Our El Nido Escape was an amazing experience. Lio Villas management and team made our stay a pleasant and unforgettable one. Rooms are very nice and clean. Customer service is A+. Food is sumptuous! We made so many requests (food, massage, tours) and all were granted with gusto! We highly recommend this place and if we go back to El Nido again, Lio Villas is our go to place to stay! Thank you to the Management! and special mention to Neil, Marvin, Kenneth, Junjun, Chef, and the rest of its team.

Me and my wife spent here our honeymoon. We had a great time here that compensated the rainy period, and beyond. The food on the menu is gourmet. Every dish is something specia l and worth trying. Lio the owner is a great personality that will give that added value to your visit. The staff is so lovely and will happily take care for all your needs.

Hotel is located away from the town, not ideal if you want somewhere central but if you are looking for peace and quite then its ideal. From the bus terminal it takes 15 mins by Tricycle and costs around 300 Peso each way. The local transport is expensive when compared to the rest of the Philippines. The hotel is clean and the rooms were lovely with quite Air con and cleaned daily. The pool is nice and a good size. The breakfast is OK nothing special but took time to be cooked slow service and the reception team late to their shift in the morning so the cook was complaining, something i should not have to listen too. Don't book excursions from the hotel its far more expensive if you are looking for private trips they charge additional as add on commission. I feel the hotel is ok but the service let it down and also the location.

Our Vacation in Lio Villas Resort was really perfect. It's little bit up from the town and all the tourism and trouble guaranteed a really quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is really amazing, everybody handle you like a Friend and not as a guest, beginning from the Manager Jeff over the receptionist Jim to the kitchen/bar staff, who all give their best to make your vacation perfect. The area and the rooms are very clean. Food is delicious! Nothing more to say than thank you for this great stay lio villas!

We are sad to leave this oasis with the most awesome and friendly staff we have ever encountered on our travels. Nothing was ever too much for Annie, Jeffrey, Jim, Ian or Errol and they arranged everything with a friendly smile. It is close enough to the Airport and stunning Lio beach, but far enough from noisy El Nido to have a good night’s rest. (Transport is easily arranged within minutes.) Their experienced chef prepared a scrumptuous meal on our first night and the included breakfast could be pre-arranged for those on the go island-hopping/diving mornings! A 24 hour pool, peaceful garden and white linen (for the wife) completes the picture. Thank you Lio Villas!

Me and my partner stayed at Lio as our base for El Nido for 6 nights and we loved it. The staff here are exceptional, they go above and beyond and are so so so friendly. The receptionists were very good and booked all of our day island hopping tours for us and any time we needed a tricycle, they would book that for us too no problem. They also arranged our minibus to Puerto Princesca too. The bar, kitchen and housekeeping staff were so friendly and attentive to all our needs. They just couldn't do enough. The location is about 10/15 minutes outside of El Nido, but it is beautiful as it's so peaceful but close enough to the hustle and bustle of El Nido, but super close to the relaxing Lio Beach. We rented a scooter whilst we stayed here so getting into El Nido for us was not a problem, we appreciated that the hotel was a short drive from El Nido. The Villas themselves are lovely. Spacious and clean and well maintained. Lio Villas has a lovely swimming pool which is situated amongst a beautiful green garden area. The gardens are also so well kept and clean. We loved the view from our balcony down onto the swimming pool. Wifi is available. They include breakfast in the package and there are ample choices. The chocolate oatmeal was lovely. They also offer dinner at a price but we always ate out in Lio Estate or El Nido. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again without a doubt. *One thing to note is they shut all powder down between 12 to 2pm to restore the generator. This was never a problem for us as normally during these couple of hours we'd be out and about exploring anyway.

We didn't get to stay too long at this hotel but we were made to feel very welcome by the courteous team. Rooms were spacious, good value for money and the breakfast excellent after a night of one too many san miguels. The road up to the hotel is very poor so do be aware, take wellies if it rains!

It was Nice and clean. But about 10-15 min om a scooter to Beach and the same to the City. No shuttle. Rather stay on the beach or at the city instead. The Staff was friendly, except the receptionist Maglia (or similar). She was very rude and haven’t heard about service before, several times we had to discuss with her regarding scooters, prices, she stressed us out of our room on check out, etc. But the rest where friendly, she was the major bad thing about our stay.

It is a dirty and unpleasant place. Service is really bad and really not helpful. Menu is really poor and bad quality. There are so many other places on El Nido that it is easy to find something. We left ealier than planned to find something else with a better quality for the same price
