We enjoyed staying in kawayanan resort specially our kids, we are very lucky that we choose this place and stayed for 2 nights, helpful and friendly staff, reasonable room rate for 2 families. I highly recommended this place. Kudos to FO vicky & antonette for helping us with our needs.

This resort is a true example of “you get what you pay for”. It’s clean but the rooms are very outdated. They overuse cleaning detergent so if you’re allergic, don’t stay here. The breakfast is very oily, I had to get food elsewhere. It also doubles up as a public swimming pool so get ready for a noisy night until 10pm. But the pool is lovely and humongous! The owner is very helpful.

We only were able to stay one night before continuing on but very much enjoyed our night here. Staff was very helpful and friendly and we were thankful for the free airport shuttle pick-up upon arrival. Would have liked to stay longer and used their fabulous pool!

Made the mistake of booking on a Saturday when the place is full of screaming children having a birthday party till 10pm. Ofcourse was not told of this until check-in and payment made. Same on the Sunday. Room very basic, smelt of urine with uncomfortable bed.Regular lengthy brown outs so forget wifi. Cancelled the second nights stay and have been refused a refund. Over priced for sub standard kids playground.

Rooms were simple that give off native vibes and express Filipino culture on its own way. There's a convention area and swimming pool for birthdays and celebrations so it might be noisy all through out. Not very far from the national road but a little commute to the city center itself.

We stayed here for one night because we had a flight from puerto p. It was super cheap and the receptionist was very friendly. The place did look a little out dated and the room could have used a little cleaning. Other than that it was great, hot shower good aircon and the best night sleep in the Philipinnes so far. The had a big pool which is used as a public pool too but that was fine. Lounged at the pool al day before we had our flight, perfect!

This place is mainly a swimming pool resort place, but with some old-fashioned cottage rooms (but with aircon) added around the edge. Rather dated style, with many painted concrete ornaments, much beloved by an older generation of Filipinos. Lots of kids come to swim at weekends (especially for birthday parties and similar functions) hence it can get really noisy and crowded. Despite the unpromising semi-industrial neighbourhood, there are a few very good restaurants nearby, along the highway. Staff are helpful and friendly, and prices very reasonable for the location. At the end of our stay, we were given a free van service to the airport.

Stayed in the resort 4 days and 3 nights with husband and son. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. Thank you to Apple and staff. The owner, mary rose was also very helpful. The resort was clean, our room was clean, had air conditioning for the hot days and nights and had everything we needed for our stay. We got breakfast there, the skinless longaniza was delicious. We were able to sit out near reception and have a beer or softdrinks and use the wifi. We were delighted with our stay there. The only drawback is that there is no food available at the resort. There is delivery service from shakey's or pizza hut if you want. Very convenient area to get transport to and from the city. The staff can arrange day trips if you wish
