The poolside cottages are a little dated, with noisy hardwood floors and a/c, but very spacious with all the needed amenities. They are worth the money for the access to the pool and beach. The hotel built a new modern tower with a roof top restaurant and bar, as well as a gym and great breakfast buffet on the ground floor near reception. Those new rooms in the new tower are very modern and each one has a large balcony. The staff was great and very friendly. The location was really nice, on the edge of El Nido town, while still in town but you don't hear the busy traffic on the street. Dive shops, bars, restaurants and stores are a quick walk away.

I felt good about this hotel in many ways, although there is room for improvement.

Arrival and check in worked perfectly. The room had a good sea view and a large balcony. The bed was suitable, good pillows, quiet air conditioning, a very good shower and an efficient refrigerator. There was enough space and everything was therefore well above the basic level. The room was really quiet and provided tasty dreams.

The hotel's breakfast was basic+. You have to be alert there to order an omelette or other stomach-filling food as soon as you arrive, because no one pushes you. The coffee is weak and the roaster is home style and blocked by some English family. However, the hunger was tamed.

The hotel didn't have much cooperation to rent a scooter, but there were tours available.

The pool area is really good and the views are top class. The sunbeds have a sturdy metal frame, soft clean mattresses, a pillow and thin clean towels. Part of the top had a parasol that could be moved. Quite a diamond set. The bar in the pool area only offered coffee and crepes. Of course, you could order something more delicious from the bar upstairs.

So everything went well and the rented scooter was secured in the locked courtyard.

Both the guy at the pool bar and the porter were top guys, so a special mention to them for their good service 👍

A very nice Hotell at the end of the El
Nido beach. A quiet areas. Nice staff doing their best helping the tourists. You can book all tours in the area from the reception, but the price is a bit more expensive then when booking in the streets. My room had a okay view towards the beach, and had a fridge and a safe

El nido, Palawan is one of the tourist spots visited in the Philippines. With that being said my Family decided to go on a vacation in this place. The moment we arrived in Puerto Princesa airport it was exhilarating imagining what more there is when we arrive in El Nido. From there we had a roundtrip airport shuttle provided for a surcharge which is available upon request.

We stayed in El Nido Garden Resort hotel for four nights and we had the best experience. The place was spacious and immaculate, the staff were accommodating, the food was amazing and the view was breathtaking. Outside you can take a stroll and or swim even at night since they have a swimming pool. You can do recreational activities there and wrap it up with a drink at their mini lounge/bar.

Their location is very accessible to many Beaches if you wanted to visit some such as Lio and Nacpan. At night you can also come to restaurants around the area but I assure you the foods in this hotel are enough to satisfy your tongue. They are open at 7-9 AM, your hunger will surely be gone.

They have big air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen televisions each. Every room has private balconies and you can even hang your damp clothes there! Private bathrooms have showers complimented with toiletries and hair dryers.

You can make yourself at home there and relax while taking some time off.

Would put 0 star if I could. First time ever in 30 years of travel that I was charged for a blood stain in the towel. Cleaning staffs don’t even know how to wash or even put this towel to a washing machine right away? Zero WIFI in the room all the time - very annoying when I was sick to have to go to lobby for wifi. We decided to Check out 2 days early to original booking - didn’t even bother to get back the booking for last 2 days. Airport pick up van did not come. So all the annoying things that added up. Staffs did not listen. Do not recommend!!!

We consider ourselves fortunate for choosing to stay in this hotel after a previous unpleasant experience in another lodging where we were unable to sleep due to the noise from the main road. This hotel boasts a stunning garden, which is a rarity in the town center. We made our reservation online, and the check-in process was speedy. The reception staff was helpful, providing us with information about popular activities and places to visit in El Nido.

The food here is a must-try, especially their pasta, though we do wish they offered pizza as well. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a good night's rest. The linens were fresh and had a pleasant scent.

All of the staff members, particularly those at the reception, were friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist us and make our stay more enjoyable.

We arrived around 10pm and when we checked in we had cleanliness issues with both rooms.

Pest control was a problem with room 1 and room 2 had used utensils, a dirty bathroom and sticky countertops near the coffee station among other things.

The breakfast offerings were decent and convenient.

The space of the rooms were great but we ended up switching hotels due to the cleanliness and pest control issues.

I’d like to commend their front office supervisor named Mannelyn Belen who empathized with our concerns and who was excellent with customer service!

Although we would not book a stay at this hotel again I’d like to let management know that Ms. Mannelyn is a great hire, a true gem and is very customer focused.

Her handling of our concerns speaks to her professionalism and has been the saving grace to our entire experience.

Mannelyn is a great asset to your team!

Visited this hotel with my family - a total of 9 pax. I was nervous trying to find a suitable hotel for all of us as it was our first holiday abroad and we had a lot of expectations. This hotel was well located, we were placed in nice rooms on third and fourth floors. The pool area was the highlight as we spent a lot of time there drinking beers, swimming, playing games etc. We even got a complimentary massage one day. The staff working near the pool was very kind and patient with us - especially the security men who always smiled seeing us and Dre who works in the cafe. 4 out of 5 stars as we left with mosquito/ant bites and I reckon it was from the room - housekeeping cleaned the room daily however they did not change bedsheets and we stayed for 10 nights. As a result, Im still trying to heal the bites two weeks later. Overall great stay in the hotel and i recommend it for big groups.

El Nido Gardens was a little piece of paradise. I stayed for 5 days here and absolutely loved the resort. The pool was clean with a great view of the bay both from the pool and the sun beds. The included breakfast was good with a variety of western and Filipino food. The beach bar opened a little late for a beach resort (2 pm) but I suspect this is due to the low season. Choy the bartender and the beach bar provided excellent service and gave outstanding restaurant recommendations in town. I will definitely return the next time I am in El Nido.

I have no idea. My understanding was the construction was a 2year plan, however construction rarely gets completed in the time frame expected. I would try emailing the front desk, they will help you. Either way, it was almost unnoticeable once checked into the resort.

There is no construction on the beach only behind the property. We are currently staying here and the view is amazing.

We also like Clayton didn't want to ride in a hot bus for hours from Puerto Princessa so we took Air Swift to El Nido. Its a quick flight with great views from Princessa to El nido of the many Islands. If you book any tours from the hotel in El Nido DO NOT LEAVE anything in your room safe, the staff know your gone and help themselves to some cash, we figured it out but couldn't do anything about it.....
