We toured Coron, El Nido and Puerto Princesa with friends in June 2018 and out of all the places we stayed in this was my favorite. The suite was spacious, AC was strong and cold, it was clean, food during the breakfast buffet was tasty. I appreciated how there were chairs and a table outside our suite where we could hang out. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best and we did run out of water at one point but it was after my husband and I had both finished showering so I wasn’t too bothered. Staff was friendly. Location smack in the middle of town and really close to the airport - very convenient.
My boyfriend recommended this place because he enjoyed his previous stay with family. When it was our turn though, we were disappointed that they weren't able to maintain the quality of their services/facilities. The billiards and darts area were reeking with oldness, and the rooms need a lot of refurbishment especially with their toilets. We stayed in room 22 and there might have been bed bugs in there, because I haven't stopped itching ever since we checked out. Free airport transfer is a plus point though.
I was recommended by a close friend of mine to stay here one day before we sail to go to Tubbataha. A nice clean small hotel with nice personal decor of the owner, I think. I stayed at Room number 1 overnight with two single beds, but with pleasant room temperature. Will come and stay here again if I happen yo be in PP.
A very acceptable and affordable lodging. Groovy thatched Bali style pavilion as reception with lounges, pool table, soccer table. On site restaurant was quite good, staff a little off with the fairies meaning "no lettuce for Caesar salad" but .....there was lettuce for garden salad......... Nice big resort pool with spa and plenty of nice sun lounge chairs. My thumbs down comes from upstairs party of 6 dragging the outside furniture over many hours but..... It was inside of pool hours so you suck that up. Rooms were. nice, clean and very well air conditioned. Couldn't stay for complimentary breakfast so can't comment. Early airport transfer arrived on time and was comfy mini van - I was expecting tricycle. Would I re-visit. Certainly would.
We stayed one night 24-25 of february in room 22 and I woke up with bites all over my back and arms/legs. I am afraid that there are bed bugs in the room we stayed in (22 on second floor). No more bites before/after that night but now back home in sweden we have to sanitize all bags and belongings before we let the things back into our house. Be aware! And please sanitize that room for your other guests Acacia tree! The hotel is cosy and we would have enjoyed our stay if it was not for the bed bugs. Breakfast is good but choose other restaurant for dinner. Free airport transfer is on the plus side as well.
