luxury, privacy and exclusivity...Floral Villarosa is located at Villarosa Road, Barangay Bancao-Bancao, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. It is a five minute drive from the airport and ten minutes to the city proper and in walking distance to Nasin aw beach. Floral Villarosa is our family creation. At first to be our family house here in Puerto Princesa, it became a great place to stay for people who seek for privacy, luxury and exclusivity. The ten (10) rooms good for two person were personally designed by us including the unique set up of the big comfort rooms with live stones and woodcrafts collected from the Palawan forest, which gives the place a natural environmental atmosphere. Added to this, a perfect sized swimming pool two steps away from the rooms with waterfall and a native hut for your relaxation and spa give you peace and total relaxation. At night, Floral Villarosa is lightened up warm and softly with candles while the waterfall is continually flowing. A clean and beautifully designed Dining is waiting for you. Surely, A fresh catch set menu prepared by our staff will make your stay unforgettable. The exotic garden has character.... Come, enjoy and experience!!! LET US KEEP PUERTO PRINCESA CITY GREEN AND CLEAN AND THE ISLAND OF PALAWAN "THE LAST FRONTIER!"

Lovely hotel with great hospitality. The pool area was a great place to relax and the staff were incredibly helpful. They had a room available for us to check in mediately after an early flight, were able to assist us with scooter rental, and recommend a lovely restaurant for lunch and some great spots to visit.

One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed! The place itself is nice and clean. Their rooms might be good for 2 pax but some rooms can accommodate 4 pax just request an extra bed. Their rooms are superb especially the CR! If you want to grab a drink late night, you can request it in the bar. They also serve a best breakfast in town! It’s a 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They also offer tours if you want to experience more of Palawan.

Nice quiet location, walkable from the main bars and restaurants. Only disappointment was the pool, due to the amount of garden foliage there is little sunshine getting through. We didn’t try the food so can’t comment. There is a scooter rental company across the road from the hotel, which were of excellent quality.

Charming boutique hotel with a staff that strives to accommodate you in way, shape or form! Beautiful pool and tropical gardens and delicious breakfasts! I wish they were open for lunch and dinner too, but just breakfast is served. Location is great with a short walk to “Guni Guni” restaurant and hostel. Delicious food and outstanding menu-we found out the same couple own this establishment as well! If we return to PP, we will stay at this charming hotel! 3 cheers for the incredible staff!

15 minutes from the airport. A small boutique and quiet resort with a small pool. Breakfast was great value for 200PHS. The shower was lacking any pressure. The staff were excellent and the hotel was perfect for my needs.

Firstly I do not understand how this place is rated highly. It's gross just like the staff behaviour. As we arrived it was all good until we decided to have a look at the pool. Really I mean people who have said great pool need some help. The pool filters were not on it had dead flies in it and it was covered in greasy sun block. A thick film of oil was visible. As we challenged it they dicided yo switch on the fountain, is this meant to clear the pool? They then switched on one filter it still made no difference. They said it will take 24 hours to clear and they clean it twice a day. NO they don't!!!
Ok the room was ready we get in and it has mosquitos flying about it had a musty old smell and to top it of the water did not come out of the taps or toilet. We again called the staff and they apologised and said they are doing some maintenance. So we went for a walk to give them time to fix all there errors. Two hours later no clean pool in fact the filters were off as was the fountain. The water was not on neither. So we decided to check out after three hours, we were fuming because we felt let down by other reviews who rated it well. I am a serious traveller and have stayed in 40 hotels in the last six months alone so I am not just making this up. Trip advisor should be used to tell the truth and not fudge these poor hotels. We phoned Agoda and complained they suggested we take some pics. Now I asked them to call me at the hotel because my UK phone was costing me to much. They said they would call me after I had sent the pictures, conveniently the wifi went off so I could not send the pics. In the mean time the manager lent me her emergency wifi dongle. Anyway we were first told by management that they have a no refund policy, really I'm not giving them my eight days for free no chance. so after long arguments we reluctantly agreed to a 50% cash refund. In the meantime Agoda call back and the staff answer our call and told them that we had agreed to a half refund. How dare they take our call, so we demanded the phone and spoke to Agoda. As soon as we got our money we were out of there. I lost half the money but rather that than stay in that hole.

We would like to apologize that we have not been able to satisfy you with our services, in spite of our positive ratings. Since we are in the tropics, we cannot guarantee for an insect free property. We accept the fact that there was a problem during your 3 hours stay with our internet due to our providers (PLDT & GLOBE). The maintenance did necessary repairs on the water line which was fixed in less than 30 minutes. We sincerely apologise for not informing you regarding the ongoing repairs. Based on our two years operations with the proof of our guest ratings and comments on TripAdvisor, Agoda and Booking dot com , this is the first time that we encounter such a false and destructing comments agains Floral Villarosa as well as the alleged TripAdvisor not telling the truth. As a service provider we are trying our very best to provide the best service, all reviews are from the guest based on what they experienced. It is absolutely unacceptable to judge as a swindler. We have even refunded you 50% of your booked 4 Nights which was agains our agreed cancellation policy.

We were on our way to El Nido and decided to break up our trip by spending two days in Puerto Princesa. Having read positive reviews about the property we booked in for two nights and had an overall very pleasant stay.

Service was a bit slow but extremely friendly as the staff helped us to book a tour of Honda Bay as well as transportation to El Nido. The room was clean and the bathroom very spacious. Would definitely suggest one of the two rooms above the restaurant as the rest of the rooms are next to the pool and can be a bit noisy when other guests are swimming. The massages we had poolside were the best we had during our 9 day trip to the Philippines so be sure to treat yourself.

Location is great as its almost walking distance to the airport.

The only drawback with the hotel are the roosters next door. It sounds like there must be at least a dozen and they start crowing from about 3am until sundown. Nonstop. I've never heard roosters making such constant noise and very unfortunate as we could barely sleep both nights.

Otherwise, definitely good value and would stay there again if something could be done about the noise next door.

Me and my wife stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. The place is quiet and serene. You can swim in the pool till 11pm. The place is a paradise especially at night where most of the places are with candlelight/lamps where it is very relaxing. The staffs are accommodating especially Rose, Reffy and Ivan. They will do your requests like tour booking, etc. They will even wait for you when you go home late. Food is also good in the hotel. My wife likes the danggit every breakfast. This hotel is a must try!

Was not sure what to expect when booking here, but glad I did. They were very quick to respond to my emails asking for information about tours. They also arranged to be picked up from the airport. Our flight was cancelled so we arrived the next day and the transport was there to pick us up.
There are only 6 rooms and a restaurant, so it's small and intimate. The pool is nice and well maintained and we used it every day. Breakfast was nice and very reasonably priced.
The staff were excellent, we booked all our tours via the hotel and were not charged any extra to do so. We did the subterranean river for 1540 php and Honda Bay Island hopping for about 1250php per person. They arranged everything; we did the tours and did not pay until we checked out. Really pleased I stayed here and would recommend it for those travelling to PP. Great job to the staff.

We stayed at Floral Villa Rosa for one night before our flight to Manila. We arrived to a gorgeous candle lit outdoor space, a lovely waterfall into the pool, and one of the best hotel staff members we've ever encountered. I feel sorry we didn't get her name, but she took care of us from the moment we arrived as our concierge, server, and overall hotel employee extraordinaire. Great food for dinner and breakfast (decently priced after El Nido). Super location if you're on your way to Puerto Princessa airport (free transport). Awesome pool for a night swim. And great massages that can be done poolside or in your room for only 500 pesos. Enjoy!!

There is a massage room at the airport, (shoulders and head). It takes 30 mins to the villa, and need to book in advance for a massage.
