The hotel was quite cheap, so our expectations were not too high. We were suprisednon Arrival, the staff were extremely helpful, and remained so throughout our stay. Though small, our room was extremely clean, and very comfortable, tastefully decorated with q real wooden floor, and inclusive of a western style bathroom. Room has a small terrace at the front, which was great to sit on in the evening. Hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of El Nido. Would definitely book here again if we were to return.

The facility and especially service are not worth money paid. The FO supervisor was like out of this world, defenatly out of the castum services world... very noisy as it is just next to the tricycles terminal and construction is in progress at the othe side

Checked in for 3 nights here arrived a bit past our declared check in time but we had no issues checking in. Our room was in the older building withing the compound, though we were in the old building our room was clean and decent. The bed was comfy, air conditioning worked like a charm (even during the noon time heat) and the water pressure was strong. The bathroom though, has a small window and no exhaust so the place is always damp especially after a shower. We kept the door open when we left or when we slept so the bathroom could dry out properly. The balcony in the common area had a drying rack for our wet clothes. Location was good it was on the other end of the main strip so all we had to do was walk down the road it was dotted with the bars, restaurants, tour companies, trikes, and motorbike/car rental services. The beach was just across the street through a small but short alley. Going to the pick up point for our boat tours was relatively easy. If you are just looking for a nice place to stay, near the main strip and beach, and you will be out all day doing tours or diving, this place is highly recommended!

This hotel was in a good location just 2 mins walk from the beach and Main Street of bars and restaurants! When we arrived they made us wait till exactly dead on 2pm to check in to our room which was quite ridiculous considering the room was properly ready way before that! We spent 3 nights in the new block of rooms which were lovely and modern, clean and comfortable! Bed was amazingly comfortable! When we first booked our 3 nights here we quickly added on a 4th night which was about a month before our stay! When it came to the 4th day we were moved from our room into the old block of rooms! We were treat like a completely new customer all over again made to leave our room at 12 and wait till 2 to recheck into the new room which I thought was disgusting the hotel new we had booked the 4th night as an add on so a moving us rooms fair enough but to make us wait all over again was terrible customer service! The old section of the hotel was dark, dingy, havings the lights on made little to no difference! There wifi is terrible doesn’t work in any of the rooms literally only in the hotel lobby! And they restrict what you can view you can’t check your emails or even use google which is quite ridiculous! If they sorted out these problems they could have a pretty good hotel!

Inngo is a budget hotel just for sleeping, we have spent 4 days in the hotel, and we found everything clean. As you know El Nido is full of activities all day long, so we did not care about the facilities or size of the rooms, we cared about the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms and were as we wanted. Jennielyn in front desk is so awesome and helpful, she make our stay more memorable.

Clean at the local level, communicative location, everyone knows it, so we had no problem with tour pick ups and daily transportation. Wifi was a problem, they had a trojan horse that blocked almost all websites and would make start downloading an APP on you phone, they did not care for the problem. We also had a problem with the hot water the first day, but that was addressed. After cleaning the room there are many mosquitoes in it. There were also ants in the room.

We stayed in an older room that was large and fairly comfortable. The bathroom was older and the hard water was evident but it was clean enough. The location was fairly quiet and walking distance to everything on the north side of El Nido. Tricycles park outside the gate and scooter rentals are right down the street. Overall this was a good value and would stay again.

We booked to stay here last minute and got a very good rate on the room. The hotel is kind of split into 3 zones; the main building, a 4 room annex and the new “Star Sign” rooms. We stayed in one of these new rooms, the Taurus room and it was great. Extremely clean, very strong WiFi in the room (a rarity in El Njdo) and good air-con. It’s small and basic but all has all you can ask for considering the price. If you stay here, ask to stay in one of these new animal/star sign named rooms as they are considerably more modern than the rest of the hotel and the same price! Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars was the room sewage smelt a bit of rotten veg the first night we were there and the smell did linger through-out our stay. But to be honest, we’ve put up with a lot of bad smells in the Philippines!

We loved our stay here, the location is prime! You’re on the main strip and right on the beach. The rooms are good, they’re clean and the bathroom is better than most! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Greets with a smile, easy check in, room was cool, comfortable and clean and a decent bathroom. Upon having a shower the water was just just above cold, I thought it might have run out, but it was the same next day, I informed the reception that the shower water was cold and they would look into it. Day 3 Morning water was cold (just above cold) could not have a shower to cold. I was annoyed got dressed and demanded answers as why there is no hot water. I demanded a refund for the last day as I was going to check out due to no hot water, so the manager came and said that the shower water is hot and is normal, I replied that the shower water is not hot and that it’s not good enough. The manager started to tell me the costs of running Air conditioning, electricity, Bla Bla Bla, I’m not interested in his costs, you advertise then you should supply accordingly. He refunded me a little over 1000 peso which was to cover for not having hot water, would not refund 1 night, He said you take it up with AGODA. I will take it up with Agoda, I’m checking out and checking in with El Nido Beach Hotel who have HOT WATER AND I MEAN HOT. And I got no house keeping during the stay So how do I rate Inngo Inn: If there had been hot water I would have given it 4 stars No Hot water which is prone to Bacteria and legionnaires disease..... 1 Star And definitely will not return to Inngo Inn …. My stay was October 2018
