The hotel is quite close to the City centre and the airport. The big shopping centre (SM) is only a few minutes by tricycle but if you don't mind walking, it only took 25 minutes for me to get there. The bed is super comfortable. There is aircon and TV with many channels to choose from in the room. There is also a tea kettle and complimentary tea & coffee, however, I have no idea how it is possible to make the kettle work due to its cable is only like 10cm long and there is no plug in where you can plug it into without holding it in the air. I loved the scent of the towels as well as the smell of body wash and shampoo (they do not provide body lotion nor conditioner). The hotel provides free airport pick up and drop off. Both were very smooth and efficient. The hotel has a function room where weddings and other events are held. Twice out of my 4-night stay weddings were happening which were a bit noisy. Both of them finished before/around midnight tho. The breakfast was always the same and it mostly designed for Asians. Although, there was also scrambled eggs and cerial which gave a bit of hope for tourist like me (can't have rice and meat for breakfast). Overall, it's a nice hotel with friendly staff and very reasonable price.

Stayed here for a night as I leave early for El Nido, room was clean and shower was good. Pool is great too, restaurant on site and as always in Philippines the desk staff very friendly and helpful A real gem. There’s a few bars and restaurants nearby but nowhere is that far on a tricycle

The stay are very warm and hospitable, immediately assisted me with my bags. The lobby is culturally educational. They started the aircon ahead. Oriented me about the room, protocols, and breakfast. Offered airport transfer. The room is complete with complimentary coffee, tea, water, and toiletries. The staff coordinated my early breakfast because my flight is early. It's worth staying for only P 1299 per night good for 2 pax

I was given a room with outdated fittings and especially the bathroom was in very poor state of repair. The breakfast was quite poor and not fully operational when it opened at 6am. But it was cheap. Apparently some rooms have been refreshed but beware if you get an old outdated room

Their google map listing the Free Breakfast is written in 2 places. At check in we were told no. Anyway it was just an overnight stay to catch a morning flight. They are near the airport, a 2 minute free shuttle that runs every hour. Hotel mainly geared for Chinese travelers. Room was clean enough but small. Bedside electric sockets. Bed ok. Pillows not so much.
Summary: ok for overnight stay for the airport.

Front desk told me it could not be cleaned any better. They sent housekeeper who was not successful. Seemed it might be a constant problem. Breakfast was Filipino only and never hot buffet. Lots of staff just smiling and doing nothing.

Decent hotel located in the downtown area near Robinsons Mall, MCA Market Mall where you can buy souvenirs and crocodile meat, and infront of City Coliseum. It offers free rountrip airport transfers, provides welcome drink and few selections but delicious buffet breakfast, complete bathroom amenities, and medium-sized swimming pool (3-5ft) which has a wide screen tv projector opened at night. It also has an adjacent souvenir shop with prices slightly over the tiangge, and a bank with atm machine. But what I loved best in this hotel is that they have a restaurant which offers affordable prices and very delicious food. Price range is 180-250 good for 2-3pax. We tried their kilawing tanigue, tuna steak, sinigang na lapulapu and spicy squid (for 2-day dinner). The resto is located at the 2nd floor but you can have your meals served in their small garden and swimming pool area if you wish. Since it was raining the whole time that we were at Puerto, I believe I had the best hotel choice. My comments in this hotel though, the staff including the guard should be well-oriented of the basic hotel facilities and resto offering so that they all have the same accurate answers when inquired on, and they should remove their ad on the 495 set meal for 2 persons because according to the resto staff, this is no longer being offered. But overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

stayed there 4 nights, everything was ok, nice clean room with bathroom, wi-fi, good choice breakfast, nothing to complain about . at this stage i would like to mention 1 thing - very common and popular is traveling from puerto princessa to el nido by mini bus, there is no any mention about buses , so firstly we booked with hotel office tour the van, when van arrived was fully packed, we didnt see us sitting in this van over 7 hours - impossible with high around 190 cm, we watched on the way people coming out of buses on several stops - nearly dead with "long faces :- we simply took the tricycle to the bus station and there was plenty companies waiting to take you on pleasant journey on air con bus with wi-fi on whole way. we used cherrybuspalawan.com best choice we done over last trip

Yes, they offer tour packages as well, I am not really sure about the price though because mine came from the travel agency I paid to arrange my vacation.
I am not working for the hotel but I can help you with an answer :) I'm sure you will get a good deal but call up and ask them try not to book online but call them personally and ask them to give you some good package deal
