The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff was able to clear the initial issue regarding change of rooms due to booking. The ability to shower after we have checked out and luggage holding was a great courtesy given to guests. The facade is plain looking but the customer service made up for it. Breakfast included is plain but you can always get extra food from the bakery next to it. Across you can have a relaxing massage. Overall fitted our needs to have a clean place to sleep. Will come back again and recommend to families on a budget

Booked 2 nights for business, twin sharing occupancy.
I was pleasantly surprised that this resort is affordable and offers a modernly decorated room. Perfect for budget conscious travelers as well, very near the beach where the boats are usually located for those who wish to go island hopping. Accessible to nearby shops and restaurants. They have a partner restaurant, adjacent to their building that offers discount for guests checked-in. Breakfast is so-so. No welcome drinks nor complimentary water inside the room. AC could be better.
Comfort room has bidet and spacious as well. No elevator. Hope hotels or resorts like this one can invest in a good quality towels in the future.

Very well located and fairly well maintained property for a reasonable price.
The staff is fantastic as they are always greeting you with a smile and offering assistance, specially Ate Lyn: maraming salamat po!
The property, as many other properties in El Nido listed on AirBnB, is indeed a hotel/hostel. The facilities are as listed: clean and the internet works pretty well. I found the room is very quiet in spite of being so close to the busy Rizal St. Breakfast is basic and rotates every day of the week however they offer you Continental BKFST in case you don’t fancy the choice of the day.
Overall a good value for your money kind of stay!

Stayed here several times and still coming back. Staff is nice and even know my name. This is the best place to stay if you are in a budget travel.

Room is cheap, discounted in cb cafe and you don't have to ride tricycle going to stores pharmacy and island tour point.

Stay is always worth it.🙂

After returning from Nacpan, we stayed at our last hotel. Since we had stayed in more upscale hotels before, we wanted to try something more budget-friendly this time. The room for two people cost about 2000 pesos per night, and it had excellent natural lighting and was very clean. There was a cafe downstairs where you could order drinks and food. Although it wasn't right by the beach, it was only about a 5-minute walk to the coast, so the location was still convenient. Next to the hotel, there was a bakery where you could buy some snacks to take with you before heading out to sea!

Greatest edge of this hotel is its location. Everything is walking distance from the hotel since it's at the heart of the town proper. Staff is nice especially Rochelle who was assisting us throughout our stay. However, there are several things to be worked on thoroughly if the property wants to provide better service in the future.

The water system needs to worked on. The water coming out the faucet and shower is brown and has bad odor. Not sure if they were having problems during the dates of our stay. Water pressure was awful, the bidet's water pressure in both of our rooms are stronger than the shower. We had to brush our teeth using bottled water because of the odor and color of the water. Was really looking forward to have a good shower after a whole day of tour but we couldn't really enjoy the shower during our stay.

We were also given rooms that we did not book. I think one of the first rooms given to us is one of their older rooms. The ACU fan was broken, TV did not have a remote, the lights were dim, drawer does not have a handle, and the beds were two small beds placed together. I asked to be transferred to another room which was granted by the staff. Thankful that Rochelle accommodated the request. However, in the middle of the night on our first day, we were woken up to be told that we also have to transfer the other room the next day since there was a mistake on the FO side. We did not mind since the room for transfer is right beside ours and is actually the category I originally booked so we liked to transfer.

The property also has to work on the flies in the area :( There are LOTS of flies especially at the cafe and at the breakfast area. The hotel has tons of potential and good staff, I just wish that the owner would work on the things that need to be maintained and improved.

It was still a good stay, after all you get what you pay for :)

5stars. Good location if you are planning island hopping. Clean room, good ac, high pressure of water, can hang wet clothes from veranda, and friendliest staff like Niño and Meryl. Also got free drink voucher while waiting for our ride going to Lio airport. Highly recommended. Regards, Matt&Mich

Casa Cecilia provided an exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were not just nice; they were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness did not go unnoticed, contributing significantly to the overall positive experience.

The staff at Casa Cecilia went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, with a special mention to Niño. His exceptional service and accommodating nature stood out, making us feel truly valued as guests. Niño's professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch to our stay, enhancing the overall quality of service.

The hotel's prime location in the center of town was a major convenience. Being only a 2-minute walk from Bacuit Beach made it incredibly accessible for us to enjoy the stunning coastal beauty at our leisure. The strategic positioning allowed us to explore the town effortlessly, immersing ourselves in the local culture and attractions.

Planning to return to Casa Cecilia next year is already on our agenda, a testament to the unforgettable experience we had. The combination of top-notch cleanliness, friendly and accommodating staff, and a central location made our stay truly remarkable. We look forward to revisiting this hidden gem and reliving the moments of comfort and hospitality that Casa Cecilia graciously provided.

Check out the Casa Cecilia website for the family room configuration. I think you will need to two family rooms. The one we had was on the ground floor. I believe you can request this with the hotel. I would recommend chartering a van online for transfer to El Nido. The hotel can also arrange this shuttle if you want, but you might find a less expensive shuttle option doing it yourself. There are several van shuttle companies that drive between PP airport and El Nido. Since you have a full van, you should get a charter van. This can also be arranged at the PP airport when you land. FYI for planning purposes, it is a long drive. Maybe 6 hours or so.
