Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
No elevator, shower water pressure was weak room 402. it was a little stronger than a drip. Room is small. Mattress is thin and I can feel the hard wood. No restaurant. Website needs update. No road access for big vehicles. Electricity and ac will shut off once you leave your room

We walked in and asked if they could accom 5 for 2 nights. 4000paso a night was a little steep but was the first person to say yes so we took it. Breakfast was nice and the view looking over the tour boats was so beautiful. Air con was great. Shower started to backflow with sewage but staff dealt to it fast and we’re not too friendly but definitely helpful. Location is quiet, safe as even at night. We loved that little road with all the eateries. Perfect spot for catching to tours. All in all was good budget accommodation

Walk in guests. We had a room next to the reception with no view but was good value for the money. Breakfast included was good. Kind receptionists. Great mattress and shower. Thank god they have hangers for clothes. God AC. A little loud noises at 4:30/5am from the corridor. I would recommend the place.

We took the island tour A with Aqua Travel and were more than pleased with the adventure. The whole day was well planned and the staff ensured that everything went smoothly for everyone which is important when there is a lot of other tour groups and boats in the same areas. We have to put in a special mention to the manager of Aqua Travel ,whom went above and beyond to help my wife and I obtain a travel pass ( S pass ) in order to get to our next destination (El nido) We were having all kinds of trouble finding someone that could help us out and she took it upon herself to assist us, which took hours of her time. She was our saviour in a very stressful time and we can't thank her enough. Thanks to Kynie, Mike and his crew, we will definitely be taking another tour with Aqua Travel next time we visit El nido !

First things first. What this hotel lacks is mDe up by the excellent location and great staff. Aqua Lodge is located right in El Nido proper ! So many good restaurants close by like Art Cafe , Athena and Happiness! The breakfast view is so amazing. However there is the horrible stench of sewer back up that the staff tried to address to no avail ! The bed is hard! The towels are old with holes and really look like rags! The breakfast is just passable. Ask for honey and you get syrup. All in all we loved the location and the great staff. Sewer smell stench only from bathroom sink so use the shower for all your water needs. No fridge in the room and no service water available either.

Got the very spacious double room with balcony at 4th floor. Stayed 4N 4D for 8k per person. This includes:
-Tour A and C, includes lunch, life vest, snorkles. (TIP1: bring aqua shoes esp for tour a, they also have aqua shoes for rent for 100 each. TIP2: impt! Rent a whole-day kayak UPON CHECKING IN for tour A. This will be used for big and small lagoons. If you dont, rental costs 500 per lagoon-a total of 1k for both lagoons compare to renting a whole day kayak for only 500) -Double room with balcony -Daily breakfast with overflowing coffee and juice (TIP: try their danggit) -Transfers from PPS airport-Hotel-PPS airport (TIP: reserve your preferred seat ahead, travel duration is 6hrs)
We arrived thursday night, the receptionist told us their wifi connection was slow. But who cares, for us its not an issue we’ll just sleep and eat there. Normal speed was restored on Saturday when a number of guests left the hotel.
No issue on water, aircon and cleanliness. They also provide daily housekeeping.
This is not a beach front hotel. Because we preferred not to. I suggest to go to Nacpan Beach instead.
They also offer van services to go to Nacpan beach. If you want an adventure, hire a self drive motorcycle. 400 whole day + 100 gas.

Stayed here from dec 6-9, It’s not a resort nor a beach front hotel but it’s pretty close to everything we need as we had 9 people in our party including a 2 yr old. If you’re looking for a clean and safe place within the budget, this would probably suit you. We had free breakfast with our room which is really convenient as the island tours we booked were at 930am. ( don’t order the corn beef btw eeek)
The staff was pretty much very informative and helpful. A few days before we arrived, received several messages from the front desk, with regards to our ETA, our room add ons and tours.
They’ve arrange everything for us and gave us a really good deal 200 off per pax for the 2 tours we got. Be friendly, ask, bargain, smile, keep a cool head and they’d do it for you too.

This hotel was a nightmare, from the time we checked in to our last night (luckily we've only booked it for 2 nights!). On the day we checked in, they didn't have the power on, it was rationed, they don't put their own generator until 5pm! I have to "break a leg" to get them to turn the power on since our room was on the very top and was like an oven. We were tired from our long trip from Puerto Princessa and just wanted to rest up the afternoon but we ended up fighting with them since they don't do NICE way, they ignore you if you're nice (that's why I said, I have to break a leg - not literally!). We booked for the most expensive room in their hotel and end up being downgraded because their "deluxe room" the aircon is not working! We had a smaller room and my son slept on a mattress on the floor. First night my son only had a sheet since it's quite warm but the following night, it was raining and we needed another blanket. They gave us one and my son ended up bitten by bed bugs all over his body!!! ALL OVER, it's not an exaggeration.... We stormed out from that hotel and regretted that I prepaid and paid for a downgraded room and such a horrible customer service!!!! So BEWARE!

If you love the smell of sewage then this hotel is for you! This hotel charges high western prices and offers developing world standards and service. There must better options in town, so stay at one of them.
We stayed in the family room downstairs. This is a modern looking hotel but the stench of sewage outside and through the plumbing (shower drain hole, etc) and aircon meant the room had a constant reek of sewage which at many times was overpowering. The hotel's solution was to offer more air freshener to add to the 4 already in the room. The hotel seems not interested in solving the problem or providing compensation. I only discovered while complaining again, on checking out that they did offer for us to leave early, as we had prepaid and they would refund us if we left early, but didn't tell us this as we were on a boat trip and they knew we would be back after check out time...??? - so not really an offer at all - try and figure that logic out!?
Other points: you have to ask to have your room cleaned and I discovered this after the first day when it wasn't done.
There is no safe in the room. When I enquired, I was told they do have them in some rooms and they could put one in mine, but they aren't secured to anything. So anyone could walk out with the safe or throw it out the window to retrieve later, so not a solution.
The hotel doesn't have a generator, so when the power goes off, as it did, you can bake in your room and enjoy the sewage smell!
The aircon in the family room freezes one of the beds and that one needs a blanket as it gets too cold. If you make the aircon warmer the other sleepers get too hot.
The downstairs rooms are noisy with guests coming in at night and the staff making noise very early in the morning.
Did I mention the overpowering smell of sewage??
Terrible service and overpriced. Don't reward them with your business.

we book everything with them because we want to be totally relax and worry free during our family vacation.and everything went excellently.thankyou to very accommodating and friendly staff.service was great and we had our breakfast serve always on time at their roofdeck with a wonderful view of the ocean.room is good enough for family of six clean and spacious.good job!
