twice and did not saw anyone entering the room from the time you left the room until the time you came back to the room. We also highly encourage and welcome you to send a CCTV technician to check if our CCTV has been compromised and to review the CCTV footage. Upon thorough investigation of your complaint, none of the staff entered your room as seen in the CCTV footage. Days prior to your stay at the hotel up to this moment, we’re taking steps to update our room facilities and also implementing utmost care in our security system maintenance. The windows in the room were also locked from inside, which were verified by one of you and by our housekeeping staff. We are still puzzled on how would your money be lost if no one entered you room while you were away. Please kindly ask every one of your companion inside the room if they have any idea on how the money went missing. The safety and security of our guests is always our top priority. Therefore, all hotel rooms are provided with a safety deposit box where you can keep your valuable items such as money, jewelry, etc and 24/7 surveillance cameras around the vicinity. Our staff are usually known for being friendly and honest so taking advantage of the guest or theft has never been an issue in the hotel. Hence, we are saddened to hear your comment about our staff’s hospitable service and we’re really sorry if you find our staff service undesirable. We can’t fix the past but you have my personal commitment to improve the way our staff serves every customer. Until then, please accept my sincerest apologies in behalf of everyone on the team regarding the unmet expectations in our hotel. Kind regards, The Management

Cockroach-invested, dirty orange sheets, berating staff members—This hotel is absolutely awful and so not foreigner friendly! The staff tried to pull something because I was a foreigner and thought I didn't know any better. My hotel room was messed around(opened suitcases that were originally zipped up) with and the staff claimed that nothing had happened. They did nothing to resolve the issue and simply swept it under the rug. My friend and I lost 5000 pesos (about $130 CAD) altogether. The camera outside of our hotel room just so happened to "not be working due to COVID reasons" and the CTV footage that was available was blurry, poor-quality AND the timestamps were inaccurate which suggest that the footage was tampered with. When called out on the inaccurate timestamps, they simply stuttered and said how "it's fine because it's still footage of the same day." But if the timestamps are inaccurate then how can I trust that the footage is accurate? Do yourself a favour and don't go here. I was likely scammed because it is clear that my friends and I were foreigners and we were targeted for that very reason.

good breakfast, staff are friendly and accommodating. not a good first day for us, though. maybe because they just reopened after the pandemic restrictions, seems they are not that prepared. toilet and sink clogged on the first day, no water, even the water drains are clogged, toilet not flushing. they were able to fix everything later that first night, so all becomes good.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Awesome pool area. Breakfast was good. We felt like this place was out home away from home. Value for money and not to far outside of town. The hotel calls tricycles when needed.
