Stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Arrived early around 130 pm. Early check in accommodated. Staff were friendly and eager to help. Pro - short php 300 taxi ride from the airport. I booked with Rolando a reliable local taxi driver. His local cell number is +63 950 792 7608 or +63 966 251 7509. You can negotiate his taxi for private hire to drive you for a city tour, drive to El Nido etc)Taxi are flat rate and not metered. You can also take the cheaper tricycle ( similar to tuktuk for php 150). Rooms were clean. Amenities like tooth brush and slippers were provided. Coffee pot, coffee , tea and free bottled water refillable every day. The towels were thick. Refrigerator and electronic safe provided. Room size adequate. Air conditioning strong and cold. Found a spider and a couple of small black bugs crawling on the curtains. Reported it to the front desk and addressed promptly. Robinson’s Mall is besides the hotel. Plenty of choices for casual dining ( eg Rib Shack, Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Max’s Fried Chicken, Gerry’s Grill etc) with cinema and food court. Robinson’s Department Store and supermarket is also inside the mall. Free breakfast buffet was ok. There was variety of hot meals everyday. There was also a cook to order eggs and omelet station. Service was a bit slow but the servers did their best to smile and greet customers! The roof top bar was ok. There’s a nice swimming pool. The small gym was also located by the roof top bar. The spa was inexpensive and really affordable! Con - considering the close proximity to the airport, hotel management should reconsider reinstating free shuttle service to/from airport/hotel. Sadly, the hotel discontinued this add value service. Overall, location as a start off point to do all the offered tours is excellent. There is a tour service concierge by the reception area. It’s cheaper to book with Klook. But if you wish to contribute yo the local economy and don’t mind spending $10 more..go with the local tour company.…

Our stay at Hue Hotel was a really good experience. First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the service was top notch and the rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast, which mostly consisted of hot dishes, does not quite fit the Danish tradition, but it does not detract in the review, as it is a local custom. Can definitely be recommended."

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are really cute and cosy here. They are clean and comfortable. Staff was warm and friendly. Accessibility to the airport gives it brownie points! I strongly recommend this hotel! P.s: The breakfast could have a few more choices.

Clean. Good staff and a great location. We tried the restaurant and the first two items we ordered were not available. A bit of a disappointment but the server said they could make us a beef tip stew. It was not on the menu but it was simply delicious. Our only disappointment was the loud banging of doors which seemed to be an ongoing problem and the lack of hot water. Overall though a nice place to stay. Give it a try. It would be difficult to find a better place.

Trip started with Kuya Darwin, one of their very friendly and competent drivers. Super near and accessible to nearby tours that you can book at the front desk. Our room was quite modern with a spacious and comfortable bed, with just the right amount of pillows! Food and drinks were a highlight being very affordable with great serving sizes! Overall great stay with all the amenities you need.

Not cool. I made a double booking on Agoda at the same date (same room), and informed them literally 7 MINUTES later that I made a mistake and requested for a refund. I understand the hotel does not HAVE to refund (according to hotel policy.. agoda T&C.. bla-bla-bla) but in this particular case I made the room unavailable for 7 MINUTES. Other than that, food is horrible (the worst we had in palawan), rooms are fine but sewage smells here and there, staff is kind although not always reliable

Everything is excellent From the moment you check in to your checkout the service and the staff was superb and made you feel like a valued guest. They were very accommodating with all of our requests, even with my elderly mom who seem to find fault in everything 🤣 The room was immaculate. It was spacious and well thought of. Except for the glass shower enclosure which was a little weird because you can shower and everyone in the room can make out you being naked The amenities were complete with a good size gym and a decent size pool

We stayed at HUE Hotel for almost a month, when we checked out I accidentally left my Expensive Sunglasses inside the locked box which I open and get my other belongings my sunglasses was still inside, contacted the Hotel and explain to them that my sunglasses was accidentally left in the open locked box and I would have my brother to picked it up since I am back to United States. According to them they will investigate and they asked me to send them pictures of my sunglasses which I did sent photos and a few days later I received an email stating that their investigation is done and there’s no sunglasses found ! I was shocked !!! I knew it was left inside the open locked box ! I DO NOT recommend HUE HOTEL
