We booked our preferred room through Airbnb, but when we arrived, the receptionist informed us that it was already occupied by other guests. They offered us one of their available rooms. Disappointment was present, but to compensate, the owner provided free breakfast during our stay and granted our request for an extension of stay until our shuttle service arrived. The room is pretty clean, but the pillow cases, bedsheets and linens, and towel aren't. but it's okay cause we bring our own towels to use. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Will surely book with Casa Cecilia Again but hoping by the time, we can have our cozy dream room :) Thank you very much to the owner :)
Its our first time to go to El Nido, the hotel is located right just the street, the staff are very accommodating. My Mom and I flew to the Philippines just to celebrate her birthday in El Nido. It was a nice experience staying in Casa Cecilia with the whole family. We'll definitely go back there...
Very well located and fairly well maintained property for a reasonable price. The staff is fantastic as they are always greeting you with a smile and offering assistance, specially Ate Lyn: maraming salamat po! The property, as many other properties in El Nido listed on AirBnB, is indeed a hotel/hostel. The facilities are as listed: clean and the internet works pretty well. I found the room is very quiet in spite of being so close to the busy Rizal St. Breakfast is basic and rotates every day of the week however they offer you Continental BKFST in case you don’t fancy the choice of the day. Overall a good value for your money kind of stay!
The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff was able to clear the initial issue regarding change of rooms due to booking. The ability to shower after we have checked out and luggage holding was a great courtesy given to guests. The facade is plain looking but the customer service made up for it. Breakfast included is plain but you can always get extra food from the bakery next to it. Across you can have a relaxing massage. Overall fitted our needs to have a clean place to sleep. Will come back again and recommend to families on a budget
