We had a wonderful stay at Panorama and would like to say a massive THANK YOU to the owners Nani and Pepso who went above and beyond to help us in the difficult coronavirus situation, they were able to accommodate us and made sure we feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. The resort is beautiful, refreshing pool with sunny loungers, pool bar and dining area. The room was well designed, good AC, beautiful bathroom, all the usual kettle, coffee, water. The bedding was white and crisp and the bed was comfortable.
Beach club is beautiful with stunning sunsets every night and delicious cocktails. The staff are a gem at this resort, especially Aryana, always smiley and happy to help, everyone we came across with were polite, friendly and helpful, we couldn’t ask for more. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone, really comfortable, secluded and private with great staff and friendly owners. Thank you

My first time to visit Panorama for sunset drinks with friends and I loved the vibe! Good music, cute native lamps, and an unadulterated view of the sunset. Food seemed initially on the pricey side but it came in a good portion for sharing. The incense was a little much though!

One of the chicest, most charming boutique hotels not just in El Nido but in the entire Philippines.
(+)
The architecture of the rooms are truly special.
The beach club is fabulous and the food is great.
The private speed boat tour that they arranged for us was absolutely memorable in every way. I highly recommend this!
A lot of other thoughtful details like the complimentary mini bar - simply unheard of for a 3 star boutique hotel. The incense used around the area to keep bugs away smelled good and so helpful
(-)
Very minor and don’t need to be dwelled on because we had a fab time!

The design of the property and the detail is good, simple and very nice concept. The concept of the hotel and restaurant/ bar is excellent very nice detail and wood decoration
The property does have a relaxing feel, but the really unfortunate and really disappointing is the smell in the air everywhere at the property, especially the bathroom and the brown water coming from the taps is really disappointing and disgusting.
We stayed in room 8 very nice simple concept room, nice design but this was ruined by the smell of raw sewage, poor water quality and poor hygiene of the bathroom which made the whole room stink.
The restaurant and downstairs bar was great especially in the evenings for sunset and reasonably priced by western standards but expensive for El Nido.
The locally employed staff are VERY VERY nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful but they are covering up all the problems for the management. The Management no where to be seen and hide away.
The smell of raw sewage, poor air quality made me and my partner very unwell for 2 days, one of our 3 days we spent in bed and hugging the toilet. We were very careful not to contaminate the dirty water with things and still got sick, the pollution in the air most likely the cause.
Expensive stay for the many environmental issues we encountered with the airborne and water sewage problem.

Massively overpriced and incredibly underwhelming. The resort is superficially attractive with minimalist rooms and pool area.
W very thing at this resort is done on the cheap. Our room was in a poor state of repair, there were holes in the netting from the bathroom plugged with tissue, cupboard doors hanging off, the place had an awful smell, the pool turned green on our second day.
After 3 nights we checked-out early (planned to stay for 6 nights) and moved to Maremegmeg which was slightly cheaper and 10x better. It wasn’t until we moved that we realised what an awful place Panorama is. Avoid at all costs.

First of all don't believe any 5 star reviews for this place as they clearly have not stayed at this resort.
Going to the bar should not include as part of the reviews as it gives the illusion this place is ok.
On a positive note as this is the quickest bit 2 of the staff members went above and beyond when we had problems. Both jazz and goldus were excellent and they are a credit to a badly run resort.
Only time we saw management was when we checked out and by that time I was fed up of complaining.
So to begin with is the smell of sewage all around the communal area.
If your unlucky to stay in room 8 then the smell is right outside your door and ends up going into room.
We complained and asked to be moved. They told us we couldn't be moved but they would sort it out.
My wife send a email to the management saying if we didn't get moved by the morning then a full refund is required.
By morning they had moved us but hadn't fixed the smell. Looking at reviews here which I hadn't read the problem with sewer smell has been ongoing for years which is outrageous.
As soon as you go through reception you smell it near the pool area and although not in new room it's still nasty.
Pool is also pointless as so small and doesn't look clean.
The Spanish restaurant that you go to for breakfast is a complete joke of a place.
There is reason it's always empty overpriced and bad food.
Overall don't waste your time coming here it doesn't deserve to be in business

Toooo overpriced for a 3 start hotel at palawan island.
Breakfast option and variation was limited, could atleast offer a side of local pastries, with some fruits.
Fruits were cut with vegetable board, so tasted like onion, garlic and so on.(unpleasant)
Smoothie bowl was weak, and very little fruits.
It feels like the owner is very stingy with amenities options, and even any complimentary thing for the guest.
Toilet is a little rundown, rusted
Having Ikea products, does not define refinement.
No body soap in toilet
Sewage smell around the rooms and pool
The terrible part of the stay is that the hotel is next to a little chicken house, where rosters where noisy all the time.
The rooms curtains did not had little gap that did not keep the light well out

We stayed here in April 2018 actually but I'm reviewing this late.
The hotel is really really beautiful. The rooms are spacious, airy and right next to the pool. The pool was clean and the padded loungers were great for relaxation.
Don't expect much from the beach directly next to the hotel.. it's small and not particularly nice. If you're wanting a beach holiday then this hotel doesn't give you that but we soon found out that no where in El Nido does that.
The staff recommendations for local sunset bars, beaches and trips were super helpful. Head up the coast on a day trip to Nacpan and do boat tour C to visit the lagoons.

My wife and I came for the sunset and cocktails, but stayed for dinner and the great vibes! Jeppy and Van were awesome, great fun and looked after us all night. The cocktails were reasonably priced, so we even splurged on a bottle of French red with dinner. 10/10, highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

We went one night for dinner after having drinks earlier that day and spoke to the waiter. So we came back and have to say the service is very spotty. Very long time between courses and unfortunately there was a party of ten also there that caused much of the issues but that was it. Not many people there to have such a long wait for food. The tuna tar tar is amazing!! But then from there it only got worse to the point when the mains came out and I tasted the lamb chops I was done! Way too much salt and couldn’t eat it. We decided that was it and ask for the manager. After he came was very sorry and invited us back the next night! We were ok we will give you a second chance. We came in and we ordered 2 spa icy tuna tar tar and 1 pinacolada but 2 drinks came and 1 tar tar! Then the manager that came back in to help be our service for the meal to make it better came over and said that was the last order as they had no more avocado. Haha!! So we were oh well and wife and I ate that. Then it took very long for the rib eye steak and carbonara pasta and pizza to come out. The food was better than the night before but the service was worse! The manager stood there for way to long making small talk! I was ok cause I was under the influence that the dinner would be comped but when I said let me tip the servers he says did I get the bill?!? I was like?!? What? Not even a discount! So won’t be back ever and the service is terrible. This is only about the restaurant and not about the rooms.

Hi, if my memory is correct, when I stayed there in April, I think the hotel's beach bar and restaurant were open to the public but the pool deck area were for hotel guests only. There is a beach bar immediately next door which had a great relaxed vibe with super energy - patrons are encouraged to drink and be merry!
