We stayed in this place for 2 nights as part of our El Nido Tour. And one thing that really stood out is the cleanliness of the place. Despite being in a bustling area for tourists comingand going from the sandy shores, the floors of El Grande are just prestine ALL THE TIME. The bathrooms are clean and smells pleasant too. The place seems to be operated by a family and the people staying at their reception desk are so polite and helpful. The bed and pillow sheets are thin but noticably neat and fragrant. Towels and a tissue roll are provided for the stay but not soaps and shampoos unfortunately. It's walking distance from a lot of coffee shops, boutiques/souvenir shops, restaurants, bar, massage parlors, and mini grocery stores as well. (Attached snaps of the place) Wrapping up our stay, I would definitely recommend considering this place to stay for days. Our stay was so delightful.…

I normally do not take time writing reviews but I can not for the love of me let this go. As a returning resident who has been overseas and been to many several countries, the customer service we received here is by far the worse. 1. When we checked in at 9:30pm from PP, the lady who checked us in (presumably the owner?) seemed irritated and annoyed at our presence. The unfriendliest welcome you will ever receive, youll get it here. When we went into the room, the door knob was already dysfunctional making the door hard to open. So the next day the door gave way and when we returned after breakfast the door was jammed and the owners had implied that we were the ones who broke it. They tried to charge us for it. Why would a customer pay for something that should be functioning in the 1st place? They said we should have told them straightaway, my comment is they should have made sure their property is in good working condition prior to checking guests in. Also after 1 full day of travel from Davao including the 5hr van ride, we just wanted to relax/settle in and did not want to make a fuss about the door so did not report it then and there as we were all so tired from our trip. 2. The rooms had no basics such as toilets rolls. My family and I has just checked out of the Family Room and do not be deceived, this room has no TV with cable unlike what they are claiming in the photo they posted. 3. No mention of wifi whatsoever. When we tried to ask for wifi in the lobby as they told us our 3rd floor accom had no internet only to be told to go to the second floor and use the wifi there which meant standing around in the stairs just to get connection. I had to tell them we are paying customers as well and why are we not allowed to get the wifi in the lobby so we can sit and use the internet comfortably. We were housed by our travel agency in this place and I have already advised them of this so that they wont house their guests here anymore. Perhaps the only saving grace of this place were the helpers but the owners/person in charge need to learn some courtesy and maybe even basic manners towards customer service. If you want to have a nice stay in El Nido, avoid this place. There are better places to go to with better service.…

Hotel just open last jan 2018, room clean hotel clean no much to say , except the bfast is almost none! the Wifi are ok at lobby only thats el nido but data mobile work super well! hotel located on a street road mean noisy a bit ! only one highlight is " the staff " not very welcome !! not very friendly and even not very helpfull! bed wasn't changed for a week, we stayed 8 nights and the towel for shower we have to ask at every 48 hrs to be changed with a questions from staff " how many day you stay " ... so if you like basic for just basic near the town by 10 minutes walk then it's your place ! don't expect friendly or a room cleaned on a dailybase it wont happen! Cheers
