Detailed Reviews
I spent 5 amazing days in this incredible hotel.
The room costs are expensive in comparison to other local hotels, but you will not regret a single penny of it.
The theme and style of the hotel perfectly and seemlesly blends two completely opposing genres of rainforest style nature with sharp minimalist modern high tech Japanese architecture.
The rooms will literally take your breath away and the high tech Japanese toilet will both amaze and amuse you.
The location is a 2 minute walk to the beach, which is home to a multitude of great restaurants and a very well stocked store that is also a pharmacy.
But what really made my visit incredible and memorable was the awesome service by every single member of the staff.
Nothing was too much trouble and their engagement was super professional with very warm and friendly overtones. You felt as if you were talking to old friends.
Elize, Dan, Divine, Johnathon, The Chef, James, Jhah, John, Elmer were just some of the amazing team who looked after me (apologies if i have forgotten the names of some of the staff) but who really captured it all and made a real impact on me was the amazing and capable Jessica who is the night duty manager.
Her natural warmth and exceptional customer service skills blended perfectly and you felt that you were the most special and important guest in the hotel.
I will wager that she will rise to the very top in the hospitality industry as she has an abundance in of all the key qualities required.
When I checked out of the hotel to fly back to Manila, I felt I was saying goodbye to friends, not hotel staff.
Will I go back, oh you better believe it, except next time I will stay much much longer.
I tasted paradise and I want more

A tranquil space near the beach and nestled within the well preserved and maintained nature estate. It’s like finding a treasure in a forest. The rooms were very comfortable, modern design, functional, and has almost every basic necessities all in high end and premium brands. Rooms were well designed to make you feel at home and not just in a hotel. It comes with free vegan breakfast, non-vegan is an additional order. Service was also really good, well trained staff, and just one WhatsApp message away.
Definitely for those looking for a spacious, comfortable, and homey place and elevated experience in El Nido!

It was truly impressive, environmental luxury experience within the forest just beside of Lio Beach.
The staff are well accommodating and professional.
The building was very calming to feel and modern design, the room is very comfortable with a high ceiling, huge glass window with remote controlled curtains, the details really provide a modern luxurious energy, the bathroom is truly refreshing with high-pressured shower and automated toilet.
This place is highly recommended. I will definitely gonna bring my clients and friend and share them the superb hospitality services they offer.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and it is a brand new hotel that had just opened a little 2 months ago. It is in a great location and Lío beach is just a few min walk with about 5-7 restaurants in sight. The room was big and was able to accommodate 5 of us comfortably. The only problem I had was the roll away bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the spring of the bed due to how soft it is. I ended up sleeping on the couch instead and it is way more comfortable. Another thing that wasn’t right was the bathroom sliding door. It wasn’t sliding easy and you have to force it to close and open. They do serve breakfast every morning but the only problem is that it was vegan breakfast only with no other option. I’m not a vegan so that part didn’t work for me.
Other than the few concerns mentioned, the staff are the one that made our stay very pleasant from arriving and checking in to checking out were very smooth. Especially Ms. Jessica, Ms. Elise and Mr. Par, they were very professional and courteous. They took care of whatever I needed and made suggestions on what to do and eat at El Nido. Thank you for taking care of us and will definitely stay again.
Highly recommended!

Ideal location, close to the village of El Nido, 5 minutes from the airport, but on a beautiful beach. Of the beaches near El Nido this is definitely the best, without the need to travel many kilometers like other distant Resorts. Exceptional staff, excellent info on local activities. It doesn't come cheap but the price is totally deserved with spacious rooms with windows overlooking the surrounding jungle

It was such a relief to know that the hotel is part of the chain of the Hospitality Group. I knew immediately that we were going to be treated well, having had a great experience when we stayed at the H Hotel.
While the entire stay was perfect, there were some notable moments that we are so grateful for:
1) Early check-in was made available to us.
2) We were immediately assisted when the AC of the first room we stayed in was not properly working. They immediately upgraded us and made the room transfer as smooth as possible.
3) Communicating through whatsapp with the front desk was such a convenience, especially because they are online 24/7 and respond immediately.
4) Booking our island tour was also a breeze and everything was arranged for us. They even considered our food restrictions.
5) They made us feel very special as returning guests.
6) We did not have to ask for late check-out. They noted our flight details and on our last day, we mentioned that we will have a late flight. The staff then told us that the request for late check-out was already initiated after they reviewed our flight details.
7) We checked-out a few hours before the flight, anticipating possible hiccups during airport transfers and the lines. However, the staff told us that they will keep our room available for us to stay in as the airport was only 3 minutes away and we will be too early if we leave already. They also suggested to hold our bags for us if we still wanted to explore Lio and have drinks for the road. Of course we did the latter 😂 and they kept monitoring us to make sure we don’t miss our flight.
Also, the room details and facilities were really beautiful and the proximity of the hotel to Lio beach, bars/restaurants, the town and Nacpan is really convenient and ideal.
We are so happy we stayed at Piece Lio and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to El Nido.
We also would like to especially thank Jessica, Elize, Dan, Leo and all the staff at the resort for the exceptional customer service. Thank you for making our stay perfect and memorable.

Excellent stay at Piece Lio hotel! Exceeded our expectations. All Staff are friendly, helpful and corteous. Very convenient location close to the Airport with private beach and complimentary shuttle to downtown, tour pick up and nearby areas. We felt so at home as our room was top notch! Stayed on the first floor Deluxe room with garden view. Loved the bed, the unlimited espresso machine, bottled waters and the bathroom is amazing with automatic bidet and showers like rainfalls 😍
Appreciate the excellent assistance of James and Liz at the Front desk. The driver Ron and the Supervisor Sir Par and delicious food by Chef Raymond! Loved everything and will sure come back to this heavenly place on earth 🌍

Piece Lio was wonderful. We stayed in the executive loft room and loved it. The room contains 2 queen-size beds in the loft area, while the living / kitchen / bathroom area is downstairs. Very spacious, the room was something like 650 Sq feet. The window looking outside must have been 15 feet tall. The bathroom came with fancy Japanese toilet and Dyson hairdryer. Kitchen had SMEG kettle so they use high-end appliances. The room doesn't come standard with TV as they have a nature vibe but available upon request. 10 minutes after we asked, they wheeled in a 65 or 75" Samsung TV.
The staff were exceptionally helpful. They helped book our snorkeling tours and dropped and picked us up from town. Special shoutout to Dan and the Chef who were so accommodating. The vegan breakfast was delicious. We chose to have it delivered to our room, but you can also eat it downstairs off the lobby area. They also allow guests to go to their sister hotel, J Hotel in El Nido town for its (non-vegan) breakfast buffet on their roof deck.
Some unexpected things:
1- They use WhatsApp for easy communication with front-desk as there are no landline phones in the room. I wonder why other hotels don't use this method as we found it very efficient.
2- You can sometimes see monkeys jumping from tree to tree from your room
3- The Lio beach really was beautiful with its blue waters and was our favorite mainland beach, better than Nacpan. Watching planes arrive and depart from airport down the beach was entertaining
4 - They have two friendly resident cats- Piece and Lio - that we loved petting
Piece Lio hotel is highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing and fun stay. Can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay here! The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing—exactly what we were looking for. It's also conveniently located just 15 minutes from the town center. Our room was cozy and came with a small kitchen, which was perfect for cooking our own meals and saving some money. The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!
