Just checkout this morning and we already miss the hospitality of your staff. Rooms are clean especially the bathroom. With free tea and coffee outside the room. Pros: Staff are all nice especially the guard. Cons: No signal for Globe subscribers. No internet connection.Wifi is not working inside the room. I think the issue is more on the location and they don't have control about it.

Good little hotel for travellers. Bed is comfy and bathroom is clean. Room is a little pokey but it gives you all you need. Aircon is good and shower is hot. Located in a good spot on the main road close to the beach and pops street.

This hotel is a little gem . Amazingly friendly staff , clean rooms with aircon The hotel staff will book any tours you might want to take . Also they can arrange for breakfast in the hotel . Good price , not the best location but clean rooms , the hotel has a back up generator to avoids power outages . You have to ask for your room to be cleaned daily. Perfect budget hotel ..

We’ve been in this hotel during 4 nights. Location is good, just a few minutes to town by tricycle (50 pesos) and less than 10 min to las cabañas (100 pesos) The room are nice and clean when you arrive but they didn’t clean our room for our 4 days stayed (a bit disappointed) as with the sand from beach it got quiet dirty. Staff is great very helpful and smiley at all time. Electricity was going and coming at all time. Hot water was not bad, we always had it (solar panel)

Booked two rooms at this lodge, both beds were double and had a balcony. The room is quite small however it came with AC. The hot water only works during the day as they rely on solar panels for hot water. You can't drink the water from the tap which is something I don't do but it made me hesitant while washing my mouth after I brushed my teeth. The washroom also conveniently had hangers for clothes if you wished to dry your bathing suits and whatnot. The location of Citrine Tourist Travel Lodge is along a highway, the part the hotel is on isn't as busy. There are restaurants right outside the hotel, so there are a variety of places to eat. However, all of my family members and friends got sick mid trip. Apparently a lot of tourists get sick in El Nido, so if you plan on coming to El Nido you might want to limit your meals or watch what you eat. Citrine Tourist Travel Lodge provides a coffee and tea station on each floor, as well as drinks that you can buy during the late night if you feel parched. There are geckos that roam the hallway but are not a threat at all. The service here was great as well. There is free wifi here but only worked during some times for me.

We booked the family room good for 4 pax. There is one queen size bed and one bunk bed. They have cable TV, aircon (but it was a bit weak), ceiling fan, cabinet with hangers, table and a chair. The toilet has a shower (hot shower is solar only), bidet, sink with mirror. They provided 4 towels, small soap, one tissue roll, and 2 sachets of shampoo. There is no deposit box inside the room. If you want to keep something safely they have a deposit box in the lobby. There is WiFi in the lobby but the signal is very weak. They offer free hot water tea and coffee. They don’t have a restaurant. But there are restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is not in the city center, it is along the highway. You have to take a tricycle to go to the city center which is about 15mins. away. Fare is only P50. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

The place is clean and well organised. Staff is friendly and professional. Had a good shower and other basics such as soaps, towels, coffee and snacks. It has fair price and fits perfectly for night stay. -The internet was not working whatsoever.

We had three rooms in this place. All the beds were double and were relatively comfortable. There was air conditioning, a fan, good tv service as well as a pretty decent bathroom (bear in mind that the water heating is solar powered.) The staff were very friendly and the lobby was kept clean. They were very helpful when we were trying to organise the vans and a trip to nacpan beach as well. It is easy to get to the town centre, maybe a 5 minute tricyle ride. Unfortunately we did not get good views, but for a decent price, we didn't mind. And there was more to see during the tours anyway. I did find the room decor a little garish. Bright yellow walls in quite a poorly lit room, but this is all bearable. There is wifi, but you'll be lucky to get a decent connection.

I like the location. it's some ways off el nido beach, which for me was fine because downtown can get really crowded. it's a good place to recharge after a tiring day doing the island hopping tours. There are still a few restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The room was clean, if a bit on the small side. our room had a balcony to dry your clothes, but it didn't have a good view because it was right next to another hotel. The staff was friendly and offered their own island hopping tours. The internet connection was slow, but that's to be expected; El Nido being far from the city center. Overall, it's good value for money.
