Our one night stay at Empire Suites was just what we needed after travelling from El Nido. The hotel entrance is somewhat hidden but easy enough to find and the Front Desk staff were vey helpful. The room was well appointed with a large King sized bed which my 6 foot tall husband appreciated, it was also very clean and the shower wa salsa a good size This hotel is well priced and is close to everything. Would stay here again. His was a bargain find!

I loved my stay at the hotel. The room itself was pleasing to the eye, clean and not overly decorated. There was a mini-fridge to cool foods and drinks as well as an electric kettle for those coffee and tea lovers. The hot and cold shower was a nice addition to the room. The services and amenities were also good. There was a pickup service free of charge. The hotel staff was accommodating, friendly and easy to talk to. The location is nice with easily accessible pharmacy-slash-mini grocery, food establishments and massage place, with public transport just right by the road upfront. All in all, my stay was enjoyable.

Micah and Teody Very good and loving people. They make you feel that you are at home and not a stranger, and I was sick for four days, and they took care of me in everything, even breakfast. They called me and asked me if I wanted breakfast or not, and the room was always clean and the cleaning staff were all lovely people They are good and work seriously. The place is very special. I advise anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and good people to go to this place.

From the moment we check in, we really feel it will be a great experience. Even though the hotel is cheap for a nights stay, the bathroom is dirty! It has not been updated and very old. After a long journey, it is not a nice place to get refreshed in. Cold shower! The actual bedroom is okay. It is next to a night club so expect loud music till late. We turned up for breakfast, none of the waiters came up to us, they all stood behind the counter. For breakfast they ran out of bread, did not have cereal. They served the night before dinner buffet which was cold. Staff did not care to replace anything, we ended up buying bread from the shop opposite and milk. We ended up giving the left over bread to the staff to serve to the other guests. Try to avoid even if it’s for an overnight stay. Also they did not tell us they offer free transfer from airport. We got to the airport tourist info desk and they said this hotel always has problems as the only hotel who does not pick up their guests from the airport

I am sorry to hear that your stay with us was not relaxing and enjoyable as you would expected. One you have mentioned about the club at night the only things that we can do is to assist you to have another room far from the bars. We can’t control the management of the club because those are not our property, You’ve also had concern about in airport pick up and transfer, Yes we do. But it is a complementary only. Shuttle service will start from 6:00 in the morning until 9:00 o'clock in the evening. We really appreciate if you could send us your flight details for our reference. Empire Suites Hotel was great! The staff was the best part. They were friendly and kept track of our itinerary with the tour company we had booked with. They would remind us of our pick up times for our tours and made sure our stay was comfortable. I very much enjoyed my stay at Empire Suites and I can't say enough about the awesome staff! I definitely recommend this Hotel!!

The location is just near to the hotel and there are many restaurants, banks, and other shops outside. So very convenient. I also like that they have free van transfers to and from. The room is good and big and has a beautiful view facing the roadside, the aircon works well, the bed sheets and pillows are clean and comfy, they have a hot and cold shower and a bidet and they have also a vault just in case you have huge cash or any valuable things with you. They also follow my request and the wifi inside the room is pretty decent. Overall, it was a great experience and I am very satisfied. Recommendable!

The place was very nice, their rooms are wide and clean. They also have a mini fridge in their rooms. The staffs are very accommodating, they gave us free shuttle ride to the airport. Will surely give you a good night sleep because the place was so comfortable and clean. Overall 10/10

I had a nice stay in this hotel, welcomed you with warm smiles from the front desk staff, bell boy, guard, driver and waiters, loved the baby back ribs. Has a cool aircon, comfortable bed for our tired bodies. We visited our relatives there, went to underground river and mangrove river, it was so serene, I was recharged communing with nature.

Location of the hotel is in the city. Very accessible to malls and other establishments. Food panda is available in the area. You don't have to worry on where to find a place to eat. Their pool is at their other branch of hotel which means you need to travel few minutes to the place.. they sell tickets for Palawan tours. Front desk can assist you
