The hotel was fine for the purpose of our booking, we had day tours planned most days so only there at night. It’s a $3 trip into town & restaurants on tricycle, buffet breakfast was again fit for purpose - we always managed to find eggs and a few nice dishes to fuel up for the day. Our room took quite a while to be ready for check in which was annoying but now that we’ve experienced their housekeeping we understand why. Housekeeping would have to be the biggest criticism, the hotel isn’t well maintained but it’s also not well kept / cleaned either. We never got a hand towel or a bath mat once the room was made up, they never refilled our toilet paper and had to keep asking for more. There’s pink mould all around the shower and generally felt unclean. I don’t think the infinity pool was cleaned once during our 5 day stay & it showed. Staff were really lovely and happy to help with any query. Best advice I’d take it for what it is, the pool was handy for days that tours were cancelled & their cocktails were great. Also their stone fired pizzas are managed by the Bella vista restaurant and they are absolutely outstanding.

A really good looking hotel. Fun pool, especially with high winds.

Our first night was great. Had a great room. Very accommodating staff.

We got a second night after we came back from Coron. They tried to give us this suite that had a huge see through bathroom with a tub. Extremely inappropriate with a family. So we said it was unacceptable and they gave us another room.

Black ants are an issue but they don't bite.

They have big tvs in the rooms but they are useless other than YouTube. Not really smart tvs. If you bring a Chromecast it'll be great!

Don't drink the water. Drink bottled water. Their restaurant is decent but they try too hard to make signature recipes of simple foods. Like gilled ham and cheese sandwich. A very simple meal but they went too far and had like three pieces of bread and mayo and a bunch of stuff that was completely unnecessary. And they meals are too much for one but not enough for two. Go figure.

Showers are great! High pressure water. They have electrical issues but all hotels in El Nido have this issue. Expect the power to go out and when it does, all the light in the room turn on when the power comes back. Kind of annoying when it happens a handful of times while you're sleeping.

Nice staff. Friendly. McDonald's doesn't deliver but it's 1km away. This is not in the main part of El Nido so it's quieter.

I would recommend this hotel

This hotel has so much potential but unfortunately falls short on basic amenities.

Pro: views, location, infinity pool, rooftop space, free delicious breakfast, friendly attentive staff

Cons: SMELL - every time we entered our room we were hit with cold sewer air and it was the same for other rooms. We literally had to air out our room regularly by opening the balcony & front door with warm fresh air. Not enough bath towels - given pool towels that smelled like chlorine, no hand towels at all, had to ask for washcloths & bath mat, rooms were noticeably not well cleaned on the floor & counters, 1 of our rooms was not ready until 10pm.

Hello,
The first thing I have to say before we begin is that you will definitely not get what you paid for.
When you arrive at the hotel, unpleasant smells will meet you and these smells will follow you from the Reception till to your room, so you will need a mask in the elevators. When making your reservation, stay away from the land view rooms, because you will not be greeted by a land view, but a rock and plant view up to the 7th floor. There will be windows that cannot be opened on some floors, and walls that reach 2.5 meters in some rooms. I think don't need to explain the smell of humidity in the rooms, this smell of humidity and mold is the general problem of the hotel. We may not be able to rest in the room given to us, you may have difficulty breathing or you get sick with 18 degrees air conditioner.
When you look at the general condition of the hotel, it is unbelievable that it was worn out in such a short time, that there are still parts of the road side have not been completed. Everything from the chairs in the reception to the sitting groups in the Sky Bar is stained and dirty, I guess there is no pool towel without a stain on it. For the first time in my life, I saw a hotel with orange water flowing in the toilet here. Bring a jacket with you to have breakfast, or you may get sick from the cold before your breakfast is over, and please do not have high expectations for breakfast. There is so much that l can write here but I do not want to prolong it. In short, if you are willing to take so much trouble to watch a really beautiful sunset view (if it doesn't rain!), I wish you a good holiday. I recommend the hotel to find a manager who can solve these problems professionally as soon as possible.

Sunset, rooftop employees, and concierge are great. However the smell of our room, the elevators, and most public spaces within the facility smell of sewer. The room was bearable after we acclimated to the smell once we entered the room, however we still complained because we didn’t think it was appropriate. The fix was they brought an automatic air freshener that went off every 20 minutes.

We realized just how bad it was when we arrived in Korea next for the second part of our vacation and our suitcases, backpacks and our clothes had soaked up the smell. It was embarrassing and we had to take corrective measures.

You couldn’t pay us to recommend or stay at this facility again.

It’s nice because it’s new. The hotel is decent, affordable, and has good location. They are only partially open. You can still see many parts of the hotel under construction and dirty. The elevator smells like pee. Lots of mosquitoes in the room and inside the hotel. The staff still seem panicky and not ready.

The breakfast is the WORST that I have ever tried. The selection is very limited and had cheap ingredients Good thing they let Bella Vita Italian restaurant operate on the Sky Deck so people can eat decent food.

The selling point of the hotel is their Infinity Pool, lounge/bar on the 7th floor that has the panoramic view of the islands. Really really good view of the sunset. Other than that, it’ just 8 levels of concrete built on Corong-corong. Disappointed that the Palawan government allowed this kind of hotel to be built in El Nido. It really damages the natural beauty of the island.

It may be attractive to locals who like to instagram or Koreans and Chinese tourists in the future.
Don’t really expect too much.

If you are looking to appreciate the organic beauty of the island, go to a more natural-looking hotel.

1. Some hotel staff are too lazy to assist. I asked for a flat iron as normal hotels should have it and there’s a male receptionist/FO says that all of their flat irons are broken. LOL too many rooms and this staff is saying that all of it are broken.
2. Requested to clean our room. It took 2days and multiple calls for the housekeeping to assist and clean the room.
3. If you request for some stuff like bath/floor towels, shower and bath tub gels, staff will quickly respond that there’s no available replacement without checking it first.

Imagine, too many rooms, no available replacement for towels, toiletries and usual things like flat iron.

You will have a lot of headaches dealing with their front office, housekeeping and staff. The only person that’s helpful is the security guard.

I’ve been to a lot of hotels and resorts but nothing compares to the the service and friendliness of staff at Lime. From the shuttle drivers like Kuya Clark and Daniel, houskeeping, restaurant staff and reception staff like Joy and Jemson everyone just naturally make things easier for us and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were so nice I particularly liked that it has fresh summer vibes and were cleaned daily, the breakfast was perfect, the pool was superb as you witness the stunning sunset. Overall I loved my stay and I would definitely recommend Lime to whoever plans to go to El Nido.

Great rooftop pool & view. The rooms are reasonably sized but far from being clean. Human hair was all over the place, and sheets and towels had stains. Taking into account that this is relatively a new hotel, the maintenance status was fairly good but can do much better (the shower faucet for instance was splashing all over the room). The bathroom is extremely small and missing basic facilities (forget about finding a place for your toothbrush). The staff was incredibly friendly, courteous, and attentive.

The hotel emits an unpleasant odor reminiscent of damp laundry, which permeates both the common areas and guest rooms. Breakfast service is consistently understaffed, requiring guests to clear their own tables, and the available options are disappointingly limited. The pervasive dampness extends to the rooms, causing our clothes stored in suitcases to become moist. Adding to the discomfort, mold was evident on the curtains, and we encountered bugs in our pillows.

The redeeming feature of the hotel is the rooftop view, yet even here, the experience falls short due to slow service and a lack of attentiveness from the staff. Orders are taken leisurely, and food arrives at separate intervals, disrupting the dining experience. Overall, while the rooftop offers a picturesque scene, the hotel's shortcomings overshadow any positive aspects, making it a less than satisfactory choice for accommodation.

Wouldn't suggest staying here to anyone.
