Wifey and I were lucky enough to make it to El Nido Dec 1-6, 2021 just as things were starting to re-open. Although we've been around most of the tourist destinations in the Philippines, this was our 1st visit to El Nido. We were amazed at 2 things about El Nido: 1st is how absolutely beautiful the island(s) are and 2nd at how wonderfully friendly the people of El Nido were to us. We encountered nothing but beautiful smiles and warm hospitality all through our stay. Foremost of which was the warm welcoming extended to us by Noud (the owner) and his family and staff. It may be true that we were the 1st guests in quite some time for Noud at Mansion Buenavista but my wife did extensive research and found almost all past guests unanimous in their praise of this place and its people. We 100% agree. Noud and team made us feel like family. Nothing was amiss with how clean (despite construction) the place was and how everything worked - WiFi, TV/Cable, thermos, fridge, unlimited supply of drinking water in-room at the dispensers by the stairs. The internet was faster than our connection in Manila - this was really important as this was a working vacation for us two. The breakfast were amazingly delicious and HUGE! Noud took such good care of us as he arranged our private island hopping tour (even cheaper than what we were told while asking around town), rented a scooter for our Nacpan and LIO beach outing. He was also there to send us off and welcome us home for every day's excursion, whether it be to Marimegmeg/Vanilla/ Las Cabans beach or just a night's walk about town. The dude even rode to El Nido airport on our departure day to hand me my wife's laptop charger that fell under the table. WOW! Just wow! Again, this was one trip that my wife and I will always hold dear in our hearts. The beauty of the place and it's people. The hospitality and warmth of Mansion Buenavista. Oh btw, we had a room up in the top/3rd floor and that view of the mountain to the left and of Poblacion town and Buena Suerte beach in the middle was such a nice way to start our day. The secret is out...We've already told ALL our family and friends about Mansion Buenavista and we'll definitely be back next time we head out to El Nido. We're already looking forward to seeing you again, Noud & Family. God Bless. Almira and Richard

This place was awesome and the staff was very helpful (even delivering a left-behind item to my next accommodation). Rooms were clean and provided nice luxuries with great views out over the karst landscape. We loved the fact that it was a little outside of town (10 min walk) as it was a bit quieter when you made your way to bed. Breakfast was delicious.

If you are looking for somewhere conveniently located from downtown El Nido (10 min walk)/El Nido dock (15 mins) but away from the hussle and noise of the downtown area, with lovely rooms, a good breakfast, friendly staff and a convivial owner, look no further. Located about a 20mins drive away from El Nido airport, it has everything you could ask for a relaxing holiday. Noud, the owner, is a dutch national with a Filipino wife who has found his nirvana in El Nido and is intent on ensuring your stay is a memorable one. If you are thinking of staying at Mansion Buenvista, I would encourage you to book. You won't regret it!

We stayed at the mansion Buena vista from the 13th of January until the 28th. El Nido is like heaven on earth. We had problems finding somewhere to stay that didn't have negative reviews for one reason or another. We then stumbled by chance on to mansion Buenavista. We could not ignore the amazing reviews so decided that was the place. We were not disappointed! The room was so lovely and clean, overlooking town and sea. Air conditioning and wifi spot on also had a fan so you can choose what level of coolness you prefer. Breakfast awesome my girlfriend loved the pancakes I loved the muesli topped with little pieces of all manner of fruits and a cold jug of the most delightful cold yogurt and we both loved the American cooked breakfast. Didn't try any of the others. Staff were lovely as was the security guard. Noud the owner was the icing on the cake, nothing was a problem for him, he organized everything with great ease, I will remember him for the rest of my life with great affection. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this little gem of a hotel with complete confidence. I hope this review helps you. Darren and Lidia.

What an absolutely perfect place to stay for our family of 6 to enjoy El Nino. Noud was so helpful - if we were going out - he was quick to organise, tricycles and vans and also offered lots of helpful tour advice about El Nido and places to see. Rooms were cleaned beautifully every day, breakfast was amazing - especially the mango pancakes!!! Coffee was my fave - I'd finally found a blend like the one I enjoy in Australia. All staff were always smiling, happy, polite and helpful. The location was brilliant as it was close enough to walk to town centre or tricycle to other tour locations without been amongst the busy El Nido central. Thank you Noud and your team for making my family holiday beautiful and memorable :)
