affordable and clean personal a/c room and t&b.
The place looks a little shady from the outside but the rooms are spacious, clean, affordable (600php for a single occupancy a/c room w/ private bath and free breakfast), and accessible (located near the city's Cathedral) you can also cook your own meals in the public kitchenette on the second floor. A 24hour convenience store is located a few steps away from the pension house. Cons: There is a lotto station right next to the pension house, the walls are thin, some rooms have no windows, and they don't have wifi. All in all, i'd say i'd probably recommend this pension house to a solo traveler who prefers an affordable clean personal a/c room and t&b.

Nice room at the end of the main drag
The room was nice with big double bed cable tv the air con was not that good though and neither was the shower and the breakfast was truly awful but the staff were attentive and friendly
It is located right at the end of rival avenue which is the main area in town for nightlife but this is located at the other end

clean,private,relaxing stay
rooms are clean and spacious..with free breakfast,,with free to use kitchen,with WI FI,,the whole area is clean,,i stayed their for a week,,nice and friendly staff..
