This guesthouse is all you need in El Nido. Spacious rooms, great aircon, comfy beds, good position, fast wifi, and large balcony with panoramic view. Even so, bear in mind that this is not a fancy hotel, it’s a guesthouse where all the basics are covered. The cherry on top is the service. Just fantastic. Again, not the servile useless treatment you get in some fancy hotels. Instead, everyone is just very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast is also simple but quite decent, and the homemade mango jam is delicious. Even the laundry service is great and cheap. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in El Nido.

The best place to stay in El Nido! Just a 5 min walk from town but feels removed from all the crowds. This is a wonderful place to stay -clean and beautiful aesthetics, gorgeous views, yummy breakfast, good AC, and most of all, Noud and his staff were so friendly and accommodating, arranging everything for us - tours, scooters, massage, transport. Thank you to Noud and Mansion Buenavista for making our time in El Nido feel so easy and special.

This review is long overdue. We stayed here for about 5 days after taking a boat from Coron. Location: close enough to walk easily to the heart of the city and beach, without being stuck in the hustle and bustle of the tourists. It’s just 2 streets, maybe a 4-5 min walk into the town and about 10-15 to hit the beach. Rooms: spacious, exactly what you see on the photos. The view from the 2nd floor middle room was awesome. I know a few reviews mentioned the 3rd so we considered asking to see if it was open, but our view was perfect. The balcony was great too, spend the mornings there packing for the day. Staff: Super friendly staff and owners. This was actually probably our most memorable part because the owners were always available and happy to chat with us about our plans, tours, or get/find us things to do. They have someone on staff at the gate all day/night which was cool. The owners even saw us walking to the mountain area to do the climb and picked us up on their scooters and dropped us off. Thanks for the great time, recommendations and making everything feel easy and accessible.

Wonderful hotel! Super clean, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Location is great to town in a quiet area. We were on the top floor with amazing views. The room was well appointed and super comfortable. They helped us organize a tour which was amazing. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best place to stay at El Nido. Not only the location is close to town and the ambiance is relaxing but also how well the hosts (Noud and Jennifer) took care of us, they treated us like family. During our stay my brother got sick and I was amazed how they took care of him while we went out for a tour. They even cooked congee for him to make him feel better. Their staff was also friendly and approachable, we never had a problem communicating with them. When we visit El Nido again, we will definitely come back here! I don’t think we will ever find another place as amazing as this.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Mansion Buenavista. This actually wasn't where we were originally supposed to stay, but we had such a negative experience at our first hotel that we started looking for another place to stay. We stopped by Mansion Buenavista to inquire about openings based on all the positive reviews online, and Nourd and his team were so accommodating and helpful from our first interaction. They made moving to their hotel very easy. Our stay at their hotel was wonderful. The room was cleaned regularly, and the overall service was excellent. Our flight got canceled because of the weather, and we ended up extending our stay. Nourd and his team were so helpful in making sure we could get back to the hotel and helping set up transportation back to the airport. Very welcoming and relaxing stay. The food is delicious. Breakfast is included in the stay, and you have multiple menu options to choose from. We also ordered dinner one evening, and everything was delicious. We highly recommend Mansion Buenavista. You won't regret it!

We were so pleased we booked rooms at Mansion Buenavista. The rooms themselves are clean and spacious. The breakfasts are tasty and generous (my sons would highly recommend the pancakes, my husband the dried fish and garlic rice!) and there was hot water available all day for coffee or hot chocolate and a water cooler to refill water bottles. The hosts - Noud and Jennifer - were great and really helpful. They booked us our boat trips, suggested places to visit, organised us trike drivers for days out and lent us beach towels. When we got stuck due to all boat trips off the island being cancelled, they let us stay on and helped us book flights so we could carry on with our trip. We couldn't have asked for me - thanks both so much.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The place is quiet and away from the noisy downtown flurry of activities during night time. It is very clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good. Thanks for your hospitality. We rented a motorbike on the second day. That was a good idea for us. We had a lot of sun and view was very nice!

Wifey and I were lucky enough to make it to El Nido Dec 1-6, 2021 just as things were starting to re-open. Although we've been around most of the tourist destinations in the Philippines, this was our 1st visit to El Nido. We were amazed at 2 things about El Nido: 1st is how absolutely beautiful the island(s) are and 2nd at how wonderfully friendly the people of El Nido were to us. We encountered nothing but beautiful smiles and warm hospitality all through our stay. Foremost of which was the warm welcoming extended to us by Noud (the owner) and his family and staff. It may be true that we were the 1st guests in quite some time for Noud at Mansion Buenavista but my wife did extensive research and found almost all past guests unanimous in their praise of this place and its people. We 100% agree. Noud and team made us feel like family. Nothing was amiss with how clean (despite construction) the place was and how everything worked - WiFi, TV/Cable, thermos, fridge, unlimited supply of drinking water in-room at the dispensers by the stairs. The internet was faster than our connection in Manila - this was really important as this was a working vacation for us two. The breakfast were amazingly delicious and HUGE! Noud took such good care of us as he arranged our private island hopping tour (even cheaper than what we were told while asking around town), rented a scooter for our Nacpan and LIO beach outing. He was also there to send us off and welcome us home for every day's excursion, whether it be to Marimegmeg/Vanilla/ Las Cabans beach or just a night's walk about town. The dude even rode to El Nido airport on our departure day to hand me my wife's laptop charger that fell under the table. WOW! Just wow! Again, this was one trip that my wife and I will always hold dear in our hearts. The beauty of the place and it's people. The hospitality and warmth of Mansion Buenavista. Oh btw, we had a room up in the top/3rd floor and that view of the mountain to the left and of Poblacion town and Buena Suerte beach in the middle was such a nice way to start our day. The secret is out...We've already told ALL our family and friends about Mansion Buenavista and we'll definitely be back next time we head out to El Nido. We're already looking forward to seeing you again, Noud & Family. God Bless. Almira and Richard

This place was awesome and the staff was very helpful (even delivering a left-behind item to my next accommodation). Rooms were clean and provided nice luxuries with great views out over the karst landscape. We loved the fact that it was a little outside of town (10 min walk) as it was a bit quieter when you made your way to bed. Breakfast was delicious.
