hanks to you and the other staff, we had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely make this my have already recommended it to friends. Thanks again for making a rather stressful trip to Rapid City so much easier! And, the weather you ordered for Monday was greatly appreciated as well.We were very pleased with the hospitality and friendliness of everyone.

We stayed here for two nights! It was a wonderful stay with an awesome room! it was very spacious and in a good location! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and seemed to genuinely care. The continental breakfast was also very good. We found the front desk to be friendly and helpful as well.We were very pleased with the hospitality and friendliness of everyone.

We stayed here only for one night before heading to El Nido. Our flight had a major delay and the owner was super nice and accommodation on picking us up from the airport. We were clearly tired and they did everything to get us in the room quick to get at least 3 hours of sleep. Breakfast is included. Can only recommend it. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The owner of the hotel makes it a point to pick up and bring his guests to and from the airport. The staff are VERY accommodating and friendly. They really helped us when we needed help. And they allowed us to transfer rooms the day we arrived. The place is central and you can walk to a great restaurant and Robinson's. No problem with service. I think the only problem with our stay was the karaoke from the next door neighbour. The staff did warn us but it was still quite loud at night.

We stayed here for a night (less than 24 hours) as we arrived in the afternoon from El Nido and did not fly out until noon the next day. From the reviews and hotel pictures we were expecting a nicer place, so maybe my expectations were higher prior to arriving. The place is family ran business and only 3 years old, however is in some major need of some updates. I will not go into too many negatives, however our sink water had no pressure, lights did not work, no wifi in rooms, and rooms had a faint mouldy odour. With that being said, the owner is very nice and gave us a free ride to the airport, however do not expect North American standards.
