Location is okay, 10-15min away from the airport and they offer free transfers but minimal time, place is cool and quiet, i booked thru traveloka. We stayed in a fam room. All is set but staffs are very poor in english. 1 staff in the reception which is riya, she is not accommodating and very blunt and vulgar attitude. Offer some services that are not in the menu services with higher price, but i asked other staff there, not the same amount. Lesser than the riya's amount. the management need to know, i tried talking the manager but too late, we were checking out. But other than that, the place is okay. Look for the small guy, wincy very energetic and good talking skills,,.,. stayed last feb5
it was not a good visit from start to finish . 1. Breakfast options very limited and not good at all toast very sweet and old taste 2. Staff really dont care about anything you say my bathroom had a horrible smell from the drainage bur they said is normal they will see what can be done NOTHING 3. Becarefull with tour bookings as they will charge you after everything else on top as snorkling outfits even drinking water you pay Book somewhere in town you much better of it 4. Drinks at the bar becarefull what you choose its no prices written on the menu for brandy or whiskeys and the charge you 20dollar for a shot wow. Most expensive drink i had in Asia 5. Finallly check out they offer you free transport to airport but only when it suits them not you as a guest. 6. If you go around you found much better places 7 At least and last the beach wow if you visit asia you want swim and enjoy definitely not here…
Place is excellent for traveler. Good food, good breakfast and excellent service from Front office down to Restaurant team. had so much fun chit chatting with the staffs. they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Lee, Love, and the Manager is a super team. always exceeding our expectations. Great team work guys! see you next year!
Really good place to unwind. Good food, good staffs, swimming pool is small but clean as blue. Booked superior room and the room is excellent. Manager is always checking if we are okay with our stay. Happy environment. They are like family. Kudos team palawan seaview resort!!!
Kevin (the F&B manager) was the only redeeming thing here. To be crystal clear: WARNING Do not stay here!! 1) The pool looks like it will be under construction for a long while 2) They are blatant liers: we were told that the pool was only just 2 days out of commission but a guest said they had been there over 4 days and it was green and unusable the entire time 3) The karaoke from the public beach next door is inceseant (starts around noon and continues well past midnight... And it is miserable to listen to. Saturday night the cacophony continued until 3:00AM! 4) The "beach" is a joke. It is shallow (no more than waste-deep) for 500 meters out during high tide and muddy and exposed at low tide 5) The cabana rooms (which we originally booked) are horrible. The walls are paper-thin and have holes that allow the mosquitoes in. God only knows how you can sleep at night from the howling next door! 6) The cabana room beds are not meant for two adults. The are not the width of a twin bed and certainly not the length. 7) The entire place is falling apart. The walkways are crumbling and the food area was very tired. 8) We "upgraded" to a normal room but the bed was like a board and the water pressure was a trickle. The bathroom window was like a mosquito highway: we had to take a towel and cover the cracks and openings. 9) My wife got up early one morning as we were leaving for a day tour to request hardboiled eggs. On the first attempt, they arrived soupy. The second time there were weird holes in them. We finally gave up and ordered fried eggs 10) The owner, Baby, could care less about guest complaints(!) We asked for another hotel and warned her that our review would probably be horrible based on what we saw in the first hour, but she would not return our money (so here is my no-holds-barred review) 11) There is a language disconnect with most of the staff. I had requested something for breakfast, waited for nearly an hour and asked again only to be told it was not available. This lack of communication was common. 12) There was no toilet paper in the common bathrooms by the restaurant…
