Definitely recommending Astoria Palawan to our friends and relatives. From booking our stay, the customer service was able to assist us in all our inquiry and needs. Kuya driver during our pick up from Puerto Princesa sales office to the hotel helped us with our luggages the moment he saw us. Receptionist at the hotel was thorough with his explanations regarding the hotel. It was really informative. The staff around the amenities were always ready to assist. Special mention to the F&B Services staff for their superior customer service everytime we dined at the restaurants. They were always available to provide us with all our needs while we enjoy the yummy food that they always prepared and serve. We will definitely be back here to celebrate our anniversaries with these great people who always served us with a smile. This hotel is a 100/100 for us.…

The location is quiet, the food is very good but above all the staff is very kind, we had the help of Meliza and Jovan and they were not the only ones who jumped in to help us. It was a memorable experience also for the wonderful sunset and the show at 7:30 offered by the "fiery young people". Thank you all 🤗🐟👯♂️😎😘

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay in Astoria Palawan, all the staff are very accommodating and attentive, I would like to give a special thanks and appreciation to OIC Ms.Maryanne for her assistance in arranging the extra room we have reserved for Mum and sis, The restaurant staff are on point all the time in providing the service and very professional in doing their tasks, many thanks to Mr Albert, Mr Michael B, and their entire team Jovan A, Reuel A, Michael A. Astoria delivers; good food, comfortable bed and pillows, fresh sheets and towels, cleanliness and safety and most importantly, the attentive employees. I interviewed a few, and I am citing Ariel in this case. He is satisfied with the company which shows in the work that he provides. This made my stay more interesting.

We enjoyed our stay at Astoria. The staff are amicable, especially with our little one. The breakfast is excellent. Jovan in the food and beverage department goes above and beyond in assisting our needs and providing us with comfortable dining.
