I've read a lot of reviews and to be honest I've travelled the world, and this is a little gem, the staff were excellent, Queenie, Princess,Bricks, Art, Kevin and PJ all made me feel welcome, I had room 11 big spacious bed was comfortable the shower worked fine. Basically you get what you pay for but would highly recommend this to anyone who wants good value for money.

We recently spent 2 nights here whilst on a diving holiday in the Philippines and I have to say that it’s a lovely place with comfortable rooms and a good pool. We did experience a few problems with the staff at the bar however, we were a large group and as we ordered drinks they simply added them all to the same tab without asking us, resulting in the final person with a huge bar bill. Even when we asked for receipts they seemed unable to cope with separate bar bills. This all paled into insignificance when we’re woken at 06:00 the following morning by disco music booming from the breakfast area. I asked if they could turn the music down and they did but we were already awake by this point. Sure enough we were up at 06:00 again the next day. In short, nice place but

Knowing I have to finish my work for the day, I searched for nice hotels with swimming pool and found this one. However, it's not as good as in the pictures. It's quite old and run down. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are quite big around the garden, clean but the shower floor drain is not working well. It gets flooded when you take a shower. The location is quite far from the van station but close to the shopping malls. It's not along the main road, it's quite hidden so be careful when you go out at night. They have restaurant but they close early so better take the tricycle and eat out? The breakfast is ok but needs to be improved. No wifi in the rooms, only at the lobby. It's not really advisable for business travelers. They can arrange tours to different

Really nice, spacious and clean rooms. Good wifi, a lot of TV channels like Nickelodeon which is nice when you travel with little children :-) Nice breakfast buffet. There was little pressure on the water. Not a lot of it coming out of the shower head and problems with the temperature. It is said a problem for all hotels in Puerto Princesa. We were misinformed about: - the zipline near the underwater river. The lady at the reception who is in charge said we couldn’t visit it anymore, but that is not true. - transportation to El Nido in the afternoon. She said vans only go in the morning. That is not true. They may seem like trifles, but the misinformation made our trip planning difficult. We went diving in the morning of our check-out and asked in advance if a check out

This property is ideal for group or family as the rooms are Villa type, spacious and huge beds. Onsite facilities like swimming pool, billiards and dart are plus factors for entertainment. Bar and restaurant is also available. Free wifi but a bit weak inside the rooms. Free airport shuttle service is also available upon request with particular timing schedule otherwise you will pay 300 pesos. Staff are friendly and welcoming to guests.
